No STARS!!! Really fed up of their marketing tactics, knocking on the door right in the afternoon when children are sleeping. They are very popular on our community facebook page and I am sure they are not getting any business for sure from any of my neighbors. Not sure about their service but sure their marketing is not paying them enough. read more

**DO NOT USE YOU WILL REGRET IT** I have never head of this company until this young man Rudy showed up on my door step. He was polite, showed me everything they offered, and gave me a deal. My previous pest control did not service the inside of my property because of COVID and this company "claims" they do "as long as you request it when its scheduled" NOT TRUE. They "claim" to call you 30 mins before technician arrives NOT TRUE. I was supposed to have my property serviced 7/29 (outside and inside w/ all the correct notes). Technician claims he serviced my property, I NEVER saw him and i work from home. No one knocked on the door, the back gate was locked so they would have to knock on the door, plus i have a dog that barks at everything outside. I called for inquire they said technician attempted contact NOT TRUE. They rescheduled for 8/2, again home ALL DAY and no one showed up. Called the next day to inquire, they said notes from technician said property not serviced need to reschedule. No one called me to tell me they weren't coming or that i needed to reschedule. Called and spoke with a manager Christine she apologized and said she would have someone out on 8/6 between 10-12, can you guess? No one showed up AGAIN!!!! "Customer Retention" department said Christine didn't schedule it for that time slot instead as an anytime appointment and that i would need to reschedule the 4x to have my property serviced. I requested to cancel my contract, they told me that i would have to pay $100+ to cancel it. They claim that is a good deal and they are doing me a favor because normally it is $279. They are charging me to break contract because they CANT show up when they are supposed too, service the interior of my property as agreed upon, and communicate any scheduling issues? Where does that make sense to anyone. So if you are reading this DONT sign their agreement and FIND SOMEONE else!!! read more

This company came knocking on my door a few months ago to try and get me to use their services and I had never heard of them so I told them I would look into their services and call if I wanted to proceed. I then became overrun with an ant invasion and needed to move more quickly since piles were developing around my home quickly and the ants were coming in. I thought it was fate when I came across a Groupon deal for them for a full outside treatment for $23.20. I purchased the Groupon and called them that day (09/26/18). The man on the phone took all of my information, including the voucher number, name, address, and what services I needed. He then told me that he couldn't set the appointment for me and that he would have to have someone call me. Cut to 13-days later...I still haven't heard from anyone and no one answered my call today. I ended up having to ask Groupon for a refund and I now have to continue my search for a reliable company to help me with my pest needs. read more

Great company, courteous and friendly staff from the receptionist all the way down to the technicians. Highly recommend

They are the best. Always on time. All of their people are friendly. The bugs are gone! Thank you White Knights!

Very pleased with this company! Armando came out to perform my initial treatment, he was very thorough, explained exactly what would be done, and arrived on time! He was very friendly and personable. I was amazed at all the areas they treated and everything that was included in the initial treatment. I've never had a pest control company treat the attic and sweep the eaves of my home! Awesome service!!! read more

Great customer service! With our mild winter, the bugs seem to be worse this year. White Knight goes the extra mile to make sure I'm satisfied with their service. White Knight Pest Control is great! We live out in the country and have scorpions, spiders and lots of insects. We had a baby and wanted a respected company to come and take care of our pest control. They give you notification via phone and text the day before they come. Give them a call, they are awesome! read more

Harry was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and efficient. I am not sure what else you would want in a service provider.

I have been with White Knight for a while now. Always do a quick clean job and come out in between sprays whenever I need!

Nothing compares, we tried HomeTeam, Aptive, and White Knight is who to call. I wish I could post a sign outside my house. I'm proud of this team! No more sow bugs/doodoo bugs, or scorpions, or those little long bugs. Nothing. Thank you! read more

This is simply the worst pest control company ever. They have repeatedly charged me without performing the services but the tech claims they did. I might by this if the hornets nest wasn't still up and the fact my wife and kids are always home due to home school and working from home at the time they stated they came by which was November 20th at 9am. As it happens to turn out is a Saturday, mind you I only work monday through Friday. So I was also home. I'm always up early on the porch having a smoke while I take out the dogs. Speaking of the dogs. No tech could have sprayed around my house due to my outside dog, she would have been all over him making noise that would have woke the dead. Now just wanting a even break from the situation I called costumer service which is about as useful as the techs. The lady stated she understood my issue and would send someone back out. I explained this is a continued issue and would just like to cancel and everyone be even. She then stated since I would be breaking the contract I would have to pay a additional 249.00 to cancel. I have already paid for services I didn't receive. I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager the last stated none are working. Geez techs don't spray and bosses don't show up to handle issues. I was told one would call me next week. Seriously? Now they are saying I owe more money for breaking the contract they didn't honor. Would not recommend to spray or service anyone ever! The only reason this message is so short is because there's words I left out that people wouldn't care to read. I will be seeking outside help if this issue isn't resolved peacefully. read more

