Delicious sandwiches. Bread is amazing. Got the tuna before and Rueben this time. So good. Very kind staff and nice place to sit and eat. read more

Horrible customer service! Ordered takeout (salad and a sandwich) and found a gross piece of some kind of paper in the middle of the salad. I contacted them through Instagram instead of immediately posting a bad review. Received many apologies and a promise to send me a gift card to give them another chance. That was 6 weeks ago. I messaged them a few more times to give them the benefit of the doubt, and got no response. I could not continue eating the salad after finding the weird soggy paper in the middle of the salad, so wasted money, and their prices are a bit on the high side. Wanted to share my experience so others are aware read more

I tried the Caesar salad and the Heavenly Ham sandwich, and overall, it was a great experience. The sandwiches are impressively large and very filling, so you're definitely getting your money's worth. The ingredients tasted fresh and high quality, and the salad was crisp and refreshing. That said, I do have one consistent issue: the bread tends to get soggy pretty quickly. Next time, I'll probably ask them to go light on the sauce or condiments to avoid that. Aside from this, the bread itself is delicious, soft yet hearty. Every sandwich comes with a bag of chips and a pickle, which is a nice touch. My only small gripe was that the pickle was room temperature. It would've been more refreshing if it were cold, but hey, a pickle is still a pickle, and who doesn't love them? All in all, it's a solid spot for fresh, filling sandwiches, and I'll definitely be back with a few tweaks to my order read more

I got the tuna salad sandwich and it was amazing! Loaded with tuna salad and topped with shredded lettuce, tomato and onion slices. The bread was a hearty roll and it was quite large. Next time, I will order a smaller roll and I hated to throw the rest away! read more

Such a high quality sandwich! The bread alone makes this place a worthwhile stop - house made sourdough, so fresh and fluffy! I probably just gained 5 pounds but I don't even care. We had the cattleman's steak and the chipotle chicken, and they were both delicious. We're from out of town, but when we're driving through southwick again, we'll be stopping. Highly recommend. read more

I had such high expectations for this place and I was so highly disappointed. I have multiple pictures of how the food looked. The taste was extremely horrible. I was expecting something to be at least decent or delicious, but that was not the case and I am really easy to please and it takes me a lot to really disappoint me and I was very disappointed, maybe it was because i ordered on DoorDash but I don't know. This place was kinda a bucket list for visiting mass and beyond horrible. read more

We've had great experiences at Kettlebread over the last few years. I'm always surprised at the amount of food we receive for the price -- it's a huge sandwich and we love it! I especially love the pickle and chips that come in the to go box. Have always gotten the chipotle sandwich and the pastrami. Both are great. I usually call in the pick up order, and my boyfriend picks them up. I haven't personally been inside, but he always comes back saying how nice the service is. Great for a quick lunch! read more

Exceptional sandwiches! Id say the best for 30 miles. Break baked fresh every day. Huge chocolate chip cookies served warm. We had tuna mels that were incredible. One sandwich can feed two! read more

I got the Peppercorn Roast Beef Asiago sandwich and it was delicious. The bread was freshly baked and the portion was huge. I also got a side of egg salad which was good just needs a little more salt. read more

Great bread! I had the Greek turkey sandwich and it was awesome! Make sure you're hungry when you go as the sandwich is huge. They serve it with a crispy deli pickle, yum, and a bag of chips. Prices are a little on the high side but definitely worth it. They were a little slow at lunch time but we weren't in a rush! The restaurant is very cozy & comfortable. Give them a try you'll be glad you did. read more

Hands down the best sandwiches around! The rolls are amazing, and the quality of the ingredients shows. The cattlemans steak and cheese, tuna melt, Italian job, and southwest Chipotle chicken are my favorites. They come with chips and a pickle, and I'm always full when I leave. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are always friendly. I've got the dinner rolls for Christmas, and they are excellent. There can be a wait at peak times, so ordering online ahead of time is nice. They are not fast food, just great food. I'm looking forward to trying their new Westfield location. read more

These are delicious sandwiches! Their BLT is so good! The bacon is full of flavor, thick and cooked all the way through without being burnt and they have a bunch of aïolis if you want to add more flavor. Their cookies are h-u-g-e! read more

Sandwiches are way to oily. Seems like too much fat is used when grilling the bread and the flavors are just to much, major stomach ache.

Its a nice little spot. The firehouse sliders are so good every time, even to go. They are friendly and quick.

This establishment needs more people to notice it. This is what REAL food should taste like. The vibe of the place too, is very welcoming and friendly. read more

Got the Italian job sandwich. The sandwich was well constructed with a good amount of meat and toppings. The meat was grilled and warmed completely. Very good sandwich. Only recommendation would be to use a little less sauce and mustard but still pretty good. read more

I figured I'd try this new place (to me) and had the peppercorn roast beef sandwich on a sesame roll. Wow Amazing sandwich and loved the sauce they put on it! And the sesame roll was awesome as well! Definitely got to come back here again! read more

So so good! I've tried a few different sandwiches and they are all so good. The Turkey feta is my favorite. The only complaint is sometimes the bottom piece of bread gets a little soggy but the bread is so good otherwise. They definitely use a generous amount of everything to where I actually have to take some off so I can take a bite! read more

Just found out about this place through fb. I tried the rueben and it was very good and my wife had the steak and cheese. We cut them in half and shared with each other. Her steak and cheese was good but a little bland. The sandwiches are huge and we both left stuffed to the gills. Plenty of parking with easy in and easy out. The table was dirty but the place was clean overall. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was hoppin. read more

I have eaten here twice and both times the food is excellent. Great selection of food and extremely well prepared. GREAT TASTING!

