Very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. My husband got some wings and a burger and I did the Korean rice bowl. The bowl was delicious, I just wish it had a little more heat. Husband had the Korean wings and he said the same thing but that the wings were cooked perfectly. Our son had the chicken Alfredo which you don't see on a kids menu very often and he loved it! We really wanted to enjoy our experience, but the service was disappointing. We waited about 20 minutes before anyone came to our table, and another table nearby had also been waiting more than 15 minutes without being acknowledged. They eventually became frustrated and left. During that time, it appeared that a server and the manager were engaged in a lengthy conversation with another group of customers while multiple tables were waiting for service. We politely brought our concerns to the manager's attention, hoping for some acknowledgment or explanation, but the response was simply a head shake with no apology or attempt to address the situation. I understand that restaurants can get busy and that regular customers are important, but every guest should feel noticed and valued. Better communication--such as letting waiting tables know there will be a delay--would have gone a long way. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the food and atmosphere deserve service that matches. read more

I am staying at a hotel less than a mile from this restaurant so I decided to give it another chance after being disappointed a few days ago. I ordered the rice bowl and corn ribs. I paid for extra sauce since that was missing last time. I will say their sauce is very good. This time the corn ribs were dry and not worth 18.00 for literally a corn cob cut up. Honestly, quite surprise at this place. The food was good. I thought the chicken had a good crisp to it, the cajun garlic butter sauce was excellent and you can never go wrong with lemon pepper. Chicken tortilla soup wasn't bad either. We also ordered the rosemary garlic fries which had a weird taste to it so I decided not to eat it. Service was underwhelming. The other day my boyfriend and I decided to have dinner at Wingers! We've now been here quite a few times since moving here three years ago. Sometimes it's slow to get sat, but usually the wait is worth it! This night we sat at the bar so there wasn't a wait. The bf ordered his usual buffalo sticky fingers. And I tried the new fish tacos. We also got our favorite garlic Parmesan fries as an appetizer and a few beers. These are the best fish tacos I've had in town ... or anywhere for that matter. They were so freaking good. I couldn't even eat all three of them because of how big they were which I wasn't expecting. The batter was crispy and seasoned, the portions were huge, and the rest of the condiments on the tacos were perfect. Honestly, I can't wait to go back to Wingers just for these tacos! The menu says these were crafted by employees and these ones were crafted by someone in the Elko kitchen! Kudos to him because these seriously rock! So, we went to this place for happy hour. Their website said it was from 3 to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. We got there before 6, but they told us the menu and website were wrong and that happy hour ended at 5. I ordered the salmon, which was okay but a bit dry. The seasoned veggies were really good, though. I wasn't impressed with their beer menu. It was pretty basic, but I guess that's what you can expect from a chain restaurant. I dont know why the Yelp reviews are not as favorable as the 1700 Google 4+ reviews which reflects my recommendation. The place is clean, busy and a good vibe. We were seated quickly, greeted and served water right away. The Buffalo Cauliflower was really good! The Ctanberyy Walnut Salad was fresh and crisp as was tge side salad. This place is one of our favorite places to go for a good burger and wings. The food is always good quality and we have never had a bad experience with the service or waiters there. Wingers is, apparently, a chain of wing places in the mountain west. This one is located in one of those sad little casinos that sprinkle the drive thru desert towns of NV. That being said, their wings were pretty good. Nice size, good variety of sauce/rub options, with nice favors in the ones I tried. The fries were pretty standard season fries, but they had a couple options. Other standard diner choices available if you aren't feeling wings. Wingers has sandwiches, salads, chicken wings and chicken strips. The food is pretty good and the wings have both dry rubs and wet seasoning. I'm staying at a hotel in town for a convention and ordered food to go. (Invoice 250604-10-528). The staff that took my order was friendly and nice but execution of the food was awful. I ordered sticky tenders and received wings, and both the sauces were wrong. The ranch was just thrown in the bag and spilled everywhere. There wasn't a single napkin or utinsil in the bag. My wife ordered the salad with cut up "sticky fingers". I wanted a combo different from what the menu offered. I had had soup & salad for about $10. All of the reviews for this restaurant are between one and 3 1/2 stars. I am from out of town and my hotel is close so I took a chance out of convenience to eat here. When we walked in the door, the hostess told us the wait would be 20 minutes. We told her we would wait. She immediately told us it would be closer to 30 minutes. Not a problem we said. She then said it could be 35 to 40 minutes. I smiled, and asked her if she was trying to get rid of us. 10 minutes later she sat us at a table. My fork was dirty so I asked for a new one. The girl took it back from me and brought me a new one. However the new one was the dirty one I gave her with the piece of dried food picked off. We did not get our drinks for eight minutes. We had to wait for the waitress to go get our mayonnaise and ketchup and mustard as our food sat cold on the table for six minutes. The ketchup bottle on the table is empty. We were told it would take 15 min max for the order so we went to the bar to wait. 30 minutes later our order s was not ready, so we walked out and found another place to eat. My friends and I usually sit at the bar or bar area, and if I was just rating the bartender Misty alone, this would be a 5 star review in service and quality tasting. Misty is very pleasant to have as a bartender/waitress. I always love her shining personality, who always smiles and has a great attitude when it comes to serving her customers. We told our waitress. The manager never came over and apologized or anything the waitress just handed us the check yes it was 50% off the bill. But this comes down to horrible management.
