I ordered from Wings Heaven (during quarantine) via Door Dash. The food was ok. I ordered honey BBQ boneless wings, teriyaki jumbo wings and seasoned fries. I ate two of the teriyaki wings and realized that they were too big to not be cooked all the way through. I wish I would've checked yelp before ordering the wings because most other yelpers have also attested to the sogginess of their wings. If you're hoping for crispy wings, these are NOT it. Beware! The boneless wings were on point. They were really good. I'd order them again, but I'm unsure of what I'd request to accompany them because the French fries were either overcooked or just flat out disgusting. They were seasoned fries that were somewhat fresh when I received them and just grew stale and hard over time. If you want to lose a tooth, then have at it. read more

Worst place to get pizza from bad communication bad product and wrong order defined not recommending

We had a slice of pizza while waiting for our to go order to be made. My son said it tasted like the frozen pizza we made at home last week - edible but not something that you would expect from a pizza place. In our to go order, we got a spinach calzone, a Philly cheesesteak sandwich, and an order of wings. The spinach calzone bread was delicious and it was stuffed with spinach, cheese, pepperoni, and olives. My son said the spinach tasted bland and after taking a bite, it was in fact unseasoned. It's too bad, because if the spinach was seasoned, it would have been an excellent calzone. The steak and cheese sandwich was tasty, with fresh bread and salty meat and cheese stuffed inside. Most disappointing was the order of wings which were frozen, heavily breaded, and soaking in sauce. read more

BUT this is so disappointing. The chicken is totally different, it's just a fried patty and the waffle seems like it's totally from a box that was toasted. Delicious food and CHEAP prices. I ordered a buffalo chicken salad, only around $8.95 and it was packed to the max and the buffalo sauce was fire . This is my go to meal and they did a great job! My girlfriend ordered a chicken club, same deal, it was cheap and packed to the max and the chicken wasn't dry at all. The owner suggested we tried the onion bites. What a great appetizer. If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered through the Slice app (only way to order from them, they don't answer the phone very often). Estimated delivery time was 8:15 pm. I called at 8:40pm and no answer. Called Slice, they contacted them and told me.it was on its way and out for delivery. So, I wait another 15 minutes (the shop is literally .3 miles from my house) and call again, again, I'm told it's out for delivery. Well, he finally shows up at 9:04pm. Almost 90 minutes later. The food was ice cold and probably the worst steak and cheese sandwich I have ever had. They used to be phenomenal, but I think the new ownership is clueless as to how to run a restaurant. Not sure why there's any bad reviews, this place is bomb and I'm super picky! My favorite pizza/delivery restaurant in the area. Pizza is absolutely delicious. I've also ordered their chicken parm sub, fried Oreos, bacon fries, chicken fingers and mozzarella sticks. All amazing. Reminds me of food we would eat growing up. Fast delivery too! read more

Worst Ever. We Have Had some great experiences ordering pick up. Two Times I ordered Mozzarella Sticks they sent fried fried macaroni & Cheese which is gross. Last time I ordered take out: the wings I ordered I asked and got charged for extra blue cheese, one came. Wings were burnt one blue cheese arrived, side salad which had most Arugula ordered extra blue cheese, got one. Mozzarella Sticks ordered got fried Macaroni & Cheese. Called and asked for a credit which I never do but it was the principle. Manager said they could not deliver the extra blue cheese and was happy to credit my charge. Called two days later no Credit on charge, Manager changed mind and said he talked to the owner I could come pick up an order of mozzarella sticks. Are you kidding? Deliver them I paid 50.00 with tips for a lousy dinner. DISPUTE CHARGES ON EXPERIENCES LIKE THIS, THEY ARE THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, lots of people have had experiences like this in my neighborhood. I was craving wings, so I figured I'd give this place a try. I guess it's named Wings Heaven because this is where wings go when they die. Soggy and Bland. No heat in the Buffalo or Spicy BBQ. The Cajun Dry Rub were no crispy, and also lacked flavor. I got 3 sets of 5 wings so I could get a good sense of the place. A good chunk ended up in the trash. My $17 bought me the lesson of now knowing to check Yelp first. read more