I had a door to door sells guy come to my house and tell me that his boss is desperate to make sells and that he is able to offer me a service that normally they don't do and they really what me as a customer. When the technician get there he tells me that they he won't do that and that it will cost another $180 dollars. The sell guy LIED to me or he was lied to by his boss. Either way DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY read more

I was told by 2 techs that they would either return or have the office call me on 2 different issues. Each time I never heard back from the techs or the office. Don't rule out being given the run around from the tech that comes out. read more

Very curious and thorough service visits. We have quarterly visits but they've come out in-between when we needed them.

Showed up early and did a great job explaining what we should expect. He (Justin, I think) was very friendly and courteous.

I am a current client of White Knight Pest Control in San Antonio. I originally contracted with them to control crazy ants in the outside areas at my residence. They assured me that they take care of the problem. However, after committing myself to an annual contract and after several months of payments and valueless treatments I still have the exact same problem. I have called them out to retreat, but they do very little to actually remedy the problem. (a lot of lip service from customer service). On one occasion, I met the technician in my front yard and pointed out several crazy ant trails to him and informed him that the back yard had the same problem. He said he would treat the front yard and work his way through the back yard. I saw him sprinkle a few granules along my front sidewalk, but by the time I walked into my house, locked the front door and walked to my back yard, he was gone! If you have a pest problem; your best bet is NOT TO CHOOSE White Knight Pest Control. My contract can't end soon enough. Mark C. read more

ATTENTION!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!!! It all started when some dude came to my house with this company and told me him and his brother just started this company, which was the first lie, I told him I wasn't sure about it right now and asked for his card and he said he didn't have any, there was the next red flag. He told me I would only have to pay X amount for the treatment and said it was a one time thing and not a contract. I asked him several times if this was a contract and he repeatedly told me it was not. So I signed for my one treatment and that was that. But hey this company is one that apparently makes their money off lies and scams. So I called to have my service cancelled and they said it would cost $300 so I decide that its whatever and I will live out the contract. But I guess the scammers had something else in mind and decided last week that they were going to pull $300 from my account without ANY authorization from me. This company is 100% a scam. I doubt they even spray anything for exterminating bugs because after they left I have gotten more and more bugs then I had before they came. This is a terrible company and I wish I would have read these reviews before paying. I would not recommend this company even to my worst enemy. Stay away from these people. read more

Horrible company. Unethical. Don't do any business with them. I asked the guy that sold me the service if I can cancel at any time (even after the first treatment). He said yes. I asked if there would be any fees (even if I cancel after the first treatment). He said no. I asked him those 2 questions multiple times and got the same answers. I called them to cancel and they are telling me that I need to pay $160 fee!!!!!! They said it said it in the contract that I signed. Update to a prior five star review. We were scheduled today. In the afternoon, since the technicians hadn't come yet, we called to get an estimated arrival time. And leaned that our appointment had been cancelled. Because they were too busy to get to us. And no one called to let us know; apparently it didn't occur to them. Guess it is good we called, as I'd have hung around all afternoon waiting instead of doing the many other things on my work list. We've been customers of the Salado office for about three years now. Reggie Sr. is our usual technician, and he is always reliable, thorough and highly professional. Other technicians are also quite good. Because we live in a rural area we anticipated that pest control would be a problem. But with our scheduled service, we very seldom have any problems, and when we do we call, Reggie handles it completely. When it comes to customer service, it takes only one bad experience to negate years of positives. Net-net: five stars still for the technicians. But only one star for the back office. So as a recommendation to potential clients of White Knight: if uneven back office service doesn't phase you, then I definitely recommend this firm; they do great work and the technicians are excellent. BUT: if you believe the overall service experience needs to be consistently good to earn your business, then I guess I'd suggest that you look around some more. For example, if another firm called me today asking for a shot at my business with them, I'd try an alternative in a heartbeat. Who knows, maybe a competitor's technicians will be great also. read more

