My friends and I stopped by this Taco Bell on our way home because it was on the way. It was also happy hour time so we wanted to take advantage of the deal on the freezes. The parking lot is not that big and the inside the same. When we walked in, the worker said to order from the kiosk. I saw that the price wasn't a happy hour price for the freezes so I asked and she said that's the price. So I got the baja blast Freeze and Raspberry freeze. The final price was higher than what I'm used to so I check on my taco bell app at the location I usually go to and the price was different. It is cheaper in that location while this Taco Bell location is a dollar more. The size of the cup is also smaller too compared to the other location. I would not recommend coming to this location unless you live in the area or this is the closest Taco bell to you.

I got the steak street chalupa box, which for some reason is 14.99 at Taco Bell in burbank, but only 11.99 at any Taco Bell not in burbank. I know taco bell normally skimps on meat. However this is crazy.

7pm November 24th 2019 I really really had to use a restroom and the closest spot was this place and it's hard for me to go to a restaurant without buying anything so I decide to try out Taco Bell's new rolled chicken tacos combo. I was short 43 cents! I was gonna change my order but the cashier was kind enough to let it go. I got the restroom code quickly and decide to enjoy the food inside. The workers keep this spot clean and make sure to check up in the dining room pretty often. Very alert, very proactive, very responsible! What surprised me the most is how friendly the workers are even though they quite busy. Sorry not much to say besides being impressed by this location. Thank you Jorge and Daniel for the pleasant service. Keep it up gentlemen.

Clean parking lot, friendly cashier, bathrooms open, quick service, nice smaller dining.

I'm giving them 3stars but that's generous.Tacos were good but what the hell happened to the burritos? The flour tortillas are like shoe leather! They used to be soft and fresh and now it's like they leave them out for weeks to get good and stale before they serve this crap to the public.Won't be back to this location but hopefully they won't all be the same.

Tortillas are soggy (ordered hard shell), meat was too mushy, lettuce was wilted. Just not the usual decent fast food taco.

When we came in, it was moderately busy, but we got our order in quickly. There is parking out front on the street that's plentiful...not sure if they have a parking lot or not nearby. This place is interesting because it does Mexican faves like tacos and burritos and some Peruvian classics like lomo saltado. When we saw that was on the menu, we had to get it. They give a generous portion and the flavor is great. The meat was tender and the sauces take everything to the next level. I am a sucker for a good lomo saltado, and they delivered! We'll be back! I ordered the asada taco, and the smoky flavor from the grill really stood out. I also tried the al pastor taco, which was delicious, but my favorite was definitely the chicharrón taco. It was perfectly crispy, well-seasoned, and packed with flavor. Their guacamole was fresh and absolutely on point! My husband ordered the surf and turf burrito with asada and shrimp. It was well-seasoned, full of flavor, and the portion was so generous that he only finished half. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the overall experience was excellent. We'll definitely be coming back!

Not long ago, we had some amazing tacos at the Beverly Hills location, so we wanted to give the Burbank location a try as well. Even though we had already eaten quite a few snacks earlier that day and weren't very hungry, we were still curious to see how this location compared. My mom really wanted to order the shrimp taco because she remembered how much she had enjoyed it before. However, the menu indicated that it was spicy. So, I asked if they could make it non-spicy or serve the spicy sauce on the side instead, but he explained that the taco is prepared with the spice already included, so they weren't able to do that. We then asked if they had any other seafood tacos. That's when we found out they had a ceviche taco as the special of the day, so we ordered two of those. The ceviche was fresh and flavorful, although it was a little saltier than we expected. Even so, every staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly. The employee who took our order especially stood out. He was genuinely kind and welcoming from beginning to end. While I was eating, I realized the ceviche taco was much larger than I expected, and I got full before I could finish it. I asked for a to-go box, but I couldn't figure out how to close the lid. The employee immediately helped me close it with a smile. They were just as friendly during the ordering process as they were afterward, and their excellent customer service really made our visit enjoyable. I would definitely come back to try some of their other tacos in the future.

The Al Pastor is the champ here with the pineapple dang it was good!! The queso burrito was da bomb. The cheese is slapped onto the flat top to brown and build a bit of extra flavor. The tortilla was set on top and then filled with your meat, rice and beans, green onions and your choice of salsa. OMG. The cheese was so flavorful it really heightened the flavor of the other ingredients. Try it!! So good We got one watermelon drink which was made with fresh watermelon. You can taste the grittiness of the melon in a good way. Maybe had sweetener added but dang it was good Outside seating is provided which gave it the street fair vibe.
