We have been to this particular location about three times with our last trip during the first week of October. We wanted to try out luck on snagging the Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Minis since we missed out on them last time due to them being sold out. We were lucky they still had them when we stopped by and I got a Greek Yogurt Parfait as well. We were able to enjoy our meal at one of the tables outside. The sandwiches were pretty good because you can never go wrong with the chicken from there and I liked how soft the biscuits were as well as the honey butter spread on the sandwiches. Chick Fil-A is amazing. This location is always busy no matter what time you drop in. Luckily, the staff here are nice and friendly. My go to is the Spicy Chicken Deluxe meal. Passed by to get my birthday treat with ice coffee and ended up ordering a Cobb salad with nuggets. :D My husband loves chick-fil-a, I'm indifferent about it, but today it hit different. My iced coffee and chocolate brownie really did the trick. The Cobb salad is my usual go to. It's large enough to fill you up. First time trying the ice coffee: husband swears it's the best, I concur. xD I got the plain flavor because I don't like sweet coffee but bet the vanilla flavor is bomb.com I was waiting in line to order but figured it'd be faster through the app, which it was! This Chik Fil A location is super efficient. They are always slammed when I go in and yet they still get everyone in and out quickly and efficiently. The location is located in Burbank and it can be confusing to get in/out of the location. Inside there is a fairly large area for seating (which is closed right now) and I fairly large patio area (which I assume is for outdoor seating, but is also closed right now. The food is good, and exactly what you would expect from Chik Fil A. During COVID they are open for carry out, to go, and curbside pick up. The staff is wearing masks and their are latex dividers at the registers. The one constructive criticism I would have is that there are three registers, but I've only ever seen two of them open. Even when there is a SUPER long line. They're still efficient, so I can't exactly complain, but why did they build three if they're only ever going to use one? Why four stars and not five? No drive through and the parking lot is TERRIBLE. read more

Friendly CSR Sam greeted me with a smile, I could see the smile on her eyes. I ordered the Spicy Deluxe Chicken, asked for an Arnold Palmer and Sam asked the ratio of tea to lemonade and ice. In all my years of ordering Arnold Palmer's, I had never been asked ratios. That simple ask made me happy. It was my first Chick-fil-A experience, and I was pleased with the results: the chicken sandwich was tasty, the waffle fries, solid, the team, friendly and optimistic about the future............ Holy smokes, a lot has changed since my initial experience! Over the past five years, the quality has steadily degraded to what will be my final experience yesterday when I ordered the chicken strips, only to find them pinkish in the middle, the fries bland and no better than the fries from the Del Taco on Hollywood Way near the airport, which is to say, dog$hit. Here's the brutal truth: Popeye's has a better chicken sandwich, and just tastier chicken in general, so just skip Chick-fil-A and go to Popeye's. Hell, KFC has better chicken, and it might not even be chicken you're eating at KFC, but deep-fried squirrel, and it's still better than Chick-fil-A. Jack in the Box has better fries, so go there if you want fries. Obviously McDonalds has better fries, too. The lines are crazy long at the Raising Cane's that just opened, which explains why Chick is so dead on a Friday night when it used to be popping--I'm going to go check out Cane's, and most likely it's going to be better, basically nullifying any chance of Chick ever regaining lost ground in the chicken business in Burbank. What a shame this keeps happening: restaurants from the east coast come over here, they start off great, and as soon as they get their foot in the door, the A-team books it, and the F-team comes in and turns the place into Kitchen Nightmares--I'm looking at you Jersey Mikes on Hollywood Way with mediocre food and attitude, and Five Guys on Magnolia that gave me explosive diarrhea. I'm giving you a two star and not one star because my toddler enjoyed his meal--he eats Cheerios off the floor, too, so don't even get uppity with me and think a two is something to be proud of. read more

