Disappointing service. 45 minute wait in the drive thru and a 30 minute ticket time. Plenty of staff in the building (we counted 8) but since there are lots of windows you could literally see the staff standing around "working" at the speed of a snail, and having no sense of urgency. Fortunately, this time Whataburger came to the rescue. Being gluten intolerant and on a keto diet, I ordered a bunless mushroom Swiss burger with lettuce and tomato. What I got was AMAZINGLY satisfying. And, I didn't get a hassle about getting my burger on a takeout platter instead of on a bun! Two large burger patties, sauteed mushrooms and two slices of melted Swiss cheese, with a generous side of lettuce and tomatoes. A cup of sauce on the side completed the meal. From the minute I walked in till the minute I walked out there was one person that made this experience the world's best customer service ever her name was Mrs. Lucinda she really impressed me, she not only made it a point to greet and talk to everyone in the restaurant she knew alot of them by name.
