Lots of flavor was tucked into a delicious crust for the perfect handheld meal. Rhubarb pie- slight tang and bites of rhubarb were delightful. And the bread pudding? Amazing! I did notice the cleanliness. I'll be back to try more flavors!

The dough maker, whom I believe was named Aliza (apologies if I have the name wrong), was there preparing fresh dough, which was wonderful to see. I was fortunate to find a few pastries still available, including the Chile Verde and Beef with Cabbage. The Beef with Cabbage pastry was flavorful and especially enjoyable with their homemade "Hot & Spicy" sauce. While I would have preferred the pastry dough to be a bit crispier, I purchased it after hours and was still very pleased with the quality and taste. Overall, it was a delightful surprise and a very enjoyable experience. I also picked up one Chocolate Brownie with walnuts and a slice of their homemade Carrot cake. I had the carrot cake and it was outstanding! Fresh, flavorful, and loaded with carrots and walnuts, it was everything a great carrot cake should be. I've enjoyed desserts at five-star restaurants and have family members that easily ranks among the best bakers and this cake was delicious!!! Every mouthful was pure deliciousness, and my taste buds were extremely happy. I would gladly order it again!

On a recent trip from Elko to Spring Creek for Rumble in the Rubies, we encountered a super…read morecondescending person wearing a Mudd Hutt shirt in the vendor area. Let me explain... On the first day of the Football tournament, our family parked up front behind a small set of bleachers. We were parked there all day no problems. On day two, we parked in the exact same spot. However a woman approached us wearily and told us we couldn't park there. We were confused because we'd parked in the exact same spot the day before. My boyfriend asked if something had changed over night and she got nasty. She said the road should have been blocked off. It wasn't. I'm thinking the caution tape they'd used to block the road was moved by the two food trucks who'd just left as we were pulling in and they didn't put it back. Therefore we had no clue it was supposed to be blocked and we just parked like normal. But the way she spoke to us was DRIPPING with condescending tones. I believe she thought we moved the caution tape. We did not. A simple smile and you can't park here would have sufficed. We didn't need the nasty condescending tone at a kids football tournament. AT ALL. So uncalled for and unprofessional.
