While visiting Seattle, we came to Wing Dome because my son absolutely loves wings. We ordered chicken wings, French fries, and a ceasar salad. Everything tasted really fresh, which we appreciated. The staff were all friendly, and Jessie in particular checked on us to see how the food was, which was a nice touch. It was so delicious that we ended up coming back again the next day! read more

The food is terrible! Burger was under cooked and prepared on a dirty flat top. Ordered with bacon (and paid) but no bacon. The "queso cheese sauce" is super nasty nacho sauce from a can. Just disgusting read more

The wings are really mid. Too much breading and hardly any chicken. I wished the 3-alarm sauce was more saucy/wet. It's barely spicy at all, so I'd recommend going up if you want some heat. The dry lemon pepper flavor was oddly sweet, which was not the flavor I was hoping for when I ordered lemon pepper. While I wouldn't recommend the wings to anyone, the menu is quite expansive with other types of items such as burgers and sandwiches. I would also come back for the waffle cut garlic fries, which were DELICIOUS!!! 100% recommend the waffle garlic fries, even if they were a little oily. The service was great. The worker was very kind and welcoming to each and every guest. My food was served fairly quickly too. They also give have free water cups, which some establishments don't do anymore. read more

Nathan is awesome always treats us right and with a cheerful attitude! Great food and great service.

Service was fast and friendly. The area is surrounded by other restaurants and shops so there's other things to see and do while you wait for food. Variety of options to choose from. I ordered the lemon pepper chicken strips and fries - the fries were crispy and although the seasoning was a bit different than what I'm used to it was very flavorful and they were not stingy. read more

First time trying wing dome so i was asking a lot of questions. But the worker nathan was very patient and explained everything.

My daughter loves coming here for dinner and ice cream after a day at the fountain. The service is great and the staff is so friendly. Nathan in the front is so amazing, he always scoops up my daughter's ice cream and gives her extra sprinkles or a few gummy worms on top :). They are always open later than every other restaurant and serves great drinks. read more

We were starving from sight seeing and found this wing and burger place. Jade took our order. She explained the offerings, sauces, available, custom lemonades etc. Jade was pleasant and patient as she explained gluten free food offerings for someone in our party. We ordered burgers, one lettuce wrapped, wings with fries, a fountain drink and two custom lemonades. The food was pricey but I guess it's due to being near the Space Needle attraction. Jade was attentive in refilling our drinks. Other employees were friendly when bringing our food and condiments. The food was good, but the customer service was outstanding on our visit. read more

The Wing Dome located in the Armory in Seattle. Basically, co-located with a bunch of other little eateries and stores. It's counter-served-ish. What i mean is you order your food at the counter and then they bring the food to you when it's ready. Just reading the menu made me want a burger and the photos looked great. We ordered their Dome Burgers one plus bacon (one with beyond meat), some wings, and fried pickle chips. The family loved their wings. My burger was alright, was a bit dry for me. I guess they don't ask you how you want your meat. The sauce made up for it. I didn't know you can choose fries either. I don't like Krinkle fries which came with my burger, I prefer skinny fries or waffle fries. Overall I give it 3.5 star experience. read more

Food is not good and poor customer service. When I raised a concern about my order, staff had attitude and no attempt to correct it. Hummus tasted like nasty cheese. Heard them goofing around a lot while I waited a long time for food. It was not busy. read more

