The night shift drive through girl at night is a lazy individual. Last 6 visits, she acts sooo imposed upon to offer then get ketchup. She loads the drinks with ice, so 3 sips later, no drink. She rang the last order up correctly, but didn't ensure NO ONIONS! Find a new, more personable person for that job. She is a huge FAIL! So today I decided to have some Whataburger and I have to commend this site the service was way above and beyond any service I have ever received. From the minute I walked in till the minute I walked out there was one person that made this experience the world's best customer service ever her name was Mrs. Lucinda she really impressed me, she not only made it a point to greet and talk to everyone in the restaurant she knew alot of them by name. She greeted everyone who walked in, made sure everyone had everything they needed and made sure everyone was happy with their food. I explained to her how impressed I was with her service. She shows thru her actions that she values each and every customer new or loyal. I had to let everyone know that if your ever are in the area please stop by and enjoy the great experience I did. Went here late with my friends because it's a usual spot for us. We decided to go inside to eat and it ended up taking 40 minutes to get our order, which it turns out, was the wrong food too. There were multiple other customers, one who was a medical care worker who was also given one item of her long order. I'm very disappointed with Whataburger because it ruined my night. I don't recommend this location at all, I'm sure there are much faster places with better customer service nearby. read more

Just spend 30 minutes at the drive through window. We were charged for an extra 3 piece chicken tender, which isn't a big deal, we asked them to either give us the chicken strips we paid for or refund the food we didn't get. Apparently that was too much to figure out, as after 30 minutes we were asked to pull forward, and they had still not figured it out. The manager apparently did not feel the need to let us know of the issue, and we never saw the manager. We left rather then spend any more time waiting. So now we spent extra money to eat cold food. read more

The only reason I have one check in here is because this Whataburger is so quick. I work near here and often come here to pick up breakfast and lunch. I have gone through the drive through. I have also dined in and bought takeaway. Whenever I have dined in, someone has always checked on our table. Consistently great experience. read more

My roommate came in very late, and wanted food, so he sent me out. At 2am, choices are limited, but I was feeling the need for a A1 Thick and Hearty Burger, so I hit up this particular Whataburger, as it's closest. I've worked third shift before, and I was really impressed. The place was spotless, even with only two visible crew members. The woman who took my order was friendly, took my order perfectly, and promised to bring it out to me when it was done. Not only did she and her co-worker get my order out quickly, but she noticed that I walk with a cane, and made sure it was bagged up so that I could hold everything with one hand, and held the door for me so that I didn't have to juggle a thing! The food was excellent. We had the aforementioned A1 Thick and Hearty, a crispy chicken sandwich, one of the breakfast sausage egg and cheese biscuits, a honey butter chicken biscuit, and a bacon and cheese whataburger meal. Everything was cooked perfectly, well-made, nothing off-center or sliding around in the wrapping. The onion rings were made to order, as well, and she remembered the sauce I requested, as well. Even though Whataburger is more expensive than McDonalds or Taco Bell for late-night munchies, I consider it more than worth the price for such good service and such awesome-tasting food. On top of that, they've also (as of 9/29) started serving the Chophouse Cheddar Burger, even though the main Whataburger website says otherwise. Benefits of being a family-run franchise, I guess. I went here during lunch hour and decided to go through the Drive-Thru to grab something quick. I decided to get 3 chicken strips. After sitting in line for about 10 minutes I finally got my food. The chicken was tasty but the woman forgot to give me any napkins or even ask me if I wanted sauce for the chicken. This is the BEST Whataburger in the area. The ambassadors there are top quality and extremely nice. The staff always asks question and help me get things off or on my burger that EVEN I didn't know I wanted. Truly amazing, but with every amazing and generous store has to come disgusting customers that abuse the staff. A lady came in the day I went in and ordered her food to go. She started demanding food and sides that she didn't order. When the staff kindly told her she didn't pay for what she wanted, she started throwing a fit and complaining about her food. She was thoroughly enjoying her food up until they denied giving her things for free. She kept threatening to call corporate, but the managers handled her in a very professional managers. If corporate sees this, the store really didn't do anything wrong and handled the situation with care. 10/10 recommend a visit here. read more

This was my first visit due to not living in the U.S. I went because there was some buzz around the internet about the Whataburgers A1 thick and juicy beeing something above average. I'm not the kind of customer who pays notice too the service if they don't shout, spit or swear at me. I'm happy to report that they did no such thing, they gave me some smiles and even made me chuckle. On to the burger, I'm a fan of the patty and the corsley chopped onions, the bread however was a bit clingy and perhaps a bit doughy. I know that this is supposed to be a classic of sorts and it's probably sacrilegious to put this out there but i missed the lettuce and the pickled cucumber. I did not try the fries, but i had a strawberry malt shake and let me tell you - it was superb! Having said that there is probably nothing but artificial flavorings in the shake, but that's where the malt comes in handy because the malt flavor covers up the artificial aftertaste. Lovely! Called in a order because I was in a rush, had to wait behind a man who didn't know what he wanted to order when I told the cashier I had already placed an order quickly scolded me to wait. I ate here at least 700 times and it is better than the other Whataburgers but is slowly going downhill as they hire more and more (cough) people. I'm on my way there now but one thing I will NEVER do is customize the order. They WILL NOT get it right. The french fries (when they do them right) are better than anywhere except for Raising Canes. What's bothersome is when they hand you the drink. Yeah they wipe the outside but why is it always sticky? With all the people they come in contact with I imagine it to be a sticky bug germ catcher. And IF they give you napkins for some reason, they will be bunched up, resembling used toilet paper. The veggies and onions on the burger, and the fries are what make the place. Chicken strips are good. I just wish their sausage was as good as McDonalds. Because its real hot which tells me they're hiding something and often full of gristle. The biscuits are good. This is my favorite whataburger location. After all the times I've been here there's been a problem with my order every once in a while, but overall I'm satisfied. The burgers here are great! The employees are ok, they seem to be so quiet and not too communicative. Why so serious? Another problem is when I get jalapeños... Well, the food here is outstanding, as Whataburger usually is, however the only thing you should watch out for is quality. Everything else is very typical of a busy fast food location, but they are pretty quick on orders and the location includes ample seating. Back to quality, it seems that orders begin to suffer in the later hours of the day. My guess is the high school aged staff that comes in after 4pm, which is understandable but not pleasant. After many visits, you'll notice orders are wrong or just plain sloppy. I would recommend eating here early on any day of the week as opposed to evening hours. Other than that, have a visit.