I have passed this establishment many times and figured I'll give them a try. Ordered Cajun buffalo well done with bone in. Wings were prepared quickly and cooked to the bone. Wings were wet and not dry - making the wings very greasy or slimy. The rub on wings was too much. Tasted extremely salty. I ate (3) out of (15) and threw the rest out. This place just opened right around the corner from us and we wanted to try something new/we were in the mood for wings. So, I ordered delivery for my family. Pizza and boneless wings. Figured I couldn't go wrong based on the name of the restaurant. Pizza - ordered a basic pepperoni pizza and it was bland and the crust was hard and tasteless. Boneless Wings - both sauces we ordered did not taste like the same sauces we have had at many other wing places. Almost no real flavor despite the soupy sauces and the chicken tasted rubbery and microwaved. I still have a strange aftertaste in my mouth. We had trouble getting in touch with the store and when we did the staff member was fairly short and unpleasant. Also, we live within 2 minutes of the store and the delivery took over an hour on a Sunday night. I am giving this two stars hoping the restaurant makes an attempt to redeem itself in its infancy stages of opening, but if nothing changes I will not be ordering from here again. read more

First I wanna say I love this place. I had a bad experience here awhile ago and didn't give it another shot until we got stuck inside with Covid. It pains me to write that my most recent order from Wings Heaven is going to be my last. This place has been on my pizza rotation since they first opened, and at first I was really impressed. Their pizza was fresh, tasty, and loaded with high quality toppings. And their wings (I'm a boneless guy) were nothing less than amazing. But over time, the quality and taste of the food has steadily deteriorated. First it was the crust formula, which noticably changed to something far less fresh and far more flavorless, closer to frozen in taste. The amount of toppings steadily decreased too, and the quality of those began sinking too. Then we noticed that the wings....their amazing wings, started to get noticably smaller, and much less flavorful. Despite these incremental changes, I've kept them in my rotation. Until now. Our most recent order was pizza, with a large order of wings and a smaller order of boneless wings. As always,7 I ordered through Grubhub. The first thing I noticed when tbe food arrived was the scarcity of the pizza toppings. A couple of slices had no mushrooms at all, some had one or two pieces, some just three or four. The pepperoni was a little better, but still pretty meager. I've attached a photo. Unfortunately, the photo can't show the crust, which was clearly frozen tasting, pale, and doughy, like a bad supermarket frozen pizza. The large order of wings were ok, but the smaller order of boneless wings wasn't boneless, and were poorly cooked, greasy, and flabby. Had I know what I would be getting, I would have just ordered from a chain pizza place, and paid half the money for equally crappy good. I don't like leaving a poor review for a local business, but I also feel like local places need to take pride in their products, and produce food .of a quality that will justify the higher prices they have to charge for their food. Wings Heaven seems to have lost its way a bit, and the poor quality if their food no longer justifies its cost for this patron. I'll be taking them off my pizza place rotation, and I hope they find theur way back to the really great place they were when they opened. read more

I ordered through GrubHub! I got 10 piece all flats mango habanero wings, waffle fries, mac & cheese bites, fried oreo and can of sprite. My grubhub came on time. However the food didn't meet my expectations. The mac & cheese bites is literally the generic box mac & cheese deep fried in a flavorless batter, it was nothing special. The waffle fries were bland nothing special and many pieces were hard as rock. The fried oreo was good however i asked for no cinnamon or chocolate sauce but those were put on anyways smh. The wings were cooked perfectly however the sauce wasn't that great. I ate my wings and gave everything else to my brothers. They eat anything lol. This place just opened up down the street from us, and I've gotta say the food has been really good so far! The wings really are wings HEAVEN. They are moist and juicy and have the perfect seasonings and skin. The garlic parmesan are my favorite. If you order anything from here, order the wings! The fried mac and cheese bites and the onion rings are really good too. The fried oreos weren't as good as others I have had, so I wouldn't waste the money on those. In regards to service, the staff is always polite on the phone. They just opened up, so the delivery can sometimes be a little slow depending on the day, but for the wings it's worth it. I ordered Buffalo wings and the meat lovers pizza. The Buffalo wings were quite good, although I typically like a crispier wing and theses weren't I still very much enjoyed them. The knock is the wings not coming with a complimentary side of blue cheese (or any sauce for that matter) and you have to pay extra for a small little side of blue cheese. The pizza was pretty good, an above average pie with great sauce and good crust. Plus very generous with the toppings. I'd order again. read more
