I had a family lunch at In-N-Out in Burbank today. Since we went during lunchtime, the place was absolutely packed with people! It was really hard to find a table, but I was lucky enough to grab one. Every time I come here, the staff is always friendly and the burgers are delicious, so I've always had a good experience. However, whenever I ordered my burger with Grilled Onion, they would often leave the onions off completely, and honestly, I had never received it with Grilled Onion before. But today, they finally added the Grilled Onion to my burger, and I was so happy about it! We enjoyed the burgers and French fries, and everything was absolutely delicious. I especially love ordering my burger cut in half, and they did that for me today as well. Cutting it in half makes it so much easier and more convenient to eat, so I really appreciate that. read more

Been to this In N Out so many times. The one thing about In N Out, the food is always consistent, and that's something you really want, and look for, from a quality fast food establishment. Though I do classify In N Out as an upscale fast food with higher quality ingredients The one major knock on this In N Out is the entrance. There is only the one exit, and when the line coming in is so busy, getting out can be hard as well. But, outside of that, quality food, always delicious and, no matter how busy it is inside, you still get your food relatively fast. read more

My wife and I really like burgers so when we found ourselves movie shopping in Burbank Saturday, we wanted a quick dinner before heading home to add said movies to our collection. It's been probably two, maybe three years since I've actually been to an In-N-Out because they are honestly not nearly as good as most of the LA Burger shops sprawled around the city. We spent about 15 minutes or so waiting in the drive through line, which is to be expected at In-N-Out, so I won't fault them for that. I ordered the basic's of a double cheeseburger, french fries, and a vanilla milk shake to wash it all down. The burger was solid and did the trick, nothing special. The vanilla milk shake was a vanilla milk shake so it was tasty and went down pretty quickly, and the french fries are just as "blah" as they've ever been, some of my least favourite in the fast food realm. Overall, this In-N-Out Burger scratched the itch we wanted to scratch and was perfectly fine. My wife's a big In-N-Out fan so every once and a while, I'll fold and come too. The food was fine, the service was super friendly, and I'm sure i'll write a similar review next year when I end up at another location. read more

Mannnnn, this place gets BUSY. I've been in at different times and it is always packed to the brim. However, you never have to wait too long for your food despite the feeling that there's a never-ending mass of people ahead of you. Even though it's always overflowing with patrons, the dining room is kept clean and all the extras (like the peppers and ketchup) are always neatly stocked. I can tell everyone here works hard. As far as the food goes, great burgers. I've personally never been a fan of the fries but that just gives me an excuse to use that calorie expenditure on a second cheeseburger. :) read more

If you want fresh not frozen beef patties for your hamburgers, burgers under $5, and a not-so secret, secret menu all from a company that actually pays its employees a decent wage, you can't go wrong with In-n-Out. This location can get pretty busy during nights and weekends, but it's run pretty efficiently. I've never had to wait longer than 20 minutes in the drive-thru. During busy times, there's usually an employee manning the drive-thru line to take your order ahead of time. The interior is always really clean surprisingly. I went today and was in awe of the white tables that had no marks and were wiped down regularly by staff. Food is pretty standard across all In-n-Out locations. That being said, this location is better at building the burgers. It's never sloppy or soggy. Just the right amount of toppings. This In-Out location is one of the busiest spots in Burbank. No matter what time you visit this location there is a long line. For food, I think In-Out has the best burgers. They are always fresh and yummy. It is easy to tell that they are not frozen. Fries are always fresh too. My favorite thing over the years has always been their shakes. Everytime I visit any In-Out location, I order the strawberry shake. It is so yummy. For service, staff are always nice and friendly. They are really good at managing stress and working under pressure. For ambiance, this location has both dine in and outdoor seating area. It is very clean and well maintained. Parking can be a challenge. This location has parking lot which is shared with other stores. During busy hours, sometimes it's hard to find a parking spot. I would suggest avoiding drive through, sometimes it's very confusing where to enter . Since, they keep moving around the signs. read more

Burbank, CA We knew our wait would be long in the drive-through line, about 25 minutes. The drive- through line here is kind of confusing as to how to enter when it moves beyond the driveway, sharing a lane with the street traffic. We pulled into the parking lot closest to the end of the line made a u-turn and then got in the line. The drive- through line when on the street, merges with regular traffic as well. I sure hope we didn't cut anyone off. Nevertheless, the best burger and fries we've ever had at an In-N-Out was to be found here yesterday. Kudos to the team here, job very well done! read more

Honestly I'm not a big In-N-Out fan to begin with, the burgers are solid and reliable, but I have always been in the camp that in-N-out's fries taste like cardboard. Yes, I do all the tricks to make them better, but if I have to ask you to prepare your fries a different way to make them edible, that's not a great mark in my book. I have been to this in-n-out plenty of times and the service has always been very friendly and exceptionally fast for an in-n-out. And they do a great job keeping the restaurant clean. But the temperature of the food can be hit or miss here. Especially last night - I got animal style fries light well and when I got them, they were cold. Not room temperature, but actually cold. Which I'm not certain how that happens because light well means the fries are fried longer, then with animal style, they're heated up even more to melt the cheese. So how the fries that had been cooked multiple times and multiple ways came out cold, is quite a puzzle. For those who love in-n-out, this is a very solid location, and they'll get you in and out relatively quickly like their name promises. read more

