I went in to grab a quick to-go order at this location and it was very busy. I waited for my order and my order number was called at the same time as the order behind me. When I got to the counter there were two identical bags of food, so I asked the employee which bag was my order. He didn't hear me and asked me to repeat the question, so I loudly asked "which is which?". The employee took offense at how loud I was, and the other customer told me I was being rude. I suppose In-N-Out prefers for customers to paw through each bag until they discover which one is theirs. The employee (Anton) indicated which bag was mine, and I left. Unfortunately, the other patron decided it was his job to verbally assault me in the parking lot. He followed me right to my car and screamed at me and blasted me with profanity. It was very scary. As far as the food goes, the burgers were fine, the price was fair, but the fries were dried and desiccated. Just really weird, mealy fries. The drive-thru line did wrap around the parking lot a bit, but you could tell that the team was working hard to get cars through quickly. It has been years since we have had In and Out. Atlanta does not have any of these and my son and I missed it badly. So as soon as we landed in Dallas we scoped out where the closest one was and we made plans to hit it up! This was a very busy but nice location. It was well maintained and as always fast to get through even with the amount of people. We ordered double doubles, shakes, and fries and waited for our number to be called. I guess we had built it up a lot in our minds... it was still good but not as good as we remembered. After two years of steak and shake, shake shack, Shane's craft burgers, and various other locations I guess we had grown fond of other burgers. It was still good but not the end all be all we thought it was. The fries are really not that great at all. Nothing wrong with this location though. It was nice... and the food was good... Went to In-N-Out today for lunch. The drive thru was backed up but thankfully we were 3rd in line so it didn't take all that long to move forward however we sat at the window for a while. We ordered two double cheeseburgers and 2 fries. I usually don't get fries but I just finished working out and I was starving. The burgers were fine. Nothing spectacular but they were what I expected. We were both satisfied. The fries however were raw, cold and disgusting. I'm not as upset about the $4.30 we basically threw out the window as I am about the fact that I was hungry and I was really looking forward to eating them. read more

I've been here several times, and my take on the place has not changed! The interior reminds me of a throwback, to a 1950s burger joint. It is extremely clean and well-maintained... Literally looks as if they just open their doors / new like appearance. The employees are also attired in a fashion, which makes you feel you're in the 50s! The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and shows a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service! They appear to love their job! The lady working the dining room, not only ask us (twice) if everything was OK or if we needed some thing... when we finish, she immediately showed up and offered to take our tray for us. Truly incredible service here! Note: the order process was extremely easy and the counter folks were eager to be helpful, in anyway. It's a very simple menu concept, basically burgers, fries, and drinks. Certainly as compared to all other QSR burger joints. they are really reasonably priced, and if you take into consideration the service, underpriced. The burgers are made to order, always come out, fresh, hot and juicy. They fresh make (not frozen) their french fries, which are also excellent. I simply can't get over how friendly, clean, and well run this operation is! If other stores (in this chain) are like this, I see why they're so popular! Saw on IG to order the Flying Dutchman with whole grilled onions on the top and bottom since I can't get a bun. It's 2 pieces of cheese and 2 patties, the grilled onions melt into the cheese and made the burger so cheesy gooey. It was way better than a lettuce wrapped burger! When I ordered my burger the lady at the counter didn't look at me like I'm crazy. She knew exactly what I was talking about so it made my order process so simple! The drive thru line wrapped around the parking lot and building. Although the drive thru line was long it went by very fast we probably waited 5 minutes or less. We were greeted in the drive thru lane by an employee taking orders on tablet he was walking from car to car with a pleasant demeanor and a kind smile. We paid at the first window and were given paper mats since we opted to eat in the car. We received our food and drinks at the second window there were NO MISTAKES! The burgers and fries were very well seasoned. Buns very nicely crisped on the inside so definitely no soggy buns! Strawberry milkshake was divine. The burgers are pretty good. We ordered some doubles with cheese, toasted, animal style and they were quite good. Ordered fries with cheese, normal fries and and fries that were fried a little bit longer. All three versions were a bit "meh" to us. Service was fast and prompt. I have to say their drive through here is pretty massive and almost like a maze. The fast food joint is ok. I'm really not sure what the huge deal is. I think that BK And Whataburger are still way better. If you haven't tried it out, I suggest you do. Totally get your burger "animal style" at least, you will not regret it. read more

Prices increased (a little over $4) but that's to be expected in this economy. Burger came out fresh, meaty, and cheesy as always.
