In-N-Out has always been one of my favorite burgers (just like it is for many people). However, when I went on Sunday, April 26th, I was a bit disappointed with a few things. The male employee taking my order kept misunderstanding me, so I had to repeat the same thing three times. My order was: 3 cheeseburgers with grilled onions & Extra tomatoes and cut in half, and 2 Double-Doubles with regular onions, not cut in half. But he kept asking again and again, so I had to keep confirming and re-explaining everything from the beginning. Where is the grilled onion? I clearly ordered grilled onions, but they made the burgers without any onions at all. This has actually happened many times whenever I order grilled onions here, so I'm honestly not sure when I'll ever get to actually have grilled onions at this location. Still, the staff are always friendly, which I do appreciate.

Mannnnn, this place gets BUSY. I've been in at different times and it is always packed to the brim. However, you never have to wait too long for your food despite the feeling that there's a never-ending mass of people ahead of you. Even though it's always overflowing with patrons, the dining room is kept clean and all the extras (like the peppers and ketchup) are always neatly stocked. I can tell everyone here works hard. As far as the food goes, great burgers. I've personally never been a fan of the fries but that just gives me an excuse to use that calorie expenditure on a second cheeseburger. :)

If you want fresh not frozen beef patties for your hamburgers, burgers under $5, and a not-so secret, secret menu all from a company that actually pays its employees a decent wage, you can't go wrong with In-n-Out. This location can get pretty busy during nights and weekends, but it's run pretty efficiently. I've never had to wait longer than 20 minutes in the drive-thru. During busy times, there's usually an employee manning the drive-thru line to take your order ahead of time. The interior is always really clean surprisingly. I went today and was in awe of the white tables that had no marks and were wiped down regularly by staff. Food is pretty standard across all In-n-Out locations. That being said, this location is better at building the burgers. It's never sloppy or soggy. Just the right amount of toppings. Not a fan of their fries in general, but the cheese fries are alright if I'm feeling extra snacky. Smallish parking lot but there's a big parking garage across the street.

This In-Out location is one of the busiest spots in Burbank. No matter what time you visit this location there is a long line. For food, I think In-Out has the best burgers. They are always fresh and yummy. It is easy to tell that they are not frozen. Fries are always fresh too. My favorite thing over the years has always been their shakes. Everytime I visit any In-Out location, I order the strawberry shake. It is so yummy. For service, staff are always nice and friendly. They are really good at managing stress and working under pressure. For ambiance, this location has both dine in and outdoor seating area. It is very clean and well maintained. Parking can be a challenge. This location has parking lot which is shared with other stores. During busy hours, sometimes it's hard to find a parking spot. I would suggest avoiding drive through, sometimes it's very confusing where to enter . Since, they keep moving around the signs.

This is a great stop on our way to Burbank. Service is excellent and they get our order ready so quickly every time. The food is fresh and always hot. This is right by the freeway so it does get busy.

Always great getting food from here. Food was excellent and service always welcoming. Always clean restrooms and clean dinning areas. Even when busy still always wonderful speedy service.

    It's double double time.

The staff is super friendly. The place is always busy. The food is delicious. The parking is limited and crazy. We park at the mall and walk over. Can never beat the double double animal style.

You can see the employee right there in front of ADA parking, taking orders. How is this allowed?

Let me start by saying, I love In-n'-Out burgers. They're same everywhere, reliable, consistently awesome. Period. However, this particular location could do better when it comes to customer service. I had long driven past this location because (like every other location) their demand FAR exceeds their parking lot's ability to handle the traffic. Always a backup, always blocked traffic, always impossible to park in ADA parking because that's right where the line of cars forms. But tonight I stopped in for my regular double double animal style. There was one young guy at the counter, messing with the change drawer. He looked at us, smiled, and went back to what he was doing. No greeting, no assurance he or anyone would be with us shortly. Nothing. There were several other young employees in the area (about four) and all of them seemed very happy to discuss something between themselves, but none of them could be bothered to take our order either. Finally a young lady stepped up to the register next over, and called the customers BEHIND us up to order. Really? At this point we said hey, can we order? We've been standing here waiting and no one has even acknowledged our presence. So the young lady took our order with a sour look, like somehow we were the ones in the wrong. Recommendations? Refresher training for all front of house employees on customer relations. And for goodness sake please stop directing traffic to block all the ADA parking.