OK, I'm going to complain. I'm not gonna complain about the food or The Service because those get A+ plus. What I am going to complain about is the parking lot at the Burbank In-N-Out. The disabled parking lot is impossible to get to because of the long lines of people getting takeout. And then if you do manage to get in, it requires getting help from the staff to get your car out. There has to be a better solution. I don't know how to say it differently, but as a disabled person, it is really disheartening to see. Please pay attention to this because I've heard it from others and it makes no sense. The way the parking lot is set up needs attention. read more

I have been to this location many times and on my recent visit back to LA saw that I had not reviewed it...so here you go. I am going to start with the very noticeable bad first....parking and the drive-thru. IT IS BUSY....!!!! Usually In-N-Out locations have busy drive-thru lane, but this one wraps through a very small lot off the street and it is impossible to park in the handicap spots (or any spots in front) due to the way the drive-thru line goes through. We had someone who needed handicap parking and they had to walk from the far side of the lot. This is not good and I am not sure that ADA laws are properly enforced in this lot. Also if I were a business in the same location, I would move since the traffic doesn't allow for other businesses to get their customers into the shops. Okay now the good, In-N-Out is always fresh and made to order. That is the number 1 thing you should know about this or any other location. The staff was extremely friendly and the food is consistent. If you come to the area, mind the parking and eat there rather than drive-thru, it is best that way. read more

Even though it's super busy every day, they keep it clean and they stay professional and on top of it. Hands down the best fast food burger anywhere in the US, every location wholly owned and operated by the founding family, I am often reminded to support local mom and pop businesses, don't punish success, it doesn't get more local than In N Out, and the most successful local eatery by any metrics, and if that was not enough accolades, it's women owned! The secret sauce, Fresh ground meat, hand cut potatoes, simple burgers made to order, if I say, with a large following from coast to coast, would not do it justice. We stopped by on a Sunday night and good lord! This place was insanely busy. Found a parking and decided that it was easier than the drive-through. When we went in & our orders were taken pretty quickly, but the place was packed to capacity and nowhere to sit. They were at number 52 and our order was 91.‍ So with that being said, we sat and enjoyed our drinks and waited for some time and once our food was ready, we sat and enjoyed each other's company, delicious burgers, fries, and were lucky enough to find seating inside. Now, the place was very clean considering how busy it was .In and out seems to strive on customer satisfaction, and excellent service, and this location does exactly that. When we first walked in, it looked like a madhouse, but what made the visit much more special was the cashier. Our cashier's name was Caleb. He was not only friendly, very helpful, kind, thorough and an extremely happy being. After what I've seen online lately about people complaining about the service at these restaurants, Caleb was anything, but that and a wonderful representation of what any employee should be.. in fact, we have always had exceptional service at all in and outs!!!! Caleb know that you not only light up a room with your smile and pleasant personality, but your energy and customer service is superb. I hope that corporate sees this comment about you. This location is busy like most but unfortunately even if the line for the drive thru line is long, we experienced that going inside was the wrong choice as our food took more than 15 minutes even though when we ordered there was no one in line at the register before us. The employees at the In-N-Out are so great, best part of this place, but the parking is horrible, not anymore is ther not enough of it as it is a shared lot with Bob's Furniture and they have way too Amy marked spaces but also the way the drive thru is set up makes it hard to get out of certain spots if you are even lucky to find a spot. If you come during lunch time, 12:30-1:30 the high-school take over begins as they are released to lunch and it gets so rowdy in there. The food is ehh at this location, I've had far better food at other locations. It's the only location in town which is why its so popular aside from being walking distance from the local high-school. read more

He came up to our table to wipe it down and told us to let him know if we needed anything. Then he did the same for the other tables. We could also hear him welcoming guests in. If you've eaten as many InNout Burgers as I have...you know they are reliably and consistently good. There is (often) nothing to say about how a location makes their burgers because their menu is so basic and good. During my visit the order taker was good and fast as well, so no complaints there. My only issue with this location is the parking area is cramped...super difficult to find parking, if you want to dine in, and not easy for drive through either. Overall, not my favorite location for a burger, fries and shake...but if you're hungry for reliably good sometimes you'll put up with anything! read more

Worst experience today! I had 25mins before a movie at the opposite AMC and meet my friends, I Went in and ordered 2 grilled cheese. Order 66. As always it's always busy here, and I rarely eat fast food but I was starving and this was the quickest option. After waiting patiently for 20mins I finally asked a what was taking so long. They FORGOT MY ORDER! They were on number 98 and Never made it. The manager came. And said I'll make it for you personally right now. Obviously I'm now late, the movies stared and I can't take that food into the theatre with me. And all they gave me was a refund. Quick, emotionless and easy resolve. They didn't even offer to give me the same order free next time to make up for it. So, I left STARVING and am writing this review in the movie theatre extremely Hangry. Ridiculous.