This Chick-Fil-A locations is one of many that I frequent in the greater Los Angeles area. I've stopped by this particular location when visiting friends in the area. This location is a rarity in that it does not have a drive thru. However, they do have a sizable parking lot, in which I never had issues finding a spot. They also have a large indoor dining area, which is always kept clean. At times, this place can get very busy. But the staff here gets the line going very fast, and they process orders efficiently. The surrounding area is safe. I've haven't encountered any shady characters around. As far as the food, I do have to add some criticism. They removed the egg, chicken, and bagel sandwich from their breakfast menu. Their egg-white breakfast sandwich is way too small. Their yogurt, which is supposedly a "healthy alternative" to fries, is way too sugared. Their coffee is way too weak, having less than half of the caffeine of a regular cup of black coffee. As for the rest of their menu, it is still great. I just hope they don't go the way of other fast-food chains. This place is a decent stop for lunch in the Burbank area. I rarely come to the Burbank Chick-fil-A because of the parking situation. They do not have a drive-through so you are forced to either go into the establishment or park at one of the 20-30 slots (i think that's how many I counted) that is allocated for mobile orders. Since the parking spaces for mobile orders are usually always filled you are forced to then park somewhere in the back lot if there is a spot otherwise you may have to circle around for a while. Besides the parking situation what makes up for it is the quickness in getting your food. No more than 10 mins if I go inside. I usually opt for going inside just in case there is an issue with order I can address it right then and there instead of flagging someone down. I stan Chick fil a so I rarely have anything bad to say about the food. read more

By the time I finished paying for my food, my order was already ready for pickup on the other end. That's fast service! I have to say that this location missed the mark. I am a HUGE fan of the brand and usually love the food but this experience was 2 thumbs down This was my first experience at this location. First this place is REALLY hard to access and park. The building is beautiful and clean on the inside. I sat outside as inside seating is not available due to the pandemic. Outside smelled like i was sitting next to the dumpster! Strong and very unpleasant. Staff were working hard but most were not pleasant and friendly like all the other locations. The chicken sandwich suffered from anemia. The breast was Very thin in the center and did not fill the bun. Kind of like a pressed and flattened patty. Came here on 6/12/2024 early afternoon and was met with an unexpected presence right upon entering. I'm guessing plumbing issues because the stench of feces dominated the entire restaurant. This might explain why it appeared rather empty than the usual long lines and packed dining crowd. Completely killed my appetite so I simply ordered a drink instead. I sat towards the back and hoping the smell wouldn't reach there but no such luck. This is the FIRST fast food restaurant EVER that I visited which smelled like unflushed toilets. And very unfortunately, overflowing with you know what. Was on the brink of barfing so my visit was limited to just minutes. Great to see a diverse group of employees though. A mixed-race staff that shows equal opportunity. Nice touch. But no presence of an older lead or real management may indicate why such incidents occurred and never resolved. Maybe it's wise to hire staff that can prevent or eliminate these issues so we can all peacefully enjoy our meal. Having had food from here previously, on every occasion until now it was picked up or delivered. So, I thought it was my turn to repay the favor. This is the place that started all the copy cat chicken sammies. It's very good. And they only do waffle fries. They're okay. For me what stands out and is above all, are the nuggets. Not tenders. They come in 3 available sizes with a multitude of sauces for dipping. They're moist and juicy and not too overly breaded. This place is an impressively well run machine. Which it has to be due to the sheer volume of customers. Kudos to the staff. Which brings us to the parking situation. Tiny lot, full spaces and no stop to cars coming in. A nightmare scenario. I don't really like fast food as it gives me a tummy ache. The closest to fast food for me would be In N Out burger. So one day, we decided we would try this new joint. Every time lovey and I will pass by chick fil a , it was packed. We decided to go for one Friday night and I ordered the classic chicken combo and lovey got the tortilla soup and chicken nuggets. The Sandro was pretty good and big chicken piece. Pretty simple with pickles inside and you put your own sauce. Tortilla soup was good and chicken nuggets was good too.
