1 STAR Absolutely ridiculous pickup experience and completely unacceptable customer service. I placed an order and, because the parking lot was completely full, I followed the restaurant's instructions for curbside pickup. I identified my vehicle as a black Tesla SUV and turned my hazard lights on. I was literally sitting directly in front of the restaurant where employees walking out could clearly see me. I waited approximately 15 minutes and nobody brought my food out. When I called the restaurant, I was told they had supposedly come outside multiple times but "couldn't find" me. I genuinely do not understand how you can miss a black Tesla sitting directly in front of the restaurant with its hazard lights flashing. At that point, I asked for my food to be remade fresh because I had already been waiting and did not want food that had potentially been sitting around for 15+ minutes. Instead of simply resolving the issue, I was met with, "What do you want me to do?" That response was incredibly dismissive and frustrating. I ultimately requested a refund because at that point I no longer trusted that I would receive a fresh order. I was told the refund would take 3-5 business days. I followed the restaurant's instructions, made my vehicle clearly identifiable, and waited patiently. The entire situation was completely avoidable. If customers are instructed to turn their hazards on for curbside pickup, employees should actually be looking for those vehicles. I have never had such a frustrating pickup experience. This location needs to seriously improve its curbside pickup process and customer service. One star because unfortunately zero stars isn't an option. read more

I ordered a burger combo and asked for honey mustard and Chick-fil-A sauce. The food came out surprisingly fast, which I appreciated at first. However, the sauces I received were wrong--I got BBQ sauce instead. I went back and got the correct sauces, which wasn't a big issue. But when I opened the burger, it was clearly not fresh. It felt cold, like it had been sitting for a while. I asked them to remake it. Now I've been waiting for over 10 minutes for the replacement burger. Honestly, the place was very busy, so I don't see how my order could have come out that quickly unless it wasn't freshly made. I hope it was just a mistake. This is one of my go-to spots whenever I'm in the area and one of my very much favorite Chick fil A locations. The service is consistently great and I love how they serve the ice cream cone inside a cup. It's so much easier to enjoy. I like that they have ample seating. The front lounge area has a nice setup when you're waiting for your order and there's plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, throughout the restaurant. Super nice location! I was confused at first because I thought they had a drive through but they don't. The inside is really clean and nicely designed. It felt very elevated for a fast food restaurant. Lots of seating available and they even have a little lounge area if you are waiting to take your order to go. They even had real flowers on the tables. Service was great and the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately they messed up our order which was a bummer, but it was still tasty. We wanted the grilled nuggets and they gave us the regular. Bye bye diet! The food here was consistent with other locations. Plenty of parking. I haven't really been to this location so I placed my order for here and realized that no one gave me a table plaque to sit down. When I asked they told me to just wait at the counter. Wasn't the cashiers fault as the supervisor approached her during my order and told her to go on break, plus she was kind and polite to me. However I received the worst biscuit in existence. It had no rise to it, almost completely flat. As I took my first bite the whole thing crumbled apart. It was more like I was eating an egg patty, and the bacon was underdone in comparison. I was there last week, and forgot to do this review then. First, and most importantly, I'd like to thank your employee, Kat. It was my first time at this location and I believe she noticed my confusion. She was either on her break, or finishing it up, and she took the time to ask if I needed any help. I told her what I was hoping to get, and she made the perfect suggestions for me. I am older, my kids love to remind me I'm a boomer. I'm guessing because of my age, I've suddenly started experiencing anxiety when I'm in public and there's a line of people behind me. She helped me with making my order on my phone, which was greatly appreciated. I didn't feel I was holding anyone up, and was able to relax and take my time. She then went into the back area behind the doors. When my order was done, she came out and had me make sure everything was correct. It was beyond perfection. I'm originally from Atlanta and have been eating your food since high school. This is the first time since I've had Chick-fil-a in California that it actually tasted the same as it did in Atlanta. No heavy salt, it was perfection. I don't know what it is about y'all's pickles, but they have a hold on me. I appreciated that I did ask for extra pickles and I was given more than 1 extra. Westwood and Hollywood would never. They only give 1 when you ask for extra. In the type of society we have today, it's really rare to have a younger person be a perfectionist when it comes to customer service. This young lady doesn't fit that stereotype. She cares about her job, the company, and the customers. I hope she's recognized for the over and beyond person that she is. She definitely needs to be the one training incoming employees. I used to frequent this Chick-fil-A quite a bit last year, and it was by far one of my favorite locations - no skimping on waffle fries, food perfectly seasoned. After a return last week, I was sad to discover that much of the food is now too salty to taste, making the drive out less worth it. I guess the negative reviews of this CFA make total sense. Stopped by for breakfast Saturday around 10am because I was in a rush and the place was empty. That should've told me everything I needed to know. Other CFAs are busier during the week. I had a mobile order and the staff wasn't updating the system to say when my order was being made or ready. I got the notification around 4pm. Staff was slow, unenthusiastic, and looked miserable. I ordered a breakfast burrito that was sloppy and fell apart when I unwrapped it. On the bright side, all the fillings were solid which is why I love this breakfast burrito. For $5 you get a solid item. Crunchy hash browns, juicy chicken, fluffy eggs, and the salsa is delish. I usually love the iced vanilla coffee but this was so watery and bitter at the same time and 3/4 of the cup was ice. read more

I tried it when it first came to Southern California and was unimpressed (three bites...then to the trashcan) and after getting into a heated debate on Reddit about the best crispy chicken sandwich (Popeyes by a mile!!) I though I'd better try it again because people are so enamored by this place. The spicy fried chicken is spicy, not very crispy, and just slapped on a steamed floppy bun with a couple pickle slices. The waffle fries were fried to perfection but had zero salt on them and tasted like nothing. The Coke Zero was fantastic!!!! Service at this location is fast and pretty friendly. The dining room was filled with screaming kids. The parking lot is worse than the worst Trader Joe's on a weekend midday and there is no drive thru. I think if you didn't grow up eating this you don't understand why it's good. Like others have said, one of the main drop access the parking can be a little bit of a nightmare at times. I think it is anxiety inducing to say the least as I've seen a number of negative interactions happening in the parking lot at this location due to the constrained number of parking spaces. While staying over in North Hollywood, we were craving Chick-fil-A, and the only one close by was one of those ghost kitchen/doordash place where you had to place an order on their app. F that, we ended up driving over to Burbank for our fix. First off, there is no drive-thru here at this location which I didn't expect. However, they have fairly decent parking, and a spacious inside and out area for seating. I think I went with a kids nugget meal, which was pretty much what one would expect: good. Sometimes the food isn't so great at CFA, but I'm happy to say here it was on the better side.
