The team was professional, polite, patient, and extremely hardworking. They helped me pack almost the entire kitchen, did a tremendous amount of heavy lifting, and were very accommodating with all of our belongings. The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time. They moved 20 storage containers into my storage unit and even helped dispose of my mattress and box spring. Everything was completed in less than two hours! Let me clarify this is not for a one bedroom apartment, this is to move one literal bedroom of items from a roommate household to another roommate household so no common area items or large furniture like couches/dining tables etc. Frustrating I spent 30 minutes on the phone with them just to get an estimate that's nearly double my rent. So don't waste your time unless you're prepared to spend thousands of dollars. Would be one star, but I added a second star because the guy on the phone was very kind, and one extra star because this is about my dissatisfaction with a moving estimate, not the actual service. Again the employee who worked with me on the phone to provide my estimate was incredibly nice and helpful, I was just shocked to see the price they asked for.

This really should have been a two day job, the crew and we were exhausted by the end of the day. I'm not really upset about the cost difference because I knew what their hourly rate was. The crew really wanted to get it all wrapped up for us by the end of the day instead of stretching to another day because they had another job the next day bright and early. The booking office is really putting their workers through the wringer and I don't appreciate that. The crew was kind and delicate with our items. They were being gracious and offering to do whatever we wanted with regards to helping pack remaining items, disassembling and reassembling furniture, and organizing things at the new house. I may have taken note of their time for these things if it hadn't been clear by noon that this was going to already be a very long day. By 10pm I was just happy to have everything remaining that we own in the garage. So I did enjoy the crew, but if you go with this company and have a lot of stuff then you need to do some legwork yourself to get an accurate estimate. I had a three bedroom 1700 sqft house with a large basement and garage and it took 15 hours and cost $4k.

If moving is a stressful event, these are the guys you want pulling into your driveway. HUGE smiles, greetings, friendly! All put me at ease immediately, and we began the process. Sam explained all the billing to me, and we headed into and around the house to tour all the furniture and boxes they were to load up and move away. From the first second (NOT an exaggeration), they dove in, and boxes were being moved in almost a seamless fashion. A bit over an hour later (maybe closer to an hour and a half), they were on their way. They arrived - again - all smiles, checking in with me: how was I doing? And we toured the new house and explained where everything would go. They hustled, delivering boxes and furniture to all the designated rooms. They asked questions if they were unsure. AND for me, probably one of the biggest, most helpful moments, we negotiated for them to assemble my youngest's bed. I could not have done it. They worked tirelessly (well, maybe they were tired - but their assurances and smiles belied any weariness or frustration) and assembled the most complicated bed I have ever seen! Both my child and I agreed - had it been left up to us, we probably would have abandoned it.