I stopped by here around 11:40am on a Thursday morning to grab some lunch after visiting the space needle. This is located inside the Seattle Center Armory. I got the western bbq burger with no veggies and mayo. It comes with krinkle cut fries. The total was $17. I noticed a $.45 surcharge and not sure what it was for until I looked at my receipt and saw a notice that said, "A 3% surcharge will be added to each check to offset the increased cost of goods. 100% of this surcharge is retained by the company." To be honest, I don't understand the point of that when they could just raise raise the menu prices. Nonetheless, it should be posted somewhere or at least mentioned by staff. If it was posted, I didn't see it. My order was placed about 11:50am. When I received my order around 11:55am, I ended up getting a mix of krinkle and waffle fries, which was fine and staff asked me before doing so. Unfortunately, it didn't matter because they were not fresh at all. They were lukewarm, at best. It honestly looked like a mix of old and new fries that had been sitting out, especially the krinkle cut ones. it wasn't busy at all, so that's a realistic option. I will say the waffle fries were better than the krinkle cut fries, so I would recommend getting those. The burger was delicious but oily. My fingers and the paper were drenched lol. Staff was friendly and helpful. I just wish my fries were fresh. I didn't say anything because I was on an time crunch as I needed to get back to the airport as I was only in Seattle for a layover. If I'm in the area again, I'd contemplate giving them another try. Their burger combo price is reasonable considering other establishments in the food hall. read more

Every time I order at Wing Dome, I seem to enjoy everything but the wings. In this case, I loved the Loaded Crinkle Fries with sour cream, bacon, and green onion. In fact, it was overloaded and good value. The wings were disappointing with the wings being small and hard. It's like the wings were fried too long and didn't retain being crunchy, but burnt inside. It's a little strange. The employees who work at this location are friendly and great, but I'd definitely recommend ordering anything but the wings here. read more

The food was delicious and the young man who took our order was so patient and helpful! Nathan, I believe was his name

Wings didn't have any separation so flavors all mixed and a lot of breeding. Cheese curd was old along with pickle fries. Store Forgot that my order had a drink so I had to walk back which took another five minutes. Overall was not worth the $50 plus dollars! I don't do reviews but this could not have gone without being said. read more

Fast service! Prices are post- Covid high. The Kid'a burger was a 1/4 lb. on a tasty bun. Condiments were available to add. The High-rise Chicken sandwich was full of flavorsA but then again, how can anything with bacon on it be bad? read more

3.5 stars. Service was great, but the food wasn't honestly amazing. Standard food court fare so there in itself is the expectation. With that in mind there was ample seating. We ordered six wings with 3-alarm sauce, a bbq western burger and a pepsi. We only received one wing vs a mix of wings & drums. Out of our control, but a little bummed regardless. The flavor wasn't that spicy, but ok taste. Burger reminded us of those frozen patties, but bacon was crispy and had a great ratio to the burger itself so that made it better IMO. Burger came with crinkle cut fries. You could also get free refills on your drink by bringing cup back to counter so that was nice, we utilized that! read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would . I took my kids to this location near the space needle on Saturday and got some disgusting chicken. It's easily one of my favorite spots in the Armory. They have a great seating area tucked in the corner that's perfect if you want to enjoy a Wing Dome meal away from all the foot traffic. The main reason I've kept coming back over the years is Jessie. The service is always so welcoming and helpful--Jessie truly makes every visit easy. read more

We've been coming here for years. This is our go-to when we're attending a concert at Climate Pledge Arena. This wing spot has it all from tasty wings, crispy fries, our favorite wine, and a variety of beer. The service there has always been excellent with friendly workers, especially Justin. The wings and fries always come out fresh and smoking hot! We always ask for extra crispy with the fries, and they never come out limp. I'd highly recommend stopping by for a drink and some tasty bites before an event! read more

Service was excellent. Jade was a wonderful server, very friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and the place looked clean and organized

Its hard to get good customer service now days. Customer service here was excellent! Very attentive staff and the sauces are delicious not just spice but tons of flavor and the wings perfectly cooked. Also, we have been looking for a real spicy sauce that stands to its name, here...the #7 sauce is the real deal! If you are looking for that real challenging heat. The other sauces just bursting with flavors. Already planning our next visit to wing dome read more

