Disappointing service. 45 minute wait in the drive thru and a 30 minute ticket time. Plenty of staff in the building (we counted 8) but since there are lots of windows you could literally see the staff standing around "working" at the speed of a snail, and having no sense of urgency. Drinks sat at the window for over 20 minutes that we could see m, and the food quality was poor (redropped fries mixed in with new ones). Won't be back to this location. read more

Waited for an hour in the pick up line and they still got the order wrong. The drink lid came off one of the drinks. There's half the drink on our lap. Fortunately, this time Whataburger came to the rescue. Being gluten intolerant and on a keto diet, I ordered a bunless mushroom Swiss burger with lettuce and tomato. What I got was AMAZINGLY satisfying. And, I didn't get a hassle about getting my burger on a takeout platter instead of on a bun! Two large burger patties, sauteed mushrooms and two slices of melted Swiss cheese, with a generous side of lettuce and tomatoes. A cup of sauce on the side completed the meal. They are a made to order burger, as they have been since their founding. They are 24/7, also they are there for you when you need them.
