The service, top notch! Omg they have a special sauce "wnb" sauces for the winds and let me say they are finger licking good. This is definitely one of the busy locations, but they do stick to the correct time for pick up orders. read more

Nice spot with a great variety on the menu. I love a good sauced-up wing, and I'm a tough critic when it comes to wings, so you may see that reflected in my rating. The fries were definitely the highlight for me--crispy, hot, fresh, and seasoned just right. The restaurant itself has a beautiful, clean aesthetic, and the service was friendly and fairly quick. My biggest drawback was the pricing for the size and quality. read more

We ordered the tenders, fries and buffalo chicken sandwich. The tenders and fries tasted like they had been microwaved. Soggy, oily, overly salted, and absolutely no crunch or snap to either. The tenders were wet and salty, almost like they had been sitting in brine? The buffalo chicken sandwich was literally two tenders dipped in buffalo sauce, which was an extra $1.50? The buffalo sauce itself was below average. There was a bun, so I guess that was the one positive thing. I honestly can't think of anything positive to say, and I don't want to pile on, so I'll leave it at that. The place was empty on a Saturday, and I probably should've taken that as a sign, but whoa. read more

Amazing wings been getting wings here for a couple years now, I prefer celery with blue cheese sauce with my wings, but they don't have celery, but the wings are worth it. Today, I had a double bacon hamburger and I gotta tell you, it's the best hamburger I've ever had in my life. Amazing. If you can finish it that's even more amazing. It's huge and you know you're eating real meat when you bite into it, it's definitely fresh meat. Highly recommend the wings and the hamburgers. You can't go wrong. read more

Wings, burgers and fries are awesome. Service was good and the place is clean every time I go. 8/10

Food was great! Chicken was cooked to perfection. Fries were tasty as well. My favorite flavor is honey mild! Service was on point!

Stood in this establishment from 1:30pm-1:35pm on Friday (7/17) and not one person came from the back. I could see an individual sitting, I voiced for assistance once and no one moved. Decided to leave at this point. read more

The wing are the best, fried to perfection (crispy) the burgers are also good. Always get a side of fried pickles, along with your fries. Service is always great. read more

I ordered and the food arrived in about 30-45 minutes after. I ordered thru their website, so delivery was definitely fast! The wings weren't hot, more lukewarm. However, they were good! I will give them another try for sure!!! I definitely recommend this place for all your chicken needs! Tell them I sent you or you saw a review on Yelp. read more

WNB Factory Irving - Lemon Pepper 10 Wings with 1 Flavor with Ranch!!!! - Burgers Near Me - Irving, Texas

This place has potential with a few minor adjustments to the food & beverages served. Everything was fresh & hot. The customer service was solid, along with the atmosphere. However the size of the wings were pitiful to say the least. The garlic parmesan on them was dayummmm near invisible. The fries were lightly salted but could have used a little extra. Lastly, the "shakes" are not freshly made from real ice cream & milk. They use the pre-packaged shakes that you place into a machine that attempts to mix it up. My shake was a ball of rock solid cookies & cream ice cream with whipped cream. Would I recommend this spot over other wings establishments within Irving? No, but if you live in the area & refuse to pay Hooters prices this place is an alternative. read more

I ordered in person for takeout. 8pc honey hot wings and asked to substitute the fries for fried rice. I was given fries and the wings tasted bland with no seasoning on either food item. There looked like water or some underneath the wings and fries on top of the paper. Waste of money and I didn't have time to go back and return it. read more

Those hot honey lemon pepper wings are firreeeeeee!!!!!! So good! I get this probably weekly!

Yes! The wings the burger and the fries!! Yes to all of it! Oh and the fried okra!! As usual when it's a hit I like to try it twice in the same week! Lol And both times it has been on point!! read more

If you are in the mood for great wings or even a good burger. WNB is your place. This particular WNB is in a shopping center across the street from the mall. Service was great, and the food was excellent. The wings were hot and fresh. They were full of flavor. They are not large wings. They are on the smaller end, but worth every bite. The peach juice is amazing. Very sweet and full of rich peach flavor. WNB is a must try. read more

WNB is a great spot for snack foods and has one of the largest menus in this area of Belt Line. The wing flavors are great, but the wings are smaller than competing wing spots of the area. The burgers are great, but the real star to me was the fried rice. read more

This place has really great wings! The service is excellent too. I've been helped by the same lady the last two times I visited Irving and she was really kind and helpful with the menu. I'll definitely be back soon. read more

Service was great and there was a good variety. Meals came out in reasonable time. Both wing flavors were great. I also got the vegetable fried rice for my daughter. She didn't like it, but she is a picky eater. I thought it was real good. It may have had a little more soy sauce than she was used to, but I thought it was good and there were plenty veggies. My wife liked her burger as well. We'll definitely be back to try some of the other wing flavors and possibly a cheese steak sandwich. read more

So I really wanted some lemon pepper wings for lunch but didn't want to drive far. I looked up spots in my area that I hadn't tried out and this location popped up. So I ordered the 8 piece lemon pepper wet combo with tots and a peach drink. The site advised it would be fine in 20 minutes but I actually got a text that it was done in 10 minutes. Who doesn't like speedy service?? Got there and there were about 3 customers so not too busy this afternoon. The cashier was very friendly. Greeted me and thanked me for coming when I left. I was eating my tots in the way home and they were delicious. The peach drink is a must try. I definitely should have gotten a bigger sized cup for the peach drink. The lemon pepper wings were good, but my only issue was I wish they were fried harder. Overall great spot and would definitely go back to try a burger and to get another peach drink. read more