Went here for lunch with my wife. She ordered a soup (pre made obviously) and I ordered a tomato and avocado salad (plum tomato halves, diced onion, endamomi and half an avocado sliced. It took half and hour to get served. Way to long for a sandwich place. They seem to cater to the phone in orders. That would be the only way I would go back. There were six employees so this was not a staffing issue, just a slowness issue. read more

Excellent food, excellent people, fair value, and average to a little longer than average wait depending upon what you order. This place is top notch in my opinion. read more

The most delicious bread and sandwiches I've, seriously, ever had. My family and I shared the peppercorn roast beef and asiago, tuna super melt and the grilled ham sandwiches. The bread is fresh baked, toasted and filled with delicious and fresh ingredients, to your liking. The staff is friendly and helpful. Can't wait to stop by, again! read more

This place is too insanely good for a deli, it's criminal. The natural flavors of all of their ingredients are so explosive, you won't believe you're paying so little for quality food. Their sandwiches are all customizable and the choice of bread is so unique, you just have to keep coming back to explore new flavors. It's worth the 20 minute drive to and from my work on my hour lunch break. read more

Food was delicious. Took a little while for our order, which was surprising since there was only one other party in the restaurant. Bread was fresh and overall a decent lunch read more

Menus was fun with regular favorites as well things I've never tried. Staff was courteous and professional... there's nothing I hate more then hearing wait staff converse amongst themselves with profanity or inappropriate language especially when I'm with my kids. Didn't get any of that here! Food came out in a timely manner and was hot! Being able to see it come right off the grill was a clear indication it wasn't coming out of a warmer or microwave! Well worth the drive into Southwick, I'll definitely be returning!!! read more

Best sandwiches around. Everyone says the same. Incredibly tasty and the rolls are next level. Love this place.

We were very curious to eat at the Kettlebread after viewing its robust website. We were a bit disappointed in a lukewarm welcome by staffers taking our order and the person who gave it to us after it was prepared, after a rather lengthy wait. The atmosphere was okay. High stools and tables [uncomfortable], regular tables and chairs and a small sofa soft chair. Faux wood flooring and an entrance rug with a corner turned up which was a potential slip and fall hazard. Fairly clean. The food is served in aplastic basket with a paper lining which disentegrated by the wetness of the food/sauce. Hmmm, I ate that paper! I had the Italian job-deli meats, cheese, sauce on their regular roll. It was tasty. BUT, very MESSY. Don't go there on a first date. Not sure if we will return. read more

We just had five different sandwiches and a salad. There is not a single thing to say bad about everything we had. Honestly they are probably the best sandwiches we have had in years. Best sandwiches I've ever had!!!!! Their home made bread is out of this world and their ingredients are SOOO fresh!!!!

I am older and do not own a cell phone. When I went into Kettlebread and ask for a menu to take home and share with my family for a future purchase, the individual running the store said we don't print menus, you have to go online with a cellphone/iphone. I said what if you don't have one? She basicly said that I was out of luck. Bad customer service I'd say. Believe it or not there is a sufficent number of us customers that would like a paper menu to review first before buying. So I said goodbye, left and have never returned. read more

A. M. A. Z. I. N. G. Went with some friends who had mentioned they tried it and liked it. Wasn't sure what to expect, especially since it was totally dead inside when we walked in. I had the roast beef, hubs had the steak. Both were amazing. Came with fresh chips and a fabulous pickle. Massive portion and beyond delicious. Highly HIGHLY recommend. read more

well i was told it was a deli and i wanted a deli sandwich. they have ONE type of bread, a roll, that is $8.50 before any topping. what? add turkey lettuce and mayo and BOOM! $18 sandwich! i said no thank you to the girl, who seemed sweet, but vapid. my gf ordered something called monterey i think, it was a sloppy mess with little cubes of chicken not a whole or even a half breast, with sauces and mess... it really was not at all a sandwich. it was just a mess. and it was $20. sorry but a HARD NO on this place read more

Be prepared as C19 affect ordering which is either online or by phone (always busy). We were able to flag down a runner who took our order. Sundae Salad was delicious, fresh and well seasoned. The Heavenly Ham (missing onions) was generous but over dressed with honey mustard so the bread was totally soggy. I'm sure this is a great sandwich but getting it to go was not the best idea. The kettle chips were delicious, not overly salty. We will be back when we can eat inside, can't wait to try the roast beef. Glad to see they are doing a great business. read more