I have been to this location many times and on my recent visit back to LA saw that I had not reviewed it...so here you go. I am going to start with the very noticeable bad first....parking and the drive-thru. IT IS BUSY....!!!! Usually In-N-Out locations have busy drive-thru lane, but this one wraps through a very small lot off the street and it is impossible to park in the handicap spots (or any spots in front) due to the way the drive-thru line goes through. We had someone who needed handicap parking and they had to walk from the far side of the lot. This is not good and I am not sure that ADA laws are properly enforced in this lot. Also if I were a business in the same location, I would move since the traffic doesn't allow for other businesses to get their customers into the shops. Okay now the good, In-N-Out is always fresh and made to order. That is the number 1 thing you should know about this or any other location. The staff was extremely friendly and the food is consistent. If you come to the area, mind the parking and eat there rather than drive-thru, it is best that way.

You can't come to Burbank California without hitting In-and-out. Their prices stay low and the burgers are consistently amazing every time. Even though it's super busy every day, they keep it clean and they stay professional and on top of it. The fries are fresh and you can even order them low salt or no salt which we had to do for my uncle. We love this place.

However, I am compelled to rate this establishment one star due to a particularly unpleasant experience with a female deli employee whose first name begins with the letter "J." Despite my frequent visits, the overall customer service in the deli and meats department has declined. The season butchers have been replaced with individuals lacking the necessary experience and customer courtesy that were previously present. Over the past three months, I have encountered the same issues with this particular employee. It is important to note that the fee charged for slicing a Tri Tip into a carton container is not the primary concern. The issue lies in the employee's behavior and attitude, specifically their unwillingness to properly wrap the sliced meat. This has occurred on multiple occasions, most recently at the checkout counter when the cashier pull the foil-wrapped package from the plastic bag causing the juices of the meat to spill all over the counter. This has happened to me every time this employee has served me. The Tri Tip sliced meat is dry and devoid of juices due to this careless employee's failure to wrap the meat carefully. It is imperative that this situation be addressed. Management should provide this employee, "J," with proper training on how to wrap sliced food correctly. Additionally, it is crucial the ambiance that all employees, including the deli and butcher employees, maintain a pleasant and friendly demeanor. A salutation is always appreciated. Despite these concerns, the BBQ remains outstanding as always.

I don't mind, because they happily gobble up the broccoli that they have here. It really is so good. I have noticed that some of the cute things that they had when they first opened are not there anymore. But that's totally understandable, I can imagine offering things like that could be expensive. I was surprised it happened in the first place.

My favorite was always the tomato and egg dish, so I came back craving it, only to find out it's no longer on the menu. It looks like TigaWok has shifted to a build-your-own bowl concept. You start by choosing a base (jasmine rice, chow mein, half or all greens, purple rice, or egg fried rice), then a protein, a veggie, and a side. They also offer complimentary sauces, and I really enjoyed the ginger scallion sauce. It added great flavor to my bowl. My only issue was that the menu wasn't very clear about what qualifies as a "veggie" versus a "side." I chose roasted pumpkin (squash) as my vegetable and spicy cucumber as my side, but I was still charged extra, which was confusing. I wish the menu explained the categories better or simply combined the vegetable and side into one selection since they're all vegetable-based dishes. It would make the ordering process much more customer-friendly and avoid surprises at checkout. I also ordered the braised pork belly, which used to be one of my favorites. Before, it came in tender, bite-sized pieces. This time, the pork was cut into larger chunks with a lot of fat, and unfortunately, the meat was dry. I understand that businesses evolve, and the staff explained that the new concept caters to their customer demographics. I appreciate that they're offering more vegan-friendly options while still keeping pork, beef, chicken, and shrimp on the menu. However, I miss the old concept that made TigaWok stand out. I hope they'll consider bringing back some of the original favorites and making the ordering process a little clearer. I'd love to see this place thrive because I've genuinely enjoyed it in the past.