My family could not figure out what to eat for dinner the other night and came across WNB. We agreed on this due to the variety of food and good reviews on Yelp. We initially ordered the signature factory burger, Not Closed on Sundays Chicken sandwich, Fried grouper platter (not pictured), original Philly cheesesteak (not pictured), a double bacon cheeseburger (not pictured), jerk wings and honey lemon paper wings. They keep you updated through text and the order was ready fairly quickly. Pick up was easy and everything was packaged well. The food was BEYOND what I expected! Everything was delicious. The Not Closed on Sundays chicken sandwich was to die for. Chick-fil-A who? Their lemonade is also bomb! We came back a few days later and got another chicken sandwich. We also tried the Carolina Gold chicken sandwich, tenders and a grouper poboy. Everything was great the second time. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because upon walking in for pick up, we were not greeted at all. I had to initiate the conversation went we got there and as we were leaving. Also the signs were switched on the lemonade and peach drink both times. Other than that everything was good. We will definitely be back. read more

Not only did I not get what I ordered, the wings were overcooked and the fries were soggy. I'm surprised that a place could be so bad as to mess up every aspect of a Togo order. I will never be coming back here, what a waste of time read more

Wings were awesome. Burgers were mid. The Philly steak will probably be my next option when I return

I ordered a single patty cheeseburger on a brioche bun with American cheese. Added jalapeños to my burger for an additional $.75. Initial cost of the burger was $8.74. Expectation: a nice sized burger (at least 1/3 lb) with the trimmings. What I received was underwhelming to say the most. Could not believe WNB valued the burger at that price point. The flavor was good, could get the same elsewhere cheaper. In my opinion, it is an ok burger but not worth the price. The service: I don't know, stood at the counter for a few, waiting on someone. Noticed my order sitting on the counter, so I grabbed it and left. read more

Came in here for lunch during the week. Place was not too busy but people coming in for call in orders. Lady at the counter took our order and we waited a good 10-15 minutes which was not too bad. I went with a coworker and he ordered the "not closed on Sunday" a okay on chick fil a. He said it was good, it looked good and the potion of chicken looked decent. Your boy got the Korean bbq burger, i have to say it was pretty good. They give options for buns, regular white a brioche or a pretzel bun. Got the regular and the Korean sauce was good. Burger was cooked perfectly and not dry. Overall very good burger, the peach juice is good too. Come to it out if you ever in the Irving area. read more

I got the honey garlic wings & Buffalo shrimp everything was fresh and flavorful I will be back

Very solid quick lunch or dinner option. I can't explain how happy I am to see a place selling Chicken Wing and Fried Rice combos. The wings were fried just right but I will say the Honey Lemon Pepper Sauce was underwhelming. Not enough Lemon Pepper. The rice on the other hand was really good and the chicken inside of it was actually seasoned. The price was also pretty good considering how expensive chicken wings are now days. Looking forward to trying a new flavor when I go back read more

I placed an order for the day of my holiday party for 100 wings and they messed up my order. Granted by that time there was nothing I could do about or because it for a party. I called in to speak with someone about what happened and they told there was NOTHING they could do about it. I should've called the same day. I couldn't have because of the timing of worrying about a party. I was told that the owner said no getting anything refunded or rectified. I enjoy their food but they tend to mess up sometimes. It's frustrating! So be sure to triple check your order even if it's for a party. read more

Ordered the 18 piece wing and got 3 flavors. The flavors are worth the pricing. Great wings!

NO GMO chicken!!! You switch with less quality meat. Bring back the non GMO chicken or give option.

Wandered in to try their wings (usually privy to wingstop over BWW OR Hooters) . Was excited to try a 6 pc Garlic Parm to go. I can't even describe the flavor. The chicken itself was NOT rancid but the flavor also wasn't garlic parm! The Ranch helped get the rest down. I really contemplated trashing them , but stomached the near $8. No after effects as of yet. There were other people there when I arrived, and the menu looks delish, restaurant was super clean. read more

Good burgers! My sister & had shared the fries and wouldn't believe the size of the basket. We probably should have ordered the regular sized basket. But, Dang they were perfect. Golden brown and crunchy on the outside with that almost liquid potato on the inside is my preferred french fry basket. The burger was a flavorful beef patty with a tasty bun. Of course, veggies &/or cheese is added to taste. A rare & affordable treat! read more

Wings and fried rice are amazing. always fresh and perfectly juice specially our favourite lemon pepper. Staff is amazing too

Customer service was decent, no real complaints. I ordered Fried rice which was just okay no real flavor or Seasoning at all and it comes with wings so I chose boneless Jamaican jurk flavored wings that has very good flavor. I also ordered A double, double burger that my wife truly enjoyed that was juicy and flavored well with crispy fries!. And I ordered a cheese burger and fries for my son. Overall very clean and well set up restaurant and the number one best thing about this restaurant was the Peach Lemonade It's a must have! I'd say give WNB a try when you get a chance. read more

Husband was a few doors down getting a tooth pulled. He told me to go ahead and eat cuz he wouldn't be able too. I felt bad, but I had to eat though. Wasn't very many options around, so I went here. It was so hot inside. I think they had the heater on. I got the fried rice and wing combo. By the time I got my food and got into the car, husband was coming out. I didn't want to eat in front of him so I saved it until we got home. I ate my fried rice and garlic parm wings cold cuz I was starving. Decent while cold. Not bad. I'll have to come back eventually and try the food warm. read more
