After seeing their post about Champurrado on Facebook, I knew I had to try Spoon me! Spoon me is a frozen yogurt shop that also offers Antojitos which means "little cravings". Under the Antojitos menu they have things like fruit cups covered in Chamoy and Tajin and sometimes nachos. A champurrado is known as "thick Mexican hot chocolate" but it tastes like a thick spiced cinnamon drink that was to die for! They even have Boba with real tapioca pearls instead of popping pearls which makes my heart super happy. I can already tell Spoon me is going to become a regular place for me to visit. I love Boba, champurrado and fruit covered in Chamoy and tajin so it's right up my alley and the kids love froyo and the games! It's perfect for the whole family. read more

Overpriced frozen yogurt that really isn't good at all. Got the cake batter flavor - which barely even tasted like cake batter. It'll be my first and last time going here. Not sure why anyone would give this place 5 stars. I gave it 2 stars because the guy working behind the counter was very sweet and had a beautiful smile. read more

They have MOVED! New address: 2751 Mountain City Highway, by Ross and Petco on the other side of town. We love Spoon Me! We are not from the area but there used to be a Spoon Me close to our home that closed. We went a little out of our way to come here. We were pleasantly surprised to find this was a self-serve frozen yogurt spot, just like all of the others you find now. So yummy and high quality FroYo! Lots of different flavors and toppings. Icecream had a bad sour taste to it, my daughter told the lady it tasted bad and she just said she tastes them herself every morning and acted like there was nothing wrong with it. and it's expensive. My mother in law got a tiny kids cup and only put a little bit of ice cream in it no toppings and They charged her over $3.00. read more

Every since the new owner took over this place has went down hill. It seems like every time we go there now it's dirtier and dirtier. Also all the machines use to be filled with flavor's to choose from now it seems like half of them are always empty. Sad because this use to be my families favorite place to go to. read more

Pretty good fro-yo place! Eclectic style in the chairs and tables, bright colors on the walls. Selection of fro-yo was decent but not amazing. Good choices for toppings, including strawberry popping boba, which I haven't seen anywhere else! Definitely was not expecting a place like this while I passed through Elko. read more

Awesome concoction of red velvet, chocolate, vanilla with cookie dough pieces, mango boba, and hot fudge. Clean facility, wide open area, polite staff. Games for the kids, wasn't busy at all and the the ice cream was absolutely delicious. read more

Spoon Me has lovely, fresh-tasting frozen yogurts with many flavors to choose from every day. Unless you decide to smother your selection in candies and hot fudge, your cup shouldn't blow out your diet. read more

If You Are Hot Go To Spoon Me In Elko,Nevada

I had been to Spoon Me several times and they had the same flavor sugar free yogurt and I asked why they didn't add new flavors. They told me that they recycle the yogurt until it has all sold out. Yuck, how many cycles can a frozen yogurt do before it spoils or gets contaminated. Needless to say, that was out last trip to Spoon Me. read more

You never changed the Answer machine that states that you open at 11am but you actually open at NOON during the weekdays. I spent gas money just to get there from Spring Creek to Elko and you guys can't even update anything. You lost our support. I was very excited to come to Spoon Me in Elko, I thought FINALLY something that I can enjoy! And sadly, I was not impressed. I have been to several other yogurt shops in Reno, Vegas, Twin Falls, and SLC and this place DOES NOT compare. For this being a franchise across the country I was expecting it to be as good or better than others I've been to, but it fell short. We all got a bit of every flavor they had to offer (none of which were very appealing, and they change everyday) and all the flavors did not shine through by any means; they were very bland. The selection of toppings were average nothing amazing, and for there being people in the back chit chatting you'd think all toppings would be full, but there were several we had to ask to fill and the cashier Jackie, who should have been ringing others up graciously filled them. Good on her behalf though, she was great! I will give it another try maybe later down the road when they fix their obvious kinks. But surely people in Elko are going to enjoy it since it is something new and this is may be their first to compare to. But I assure you, if a new yogurt shop comes to Elko, Spoon Me will go on the back burner. I hope it gets better! read more
