Slow, unprofessional and trash customer service. The food is average at best. The location is a hassle and honestly it's just not worth it.

I been wanting wings when arriving in Seattle. I found this place after visiting the space needle. I regret eating here because of service and quality. The service is absolutely garbage. I was the only customer in the entire restaurant side and workers were just standing around, so I said it should be smooth. The cashier has attitude when I approached and when talking to him, he kept rushing asking what drink I wanted with the kids meal. Once I got the drink, he slid it across the counter to me and made me stop it from flying off the counter to me. I paid and waited for the food. The wings were fast to come out because they leave it under a warmer. I choose honey bbq six piece and it was the most driest wings ever. 3/6 wings were whole leg wings so two connected making it nearly nine. The food is just awful. I recommend Pizza Hut wings over this company. That's how bad it is. read more

Great food and great atmosphere on a Monday for lunch. Jade made my birthday that much brighter without even knowing.

Ate here for lunch and it was ok for a quick bite in the Seattle Center. My daughter had the beyond burger and said it was OK. My wings were good. They were the ones with Parmesan cheese on them. I was not prepared for them to put my blue cheese on top of the wings though. So if you want sauce for dipping, and like to control the amount on your wings, make sure you tell them on the side. My two youngest daughters ate hotdogs and they were good. The cheese curds were really good. Probably the highlight of our meal. read more

I was visiting Seattle + when to this location by the space needle and had a terrible experience. I waited in line for nearly 30 minutes for the guy at the register to tell me I couldn't order the chicken sandwich. Which of course was the only thing we wanted. I asked why and he said they were out of the sandwich bread. I said that's ok I can eat it with the burger bun instead but my kids really want the chicken sandwich. He didn't want to ask the cook but I asked him to please see if we could just switch the bread. He came back and said we can not. He was completely rude and no apologetic at all. I've had better. Chicken sammie was alright. Service was great, good staff and nice guys that were working there that gave me my food but the fries weren't salted and the buffalo chicken sandwich I had, had sauce on the bun and not the chicken itself (and I like spice and it was NAHT spicy or saucy). It was also in a food court near the Climate Pledge Arena so I understand the quality of the food. The sandwich was a good portion and I got the crinkle fries with the garlic Parmesan, which are a good amount to share between two or three. I got a burger, which was okay but the bun was so dry it was falling apart. Husband got BBQ chicken tenders which were just plain tenders with BBQ sauce dumped sloppily on top. The fries were good and the fry sauce and blue cheese were tasty so added a star. read more

Came in on a Wednesday afternoon with grandkids after a couple hours in the Pacific Science Center. Wanted quick lunch with picky eaters, looking for french fries so decided on Wing Dome. Ordered kids meal chicken strips & fries and chocolate milk and a wing dome burger with side of krinkle fries. Service was quick, friendly, and helpful. Burger was really good, thick patty cooked perfectly with all the toppings, fries were fresh and hot, self serve ketchup and they brought a side of ranch. Ordered 6 wings, 1 Dome burger, 1 chicken sandwich, 2 salads and 1 order of fries, for a total of nearly $100. The order was for delivery. We were never given a delivery time, never given a "your order has been delivered". So our dinner sat outside for at least 30 minutes as it was stone cold and damp. After reheating, the food was not very good, in fact was rather tasteless. Will not be wasting my time ordering from Wing Dome again. read more

The only thing good about this place is the drinks and it's the only place opened with decent alcohol after all the other good restaurants are closed at the armory. $40 for burger, fries, and a can of lime Margarita which is the only reason why I'm even giving them 3 stars. read more

Staff was rude and was too busy on her phone to concentrate on us ordering. We asked what the employee recommend as we have never been there and she responded with "everything". Then when the food came the order was wrong and when we told them the employee responded as if it was our fault and said that's not what we paid for. read more

The wings here were just plain sad. We ordered wings which are supposed to be tossed in the topping of your choice. Instead we were given plain fried wings with topping poured over top which meant most of the wings underneath got little to none of the topping on them. Then the flavor was very lackluster. FIRST OF ALL, the guy at the counter (who's name is Justin, I was told) commented on how I look, by saying I look like the guy from the film, "The Castaway." I laughed it off and ordered a sandwich, letting him know I might order fries after if I was still hungry (the prices are pretty high). He did not care to mention and warn me that he would not let me get the fries for the discounted price they come with when you order your main meal ($3). *Fries are $6 ordered by themselves, per the menu. But I wouldn't be surprised if the business replies to this and "corrects" me. The menu has 2 prices for the fries: $3 as a side to a main meal, $6 ordered by themselves. So, when I came back and asked if I could get the fries as a side, he would not let me!!! He looked at me coldly and gave me a questionable excuse that his technology wouldn't let him My brother had a similar experience one time where these workers were also unnecessarily VERY RUDE upon nearing to closing time. We need to do more to penalize this business than just bad reviews, as they're obviously not improving from them just because of their position near to the Space Needle. read more
