I came to Taco Bell one afternoon and it seems like they prefer that you order from the kiosk. To order from the kiosk, you enter a code from the app. After that, you don't need your phone anymore; the kiosk is linked to your account. I ordered the deal of the day and it was straightforward to complete the order and pay with Apple Pay. After a short wait, they called my name because my order was ready. I ate the food inside. It's a very small location with a very small seating area but multiple people could be there at the same time. The limited edition nacho fries were good. Service was straightforward, like they were there to get the job done. There isn't a napkin dispenser so if you need more, you have to ask them. There is a bathroom and it appears you need to ask them for the code to the door. read more

Unfortunately I just think this Taco Bell was the last straw. I also frequent Taco Bell way too much. Ordered a Black Bean Crunchwrap, no cheese or sour cream, add guacamole. We are vegan, and trying to eat out is difficult in general. I got to my destination and bit into it and it was ground beef. I'm not driving back, as it isn't super close. This is the 4th time at different Taco Bell's in Burbank that I've gotten somewhere and it's been all wrong. I've learned a lesson though, just check your food prior to taking off and look inside your items to make sure they are correct. Always doing their best to handle the orders and people and there's a school nearby so they get a rush from that and still deliver my order in a timely manner! I was very disappointed with my visit today 9/20/25 At 11:41p When I arrived at the drive thru, the lady was kind enough to welcome me at least but when I tried ordering I literally had to repeat myself 10 times, no joke! After she was able to hear me after I kept on asking her what type of dessert she had an available multiple times in a row , she recommended the caramel apple empanada. When I arrived at the window, she told me i had to wait 10 minutes in order for me eat it because they had barely came out of the oven and it was way too hot. Mind you, she told me this right after I paid for it. As a manager who has worked in fast food restaurants I could say this has been the worst costumer service I ever received/experienced. Specially because selling items that are extremely hot can injured somebody. This shows how careless they are! When I tried helping this lady out, she told me that it has not being the first time that she has warned people for selling extremely hot food. As the example she gave was the coffee that she has sold multiple times and had asked people to be careful because the coffee it's way too hot!! This is my go to Taco Bell! They are very consistent with their quality and I've never had a problem with the food that I've gotten from here. There's never too long of a wait at the drive-through either. The dining room is a little small, so I think I probably only eaten in once or twice. But if you want to, there is pretty ample parking outside and clean bathrooms as well. read more

Had the worst customer service experience this afternoon 3:45pm 6/6/26. The drive thru woman was in such a terrible mood! So much attitude. First I was trying to order and she yelled I can't hear you but in a rude tone. and I said If they still have the rockstar energy drink refresher and she said yeah and so I ordered it got to the window and it was a frozen Baja blast. So I said oh wait I didn't order this and she straight up said "you said baja blast." (First of all, I know I didn't bc those two phrases are so different.) And I said "no I didn't. I said rockstar energy drink refresher." and she rolled her eyes (!!) and looked at her coworker and turned back and said "well we don't even have it anymore." then just looked away like to signal me to leave so I said okay well I guess I'll just keep this one..? and she closed the window immediately after! She didn't even ask if there's anything I'd like instead or anything. I left with such a bad taste in my mouth. I have never experienced such mean girl energy at a drive thru. It honestly made me so upset bc I didn't do anything to deserve that attitude. And I still had to pay for my drink which I didn't even want in the first place. I decided to go down magnolia to the other Taco Bell and they confirmed they did have it and the woman there was so much nicer she even greeted me saying how are you and was super sweet. HUGE difference. My friends and I stopped by this Taco Bell on our way home because it was on the way. It was also happy hour time so we wanted to take advantage of the deal on the freezes. The parking lot is not that big and the inside the same. When we walked in, the worker said to order from the kiosk. I saw that the price wasn't a happy hour price for the freezes so I asked and she said that's the price. So I got the baja blast Freeze and Raspberry freeze. The final price was higher than what I'm used to so I check on my taco bell app at the location I usually go to and the price was different. It is cheaper in that location while this Taco Bell location is a dollar more. The size of the cup is also smaller too compared to the other location. I would not recommend coming to this location unless you live in the area or this is the closest Taco bell to you. read more

7pm November 24th 2019 I really really had to use a restroom and the closest spot was this place and it's hard for me to go to a restaurant without buying anything so I decide to try out Taco Bell's new rolled chicken tacos combo. I was short 43 cents! I was gonna change my order but the cashier was kind enough to let it go. I got the restroom code quickly and decide to enjoy the food inside. The workers keep this spot clean and make sure to check up in the dining room pretty often. Very alert, very proactive, very responsible! What surprised me the most is how friendly the workers are even though they quite busy. Sorry not much to say besides being impressed by this location. This is a clear professional who comports herself more like an owner than a common employee. When receiving the order she is attentive and careful, Kalani repeats the exact order precisely and when it comes out it is always completely as requested. She is pleasant and friendly, with a terrific smile, and clearly cares about each aspect of the multiple tasks she is performing at any given moment. A friend was nice enough to bring me a burrito supreme. All I remember is a slimy tortilla with stuff inside. I never felt the texture of beef or bean. Hey, it's good ole standard, been around my entire life, Taco Bell. They have a few new items on the menu that I wanted to try since I like spicy stuff. I had the volcano taco with fire sauce. It was tasty but not as hot as I expected. I got Doritos tacos for my little guy and he was quite happy with them. I LOVE the frutista freeze drinks! Had the strawberry one. Burbank's newly remodeled, space-age Taco Bell is a hit! Previously, it was drive-thru only, but now, come on Yelpers, get out of your Lambos and enjoy one of the five or six tables inside -- bistro style. The inside service is fantastic. I arrived for TB's happy hour (all drinks, including those slushy ones, are $1), and we decided to go tapas-style. It's Taco Bell, right, so all bets are off, it's a cheat meal. Just order every single item on the dollar menu and get ready for total satisfaction with no more than the change in your car ashtray. The dollar menu items are a surprisingly good deal (the nachos are awesome) and the quesadilla was as filling as the $3 one -- absolutely one of the best dollar menus in the fast food world. Plus, there's less food guilt as the dollar menu items seem 'teeny' by comparison to their full-sized brothers and sisters. What are you going to do with all the money you save? read more

This place is super close to where I'm staying at and gee...I've gone here a lot and it doesn't count the number of check ins. I mean before I even had a yelp account. I have ordered crunchy supreme wrap, Mexican pizza, soft taco, crunchy taco, the box order, quesaritto beef and steak, um a bunch of $1 items since I was curious how good they were for that cheap and how filling. So I have ordered a lot of food..just not the drinks cause I'm good with water XD I have never used the drive in since why wait in my car and waste when I can use my two legs to go get the few feet of exercise before chowing down a bunch of calories I didn't burn.
