Disappointing service. 45 minute wait in the drive thru and a 30 minute ticket time. Plenty of staff in the building (we counted 8) but since there are lots of windows you could literally see the staff standing around "working" at the speed of a snail, and having no sense of urgency. This is the closest whataburger to me but sadly it is the worst in DFW. You will not get ur food without waiting restaurant time, or even more.. 1 car ordering ahead of me at the window at 4:40 and I ended up getting my food at 5:20. After asking if I could get a biscuit for my now cold food after also not even having sweet tea, the lady told me to move up in the line only to have the rude manager come out 10 minutes later trying to debate over biscuit. Fortunately, this time Whataburger came to the rescue. Being gluten intolerant and on a keto diet, I ordered a bunless mushroom Swiss burger with lettuce and tomato. What I got was AMAZINGLY satisfying. And, I didn't get a hassle about getting my burger on a takeout platter instead of on a bun! Two large burger patties, sauteed mushrooms and two slices of melted Swiss cheese, with a generous side of lettuce and tomatoes. A cup of sauce on the side completed the meal. So today I decided to have some Whataburger and I have to commend this site the service was way above and beyond any service I have ever received. From the minute I walked in till the minute I walked out there was one person that made this experience the world's best customer service ever her name was Mrs. Lucinda she really impressed me, she not only made it a point to greet and talk to everyone in the restaurant she knew alot of them by name.
