Terrible customer service from Jessika with she was light skin and curly hair. the person who took our order was nice. But the person who was putting the food on trays was so rude. I grabbed my salad because it was placed on the tray woth my number and he said if "if you don't want ur chicken then take it" and then walked away. I got my food it looked good, then realized there was no dressing which is no big deal. I got up and walked to the counter and the same person was there so I asked for dressing and they said there's some on there and walked away and then came badk and tossed the cup with the dressing on my salad. I had abandoned going to the Wing Dome a few years ago due to my experience at the Kirkland location. This wasn't any better. I ordered the 3 Alarm that used to have some kick to it. They were so bland hardly any flavor. I also ordered fries which was the only redeeming item. I had also ordered a Wing Dome Salad without onions. It looked like the cut up extra onions and threw them on. But all under the lettuce so it wasn't noticeable at first. To the point there were so many they couldn't be easily picked off. My recommendation is to just avoid the place or maybe order the burger. They need to change the name and not serve wings since they can't get that right at any location. *I did bring the salad to the cashier's attention when I was done and they offered to make a new one. **there was also one of the cooks that kept belting out one phrase of the song that was playing, repeatedly it was so shrill that the little girl at the next table had to cover her ears and looked like she was near tears. Stopped here for a snack before the game at Memorial. It was fairly empty. Placed an order for 6 honey habanero wings, crinkle fries, cheese curds and 2 fountain drinks with a beer and a shot for $67. Hubby wanted the fish sandwich but they were out. Cheese curds we're good. They came first with my side of fries. Wings were good as well. I was well prepared to make a 4 star review. However once we got to the game about an hour later my stomach was upside down and i spent most of my time in the bathroom. I can't pin down what caused the issue but that was the only thing I had eaten all day. So it was either the wings, cheese curds or the blue cheese dressing. I have never eaten at Wing Dome but was hungry and wanted a beer. It looked like Wing Dome and two other restaurants served alcohol. I tried their burger with cheese and bacon. The line got long on and off but the people are the counter was efficient and got orders in quickly. So was the kitchen and the man who brought orders out. Good burger. Meat not as juicy as I like it and I wish they put mustard directly on it instead of using packet mustard. Traditional wings with Thai Chili. This sauce tasted EXACTLY to the same sauce you would use for fried egg rolls. Alarm four was another sauce for traditional wings and it wasn't really spicy on top of not having any flavor. Chicken tenders was large in size but again sauce made the dish horrible. This a basic quick food place but I would say spend your money elsewhere. The wait time for the food wasn't too bad but it wasn't busy. No seasoning on anything and the bacon was overdone to the point of almost being charcoal, it was beyond well done. The crinkle cut fries were cold and undercooked. They were also missing salt. I been wanting wings when arriving in Seattle. I found this place after visiting the space needle. I regret eating here because of service and quality. The service is absolutely garbage. I was the only customer in the entire restaurant side and workers were just standing around, so I said it should be smooth. The cashier has attitude when I approached and when talking to him, he kept rushing asking what drink I wanted with the kids meal. Once I got the drink, he slid it across the counter to me and made me stop it from flying off the counter to me. I paid and waited for the food. I choose honey bbq six piece and it was the most driest wings ever. 3/6 wings were whole leg wings so two connected making it nearly nine. The food is just awful. I was visiting Seattle + when to this location by the space needle and had a terrible experience. I waited in line for nearly 30 minutes for the guy at the register to tell me I couldn't order the chicken sandwich. Which of course was the only thing we wanted. I asked why and he said they were out of the sandwich bread. I said that's ok I can eat it with the burger bun instead but my kids really want the chicken sandwich. He didn't want to ask the cook but I asked him to please see if we could just switch the bread. He came back and said we can not. He was completely rude and no apologetic at all.
