Showed up last night around 8:45. Stated hours are open to 9 and open sign still lit. Could see they were putting stools on tables - fine, we were going to order to go. Walked in and asked if we could still order. Guy acted inconvenienced, went to check the kitchen, came back to say they are getting ready to close. We turned around a left. Here for a visit and was looking forward to trying this place. Passed many other sandwich shops to get to this one. If you're gonna stop serving before close then shut the open light off. read more

It's been quite a while since I've been back to Which Wich mainly because of the prices were so high but today I went back and I got a krab seafood sandwich. The filling was very good but for a big disappointment that they did change their bread before it was artisan bread and I think that was over a year ago. It was a great baguette that they would have. They've turned to cheap white bread rolls and the taste is terrible. I can see getting a bowl but not a sandwich anymore. They did the same thing that Jersey Mike's did they cheap in their bread really sad. I won't be buying a sandwich from these people again as far as the ambience there is none just an open fast food place and the service well is a bit slow considering there was hardly anybody in there. read more

Ridiculously slow. There are 8 people in the place with 3 people making the sandwiches. I did a mobile order and had to wait 25 minutes for my food past the time the app said it'd be ready. They kept asking if I was there for a pickup. I'd say yes and they'd look at my ticket (3rd from the right) and say they're working on it. This kept happening every 5 minutes! My ticket never moved from its spot but others would magically jump in front of it and get their food. I haven't been in here in almost a year and they just reminded me why. Haven't been back in a while so while in Williamsburg went there and was surprised to see topping options that I thought were off the menu. Little things like crunchy chips really added to the texture, flavour and experience. Staff are helpful. Doesn't take long to get your sandwich even when they are busy. Enjoyed sitting outside with the great weather. Music is piped outside which is nice. If they only had beer to add to the menu! read more

I had to wait 30 minutes for my sandwich with at least four or five people working at 12:30 p.m. on a Thursday. Worse, the lone sandwich-maker was wandering around, talking to his co workers, while orders were piling up. Twice he sneezed into his arm and kept going, The cashier who took my order was borderline surly and appeared upset that someone was ordering. The food is just okay -- Jersey Mike's across the street is much better. Even if the food was better, the service and attitude make the WhichWich on Montecello in Williamsburg a no-go. The hubs and I were in the Williamsburg area when we decided to stop in for lunch. We both are fans of sandwiches so it was only fitting to stop and check it out. It was bustling with customers which is always a great sign. The eatery had a nice number of chairs and tables to accommodate the masses. It is clean which is a plus. There was even seating right by the windows perfect for people watching lol. The menu is displayed on the side by the register. It took a few minutes to peruse the options before opting for the cali club. To make it a meal you can add a side of crinkle fries with a drink. There's also a choice of dessert that is locally made which I recommend to satisfy a sweet tooth. Since it was pretty busy some orders were getting mixed up. We had to wait a few minutes since our fries were forgotten. The fries are better than shake shack! Yep crispy and made in house. The Cali club comes with avocado, Turkey, cheddar, red onions, lettuce, and bacon on a wheat roll. It was standard and wrapped nicely. It satisfied our hunger. The birthday cake was good as well. There is a rewards program so download their app to collect points to redeem free food. We will be back and I believe it's franchised so this is not their only location:) read more

Probably one of my favorite sub places (this and Potbelly). The staff is super friendly, the flavor is great, and the options are amazing. Milkshakes are pretty good too. Not the cheapest, so I can't come here as often as I'd like. If the prices were a buck or two lower, I'd probably come here 3-4 days a week for lunch. read more

We have been here several times, and it seems the quality has gone down. We ordered the Avacodo, got home, and found the sandwich had no Avacodo. Or the Avacodo was spread so thin you could not taste it. It did not register until we went to another Which Wich in another city. The quality of the sandwiches was very good. Today, we decided to try this Which Wich again, and sorry to say, no Avacodo. They also forgot the fries and had to wait for them. We are done with the one in Williamsburg. read more