We came here on a Saturday evening while we were waiting to go to the Space Needle. You'll order at the counter and they'll bring the food out to you. I got the buffalo crispy chicken with waffle fries. It's like the chicken sandwich was cold or maybe the bread was cold and the chicken patty was cooler. Like it wasn't a hot meal at all, which was a total let down. The chicken on the sandwich was a chopped and formed patty so it was like compressed and pushed together like something you'd find in a Mc Donald's chicken nugget. The waffle fries were kind of dry and they were luke warm, so they weren't good either. Really sad about the quality of this meal. read more

Firstly, I want to give a shout out to the workers for dealing with the number of issues that seem to arise here. They're online ordering was such a mess, they weren't sure my order was even real, and I still got my food perfectly on time. Saw a group almost leave their garbage on the table, and serving alcohol that has to be confined to the corner of the building can't be easy. On top of the great work, the food I've had is delicious. (Which has just been fries and tenders, but multiple of their sauces! Each sauce has been great and I think the scale makes sense) I work from home most days, but this is my go-to spot for in-office days. read more

We got to the Armory at 7 with closing times of 8 and was disappointed to see that pretty much everything else was closed already... Food/Taste/Flavor: 2/5 - we were originally going to order 2 burgers but decided that we should try their wings based on the name, that choice was definitely a mistake 3/5 - Backfire Burger was okay. We enjoyed the kick from the sauce but the bacon was burnt and gave it an awkward crunch in the middle of your burger 1/5 - 12 wings with Bigger, Badder, Cheese and Honey Habanero sauce. The wings were fried too long that most of them were dry. For about $1.75 per wing, I was expecting better cook and more reasonable size. (See picture for mummy drumette!). The honey habanero wasn't spicy and tasted mostly of granulated honey with some habanero powder mixed in. The bigger badder cheese tasted mostly of Parmesan which got a bit queasy as there wasn't enough garlic and lemon to cut through. They gave us one container of the honey habanero and 2 of the cheese sauce so the wings weren't even tossed in the sauce. we had to do this awkward dipping thing where there's only sauce on the wing dip and the rest has no flavor... Ambience: N/A - feels like a food court environment with tables and chairs in the center. They had their own section of seating with some bar stools on higher tables Service: 3/5 - short and pretty much one word answers. He was definitely ready to get out of there. When we asked if they can cut the burger in half for us, he said that utensils are on the side. He asked if we wanted to eat in or to go, we said eat in but received the food in to go boxes. Value for price: 1/5 - avoid the wings... at a wing place! Very expensive for the food we got and know that they add a 3% surcharge read more

We were at an event at the Fisher Pavillion, so wanted to grab something to eat before heading home. We ordered the 18-piece wings with three sauces: The Bigger Badder Cheese, Triple Garlic, and Honey Habanero. Flavors were good, but the chicken seemed a little dry to me. I think I liked the Triple Garlic best out of these three. I also got a peach margarita, but there was too much of the peach syrup, so it was way too sweet. I had to add water to it. Staff was very friendly. Maybe next time I'll try the chicken tenders. read more

We happened upon this place in the corner of the food court next to the Space Needle and decided to give it a shot. We misjudged. It wasn't good. The fries were cold, the fish sandwich had barely any fish in it and the chicken sandwich was lackluster. If you find yourself tempted to try it, I recommend checking out next door neighbor Mike's Fish instead. Pricier, but worth it. We had a side of hushpuppies from there along with our meal from Wing Dome and were pleasantly surprised. read more

All I can say is..." What happened to the wing dome of my college days?" These wings are TEENY TINY! See my photo and compare to the earlier pics. Are they serving game hen wings now? Baby chicks? We went late on a Friday afternoon before going to the space needle - there was hardly any activity at the armory. The young lady who took our order seemed bothered that we were interrupting her day. They made the food and it left on the counter, didn't call out our number or provide any indication food was ready. Luckily, we were paying attention and went up to ask if that was our food - that staff member was polite and apologetic. Food was fine- nothing special.
