Their Chicago veggie (plant based) hot dog with sport peppers, onions, relish, pickle spear and yes I added ketchup too (lol). Always clean and has great staff. When I would go on the reg, they always provided coupons which helps in this insane world. Always use coupons that are online or get one of their deals that they advertise on the windows. Opted for the 2 chili cheese dogs and chili cheese fries with no cheese. The manager here is so rude, nastiest attitude ever, no idea how in the hell he got his position. Henry did an outstanding job in preparing, delivering a chocolate shake. The shake was consistently creamy, chocolaty, and cold to the last drop. BEWARE: I am writing to share an issue I experienced yesterday at the Wienerschnitzel location in Burbank, CA. Yesterday 2/9/25, they offered a Super Bowl special : 7 chili dogs for $7. That's a great deal...I love their chili dogs. But when I paid, I discovered that they are overcharging their customers. I ordered the 7 for $7 deal - that's all I ordered. The cashier rang it up and told me my total was $8.98. I asked why it was $8.98 and she told me it was tax. I explained that tax is only 10.25% and the total should be approx. $7.71. She told me that the register /computer told her my total is $8.98. Again, I explained that was impossible and I did the math for her. She then messed around with the register and told me my total was now $7.98. I explained that this total was also incorrect and too much tax was being charged, but I would pay since it was close enough and I needed to leave. When I received my receipt, I first noticed that she was charging me $23.83 for the 7 chili dogs, then they subtracted $16 for some sort of discount and then charged tax and it somehow came to the strange amount of $8.98. Then, below that it was voided and a new order was listed. This time it showed 7 chili dogs for $7.70, then they issued a .50¢ discount...making it $7.20 plus tax which came to $7.98. So, after I caught them trying to charge me $8.98 for a meal that should only cost $7.71, they charged me $7.20 for a meal that should be $7.00 and then they charged me tax for $7.20...which came to $7.94. When I asked why I was being charged $7.20 rather than $7.00, all the cashier could do was shrug her shoulders as if saying, "I don't know." So in the end, Wienerschnitzel in Burbank ended up with an additional .23¢. I know it's not a lot of money, but how many times have they done this to me and I have never caught it? How many times have they done this to other customers? How much money does this add up to every year? This is a dishonest practice! It is plain old STEALING. I am saddened because I really enjoy their food, but I will no longer give my money to a restaurant that plans to steal money from their loyal customers. The Burbank location has some ditzy employees behind the counter - for only three people in line it felt longer to receive our order than it should have, but once the food came I was mildly satisfied. I think I liked the dog in the moment more than I kept thinking about it the following day. For only $10, we got two hot dogs, a corn dog, and fries - a sweet deal. I went with the beef brisket dog and corn dog. The brisket dog was fine, but tasted artificial. I hadn't eaten a corn dog in a while so I was excited to dive into a signature Wienerschnitzel dish - definitely was the star of the night. Although I liked my meals overall, I think a trip to Wienerschnitzel fits a certain mood.