Had a busy moving/cleaning day in Williamsburg, so I grabbed some Which Wich for everyone to try. I got a few BLT's, Cheeseburger and Reuben sandwiches and a garden party for myself. I made sure to get some fries as well to try the sauce I have heard so much about. The food was ok, but I wasn't really impressed (especially at this price tag) nor was anyone else. We all tried a small sample of each sandwich as well to make sure we weren't missing anything. Some in the group really did like the fry sauce, but the fries themselves were soggy and bland and I was not a fan of the sauce. The bread was very basic, like day olds you might get from a corner market, and the ingredients were lacking as well. Don't be fooled by the amazing pictures, I had to open up the BLT to check that there was even avocado in it. For what I paid, I could have taken everyone out to get something heartier so I was disappointed overall but it fit the immediate need. With so many sandwich shops out there and nothing that stood out about this place, I will probably not patronize a Which Wich again. read more

Let me start off by saying I'm a huge fan of deli sandwiches. I love Which Wich! I wish there were more around. The ordering from the menu is a bit different t here. You grab a paper fill out what you want, grab another if you want fries, then take the papers to the register. Not a bad idea, that way you never mess up a sandwich. Everything is fresh and fast! I also like the dining set up. If your not an extrovert the dining set up may be uncomfortable but there are private seats on the side. I'm friendly so I of course sat and talk to strangers. The sandwich was amazing and the fries were perfect. I don't know about you but i love lemonade, so they pretty much gave me the world. I would definitely drive 20 minutes again just to have the same meal. See you again soon! read more

It's not that it's bad it's just mediocre. They usually forget my fries. The sandwiches are usually more sloppy than I would prefer. This last time was a DoorDash order and they put the cups in the bag.... Soooo yep, no drinks. Yes, they had stickers on the floor and all the appropriate signs, but it was seriously crowded with people waiting inside for takeout orders or hovering over us as we ate while they waited in line. After figuring out how to order using paper bags and red markers touched and fondled by who knows how many people, we ordered two sandwiches, two fries, and two milkshakes ... for $34. Yikes. No meal deals here on a Saturday. Did we get $34 worth of food? No. The sandwiches were okay, nothing special, not all that filling, not worth $7+. The average deli anywhere could make a better corned beef on rye for half the cost. The fries were nothing we couldn't have gotten via a grocery store or grade school cafeteria. Shakes were good, but at $4.50 each they should have been epic. Combine too much cost for not enough food, an overcrowded dining room, and not enough protections for those who choose to eat in, and you create a poor dining experience. read more

This is another subways, poor meat quality and its very expensive! $30.00 for two sandwiches, one regular size and one medium sandwich and two small drinks. For that price I could have went to an old school Italian shop in NYC and got my self a fresh mozerella, roasted peppers and prosciutto sandwich on a brick oven bread. I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich, and I got sliced turkey breast deli meat with franks hot sauce dumped on top. Today was my first time at this place and it was dope! I was only on this side of town because my bank is close by and I needed something to eat on my lunch break. The decor is pretty fly in this place and I liked the ordering process. Pretty clear instructions on the wall, grab the bag and circle in the sandwhich you want, write your name on and bring it to the counter to pay. I was there at around 12:30 and there wasnt a line at all. I ordered the "Superfood Wich" because it looked hella good and pretty healthy. We have always loved coming here but it's been awhile. The menu has changed drastically since last visit. Food is always delicious. I love the way they take the order with the bags. The downside is that it is no longer (along with most other places) an affordable family friendly place to go. For my husband, myself, & our small child it was over $45... This is a good place for casual eats. I like the ordering/menu system. You get to choose your own adventure ahead of ordering at the register so grab a bag and grab a sharpie. You can select from white or wheat; salad or sub; toppings or fillings, sauces...but if that's too overwhelming you can also select a signature sandwich. We've had the Philly cheesesteak, the turkey, and the caprese. They were good, nothing out of the ordinary, but most definitely better than subway. Being from Boston we do not have wich wich here so while we were vacationing we went to wich wich in Williamsburg before heading to busch gardens. I was really amazed at the very simple yet modern look of the store and the yellow/ black combination color scheme. The concept of ordering on the paper bag was very cool and very systematic in terms of what you want in the sub and what kind of sub you want. We were actually helped by the owner in choosing what he thought were good subs according to what we liked . He was a great guy very patient in explaining and helping us out. The subs themselves are huge and they fill it good. I ordered buffalo chicken while wife got veggie and it was great. The bread was nicely toasted not to crusty and not too soft. The buffalo sauce in the sub was very good along with chicken. Overall the food was really.good.and service was great and quick and i cant wait to.go back. Hopefully they open in MA soon. read more
