I do not recommend anybody go to the CVS in Elko Nevada, I have had many issues as late especially…read moresince close today their employees and managers refuse to understand how to handle a disgruntled and irritated customer instead of trying to alleviate and calm the situation they would rather threaten you with the cops and or 86 you because you decided to have a backbone and stand up for yourself and tell them slash employees that they are doing their job in a way that is making customers or customer feel uncomfortable or uneasy. The employees at this store specifically like to judge you and your character based on how you dress and the way you look and if you don't look like you're a straight edge picture perfect productive member of society they will treat you as if you are a thief and make you feel like you don't belong in their store like they don't want you there they don't let you take your time when you're looking for products in the store they expect you to be in and out as quick as possible and need help with anything and tell him no they will continue to pester you about it leave the store I have lived in this town for almost 20 years and I have never ever felt like I've been unwanted in this store up until now every manager and employee that I have dealt with as of late is very confrontational and they don't know how to handle situations with their customers would rather kick you out and call the cops or agency property so I give this convenience store / pharmacy one star because the quality and ability for employees and managers has gone down drastically I will never come back to the store again unless it's regarding work because I'm a doordasher and I come here for deliveries. So again if you live in Elko and you want to go to CVS and make sure that you know what you want and need because if you're not in and out of there in 10 minutes you're going to be looked at like you're trying to rob them at a house at home and the minute you get confrontational with their actions and how it's making you feel they will kick you out 86 you call the cops instead of trying to alleviate and calm the situation.