I have a much more detailed review I'd like to write, but I'd also like to save people time when choosing a pest control company - stay away from this one. We spent half a year having trouble with both individuals who answered the phone and the technicians that came out. Our pest problems increased despite repeated calls and visits. We were quoted additional prices for things that were actually included in the "contract". We went with White Knight due to just fatigue over being called so many times... i still don't know how they got our number in the first place. We did a preliminary web search before signing on and thought that the reviews looked okay enough. We should have read and investigated further. I have been re-routed to so many people, put on hold numerous times, and, when I had pressing pest problems, they took several days to a week to get someone out. My old pest control company would answer the phone on the first call and get someone out in 24 hours or less... and on their initial visit, they actually went in our attic and spent more than 20 minutes looking around the perimeter of the house for issues. I know it is easy to bypass a few bad reviews especially when a company is so persistent... especially when a company claims that everyone in the neighborhood loves them and uses them when they call to repeatedly beg you for business. I also know it is easy to not write your own bad review when service ends up not being what you thought it would be. If you do go with this company, I encourage you to write a review once you've experienced their service. I'd be happy to see a good one if your experience was better than mine. If your experience is terrible, share it! It would have helped us avoid this company to see more people document their experiences. read more

What an absolutely nightmare of a company to deal with. Homeowners BEWARE, this company is completely unethical. I called because we wanted someone to come spray for mosquitoes, The guy on the phone insists I sign up for an annual plan and that it covers mosquitoes. We move forward with that and then end up calling a couple weeks after treatment because we did not notice a difference what so ever. The lady then proceeds to tell me that the annual plan does NOT cover mosquitoes, and that I would need to pay for a completely separate service for them to come spray for mosquitoes. After weeks of back and forth and waiting for them to listen to my first call when the guy told me the plan he signed me up for covered mosquitoes they agreed to switch me from an annual plan to mosquito only treatments and that my first two treatments would be credited from my initial annual plan payment that I never needed. Second treatment comes around and THEY CHARGE MY CARD FOR IT! When I call to politely remind them that the second treatment should have a credit, they hassle me about it and say they will call me back. Yeah right!! I told them to close my account and that I would never be needing their service ever again. I called my bank to dispute the charge and stop future payments and they are STILL TRYING TO CHARGE ME MORE MONEY- for what, I do not know!!! They are completely rude, unethical, and just out for your money. Not once did anyone ever apologize or offer me a refund, not to mention they completely lie to you on the phone to get you stuck in their annual plan that you don't even need, and then everyone tells you something different when you call to get answers. I will make sure everyone I know does not ever use white knight pest control services. read more

Personable and informed. Made sure to ask if I had any additional problems before he began his work. Top notch professionalism.

As new home buyers, we were turned on to White Knight through a concierge service. Initially we were excited to have such a reasonably priced yearly service, however we ran into issues when we needed additional treatments. The house we moved into was infested with fleas, and White Knight treated the base boards and said wait two weeks. After two weeks, the fleas were not gone, so they returned and treated in the same manner. A week later, still fleas. Contacted a different company who came the same day, treated the entire yard and whole house. All fleas were dead that night and have not seen one since. Also, make sure you read the fine print and do your math because there is a cancellation fee that is not clearly explained in the contract which states that you must pay the difference of the remaining savings of fees from the time of initial service. We have no idea about their quarterly service, but anticipate it would be much like what was already experienced. read more

Best company that does the best service. Very trustworthy! If you ever need pest control solutions this is who you need to hire.

I will preface this by saying that I have never written a negative review for any business, on any forum. White Knight earned this one. - Previous week: I called and scheduled an initial appointment for the following week. - Day of appointment: I received a call from associate explaining the company truck "broke down" and they would need to reschedule. I realize things happen so I rescheduled for 2 days later. - 2 days later: I cut errands short so that I'd be home when White Knight arrived. NO CALL, NO SHOW. So I called White Knight and spoke to a different associate who advised me that although "notes had been entered" stating that a reschedule was needed, it somehow never made it to the Technician. She told me she would call me back with a solution to rectify the problem. NO CALL BACK. Pathetic service - and they never even made it to my home. I would suggest anyone needing pest control to steer clear of this unreliable business. read more

So after initially starting the treatments I thought it was for tge good. 1 year and seventy dollars every other month the insects were worse. They put down termite traps and supposedly s played for over a hundred bugs. My home is now infested with ants grub worms huge spiders and the crickets and frogs are worse than ever. Yes I am unsatisfied with their work in do not recommend it. I also encountered 10 the applicators lying upon receipt about treating certain areas. I watch the young man from both my children's window in the front yard an my game room upstairs that overlooks the backyard. He had made no treatments or applications to the side or my backyard.
