Out of all the places in the busy marketplace, this is my go-to for a quick and delicious meal. I'm always very happy with the efficient and friendly service as well as their consistently high quality ingredients in my sandwich. Like the Chipotle of sandwiches, the first time it took me awhile to decide what I wanted but the helpful and friendly cashier, Emily, was very patient while I filled out my order and even offered some good suggestions. "Ayy, I remember syrup sandwiches and crime allowances" - After my wife raved about this place I had to give it a try. I'm more of a plain type of sandwich guy so the ability to be specific about options at this place is PERFECT for me. My sandwich came as I had requested it and a nice touch is being able to put ANY name you want and they'll actually call it out. I went with IronMan...use your imagination and be sure to choose a good one - it can be quite entertaining. Our sandwich creator Emily was super friendly and made it a point to ensure our order was correct (attention to detail!) - even though it was busy, she made us feel like we were the only ones there - two thumbs up. It's just okay. Food is fine, not impressed by the staff. I also have to preface with a few things: 1. I frequent the which wich on Katella up to several times a week and I have left them great reviews. Their customer service at the Katella location is incredibly superb. 2. I had just been at Nektar next door and everyone there was super friendly. 3. I've been to this location more than once. So the 3 stars is my overall review. I stopped by for lunch. It wasn't very busy. Cashier was nice. I got my food and realized the olives were missing and they added cucumbers instead. So, trying to be understanding, I just went back in and asked for olives on the side. The girl stared at me and then turned to her coworker and said "can you give her some olives." They did not ask to remake my wrap despite the mistake. No apology was offered. I wasn't too bothered but then I went to eat and realized that the cheese was also missing. And the salt. And pepper. And oregano. I just put up with it and ate my disappointing wrap. I'm sure the rent here is not cheap. I don't know how they can afford to have subpar service. Let me start by saying that the only reason for 3 stars is for the decent service. I ordered 2 medium sandwiches, 1 on bread and 1 lettuce wrap. Both had barely any meat or condiments other than lettuce. The cheese was sliced a thin as paper - literally! I had the lettuce wrap, my wife the bread. The lettuce wrap was about half a head iceberg with 2 slices tomato maybe 2 slices cucumber (I only saw it for a second) and they even put lettuce inside the lettuce wrap!! As if half a head wasn't enough... One thing is certain, I will not be going back to which which probably ever! After my meal I was just as hungry as before. The price was way too high for basically lettuce wrapped lettuce! I can probably go on a bit more but I think my point has come across pretty clear! Aka - stay clear! read more

The food was OK. Everything was fine food was served fast by a friendly staff. The only thing that's preventing me from giving it more starts is the fact that for the premium sandwich like the Philly cheese steak it was simply one size. Had the most amazing Sandwhich on Saturday afternoon. They weren't busy when we got there, but there were no paper towels in front of the store, the soda area was dirty I couldn't help but wipe it down. OVERPRICED and SOGGY SANDWICH. Nice concept of building your own custom sandwich, but I gave it a low score because the sandwich came out soggy and runny, and value is not there. For a half sandwich with chips and drink its $10.00. I took off the ripoff $1.95 drink and it was still $8.00. I dont order drinks at any restaurant or fast food because drinks have the highest ripoff markup. And I see many people catching on and just getting a cup for water. Today I had the pleasure of trying my first sandwich from Which Wich. I'm from the east coast where we don't mess around when it comes to sandwiches (aka subs, hoagies, heros, whatever term you want to go by) so when I say it was gosh darn tasty, you know I mean it. A friend and I couldn't make up our minds so we decided to order and then share. I ordered the TRB (turkey, ranch, bacon) and my friend ordered the Buffalo Chicken. I'm not a big fan of that,I honestly like to see what they put in my sandwich so I can ask them for less or more. Because of my unwavering love of sandwiches, I have been wanting to go here for a while. It felt a little "cheaper" than I wanted it to--not much different than a Subway or Togo's. I was expecting more of a Corner Bakery kind of feel. But, anyway, the sandwich selection can't really be beat. They have 4 vegetarian base sandwiches, which you can then customize in any way you choose. With places like this, I'm glad I'm (mostly) vegetarian because it would take me FOREVER to decide what to eat if meat was also in the cards. Seriously, there are hundreds of ways to build a sandwich here. All the veggies in mine tasted fresh, bread was soft, hummus and avocado were both really good. VERY pricey and the food was HORRIBLE. Brought my teenage son who ordered a 14" beef cheesesteak with double meat. Total price for just the sub was $17.25 ($13.25 for the sub and $4 for double meat). I ordered the crab and artichoke sandwich and it was so tasty!! The combo of both made it taste really light and refreshing the only problem with it was my last bite was a huge piece of artichoke .. Compared to the location at UCI, this one is better. They're slow at making sandwiches, so expect to wait a while for your order, but they do stuff their sandwiches more than the one at UCI. This is the location I always come to when I want Which Wich due to that fact. Also the employees are very friendly! They have messed up my order twice including today, so that mixed with the fact that they don't make sandwiches that fast would've dropped them to 3 stars, but the fact they really give you a bang-for-your-buck sandwich, I'm giving them 4 stars!
