My Christmas gift to me!
Marie G.

I am replacing my older pots and pans because it is just time to do so. The hey servers their life expectancy and now I am replacing them with the Williams Sonoma Signature Series Thermo Clad Stainless Steel products. They are just beautiful. The lids are very heavy on the pots! They are made in Italy and deliver even heat. The pasta pot with the insert has a special rapid boil bottom. Even though they are not " non stick", they clean up like a breeze and are dishwasher safe. As my guy friends say, I am in my element cooking in the kitchen!! Now I can do it with a big smile on my face!

Ordered a console table from their subsidary West Elm for $899. Five days later I find a crack in the r/side leg of console. Have been told its not returnable. So much for their 30 day return policy. I won't be shopping Williams Sonoma or their subsidaries. Buyer beware - shop else where

#williamsonoma feeling frustrated and sharing that william sonoma customer service and products are not what they used to be. I purchased two items in February 2023. Within 3 months, I could not use them. The whisk broke from the base, and the strainers' handle broke. I called customer service 877-812-6235 and spoke with a lady by the name of A Warren, which made me feel like I was trying to take advantage of WS. Bottom line do not buy item from them they are not what they used to be, which was quality over quantity. Shame. I will be canceling my credit card.

Beware of Williams-Sonoma! Oh sure you may think you are in for just an item or two. However once inside, your eyes gravitate towards all the wonderful things they offer. Williams-Sonoma carries extensive kitchen must haves from a gorgeous 10K (thats right $10,000!) La Cornue CornuFé Range, to a wooden spoon; and everything in between. Walked in for my yearly Panettone bread (an Italian Christmas bread I've eaten since I was a child of 23 y.o.) they carry which is my favorite (please see pic). Of course, strolling thru the store is deadly, as you begin to think of kitchen stuff you are missing and in need of, to carry out your non cooking skills for unsuspecting victims. Although it was a madhouse due to Post-Thanksgiving sales, Miss Jessica was a seasoned professional. She was at the ready helping a multiple of customers including us with the few items accumulated. A particular pan I wanted was not in-house, however Miss Jessica placed an order without delay and all was well. Plus! she mentioned their Key program which earns 3% at many stores associated with WS such as Pottery Barn, West Elm and others. Sign Me Up! Now I'm in the 3 percenters bracket! Hmmm..whats 3% of 10k?

It's still a fun place to come to visit. I enjoy coming in here and looking around at all the great designs and table scapes. The Selection is wonderful and constantly changing. Although I now notice the quality is still good but, it's not the fantastic high-end quality it was 20 years ago on about half the products probably. Not the fault of Williams and Sonoma. But, more of the faults of society and what we're willing to expect in a product. Sometimes they even have a little things cooked ,as well as coffee or something to drink that they made. For the public to sample. It really seems at times that they work on commission here. As they can be so pushy trying to get you to buy things . They still carry some groceries which is nice. As well as a fantastic selection on line. This location at the mill always been here as long as I can remember. Probably over 30 years. So I'm glad that they're still here and doing a thriving business

Arlene was excellent and went out of her way to help locate misplaced marble tile. She was professional and knowledgeable, and I'm grateful for her help. The problem was management and follow through. I was told at checkout not to move my cart and that help would be sent to load the boxes of tile I purchased. As Edward completed a team meeting at the Pro Desk, I waited, employees and management just watched and I felt extremely uncomfortable. What makes this especially disappointing is that the cashier staff did everything correctly. They offered help, requested assistance over the radio, and set the expectation that support would be provided. Had someone simply communicated that no one was available, I would have handled the situation myself without wasting time or standing there waiting while being ignored. I am sharing this review because my experiences at other Floor & Decor locations have always involved a high level of professionalism and respect for customers' time. At this location, however, it was made very clear that unless you are extremely able bodied be prepared to do everything yourself, please don't expect support, even when it is offered. As both a licensed contractor and a woman, I found it unacceptable to be completely ignored by a room full of employees and management while struggling with heavy materials. I will be avoiding this location entirely moving forward and will instead continue to support other Floor & Decor stores that uphold the level of service the brand is known for.

I cannot stress the relief my husband and I felt when Mark said Sunset Tile and Bath have a roofer. The gentleman's name, also Mark (I'll refer to as roofer Mark) was as competent, meticulous and professional as every other member we have encountered through Sunset Tile and Bath. Roofer Mark assessed, photographed and answered questions regarding our roof needs. Roofer Mark completed everything a week before our heavy rains occurred. His cleanup was remarkable---I found 2 nails---that's it! My husband and I are grateful to have a company that takes pride in their professions. Many thanks to Roofer Mark and his crew---and to Sunset Tile and Bath. Maureen M

This was an awesomely positive experience, which is unfortunately rare these days…read more Sunset provided a quote by email, after I provided words and pictures to describe what we were looking for. Their guys showed up on time. They were courteous. They were respectful of us, and respectful of our home. They asked for our input when they got to a part that required some judgement. They performed mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and drywall work. All done nearly to perfection. And they passed the acid test; after they left, I noticed two small things which I thought could have done better. They returned immediately and made these right. And they sent an invoice almost a week later (giving us an opportunity to discover any other issues, which we did NOT), and the invoice was for the exact amount of the estimate. They accepted my credit card payment over the phone. Our job was a small one, but they have definitely encouraged us to contact them again for our next job - small or large. Exceptionally excellent experience.

Then Dan came to our house and spent a significant amount of time with us explaining our options, showing us samples of cabinets, and answering all of our questions. We opted for several additional options on top of our initial estimate, but we never felt pressured to add or upgrade anything. We initially had hoped to do refacing to improve the overall aesthetic of our kitchen, but we were so excited to discover some of the additional options that were offered that solved functional problems that had always bothered us! When we reached out to Better Than New, we didn't even realize how much they could do besides just refacing. We replaced all of our old, hard-to-open drawers with beautiful, easy to open, soft-close drawers. We added a pull-out drawer for trash and recycling bins. We replaced sagging shelves in our cabinets. And we replaced the shelves in our deep pantry with drawers, making the space SO much more usable and accessible for our tall family. So not only is the kitchen beautiful, but it's so much more functional. There were zero hidden fees. The work was absolutely immaculate. The team was incredibly professional. And the work was done as scheduled and on time - the entire project only took 2.5 days!! I didn't receive estimates from other companies, so I don't know how the price would have compared. But we feel that the finished product, the quality of the materials used, and the professionalism and skill of the team were worth what we paid. We really couldn't be any happier with Better Than New Kitchens, and we LOVE our new kitchen. I'd highly recommend working with this company!
