On a recent trip from Elko to Spring Creek for Rumble in the Rubies, we encountered a super condescending person wearing a Mudd Hutt shirt in the vendor area. Let me explain... On the first day of the Football tournament, our family parked up front behind a small set of bleachers. We were parked there all day no problems. On day two, we parked in the exact same spot. However a woman approached us wearily and told us we couldn't park there. We were confused because we'd parked in the exact same spot the day before. My boyfriend asked if something had changed over night and she got nasty. She said the road should have been blocked off. It wasn't. I'm thinking the caution tape they'd used to block the road was moved by the two food trucks who'd just left as we were pulling in and they didn't put it back. Therefore we had no clue it was supposed to be blocked and we just parked like normal. But the way she spoke to us was DRIPPING with condescending tones. I believe she thought we moved the caution tape. We did not. A simple smile and you can't park here would have sufficed. We didn't need the nasty condescending tone at a kids football tournament. AT ALL. So uncalled for and unprofessional. read more

I really like the coffee at Mudd Hutt. The pastries are usually dry and a bit old, the breakfast is not bad at all. The reason I'm giving this location 3 stars is because of the service. The staff is always friendly but the service is incredibly slow. On average each car in the drive-through takes 5 minutes. The Elko location is fast and efficient. I hope Spring Creek can change this. I saw a few people change their mind once seeing the line. Hopefully they can figure out how to speed it up a bit. read more

We expressed concern about the fact that 0 employees were wearing masks as our community is in full blown outbreak. Politely expressed concern, and the result was the MANAGER attacking us with fake conspiracy theories like masks causing respiratory infections and fake mask exception cards and welcomed us to never come back. If I could give zero stars i would my boyfriend who is a mobile mechanic went in to get some coffee and warm up (it's freezing outside) the lady behind the counter refused to serve him and asked him to leave because he was dingy and dirty. Needless to say he won't ever go back. read more

The drive through line is always really long and they are extremely slow. The lobby the baristas only open when they want to. I like to go work in there on Friday mornings and it's hit or miss if you can go inside. read more

This little cafe is amazing! Positive and happy atmosphere every time I go. They people always have smiles on their faces and they're always pleasant. Even when the store gets busy between drive-thru services and in-store services, they get drinks and food out in a timely manner! Chai was ok. Breakfast burritos are premade and only offer pork products. There are people in this world who don't eat meat. Service wasn't too friendly even though we walked in. Gave 3 stars for coffee selection which was ample. read more

Delicious and so bad (in a good way). My Husband and I have been there twice and have been impressed by the flavor of the drinks both times. Friendly staff too and drive thru makes my life ten times easier with an infant. read more

We tried this place on a whim because it's the only coffee shop in Spring Creek( I believe). We are from Las Vegas so all we usually get is Starbucks. Well this place was really good. I actually like their caramel macchiato better then you know whose. The atmosphere is nice and the staff was very friendly. We even sent our husbands back the next day. I've been back her on and off for two years. The coffee, pricing and staff are awesome. Would you believe the guy yesterday has only made my drink 3 times and he already knew what I wanted and the three times he has made it months and months were in between. This is the only coffee shop in Spring Creek so you don't have another option, that being said they're are actually very good! I love love the regular baristas! I do wish they had organic options but it is a small town:) My only complaint is that there is always someone new just learning, and it makes a little difficult to have consistently good service. read more
