Simple courtesies like a "thank you" or "have a nice night" were completely absent. As a local in Key Largo, where fast food options are limited, it's disappointing that this kind of poor service seems to be a recurring issue. Customer service is an important part of any dining experience, and it seems to be lacking at this location. It would be great to see improvements in how customers are treated, as this reflects the quality of the business. Honestly, we could use a Chick-fil-A in Key Largo--at least they know how to treat their customers with respect and care. I hope to see improvements soon.

I had a delicious Woodrow Chicken sandwich piled high with their signature onions and bbq sauce. When they brought it out, I wondered how I could possibly get the huge thing into my mouth. It was enormous (see photo) and tasty. I cut it in half and ate leftovers the next day. Service was good except our waitress did seem to struggle a bit. She either could not hear us or did not understand us (language issue?). At least she kept asking us until she understood. I do appreciate that. We were skeptical but our order came out right, yippee! We even splurged by getting dessert. Can't pass up chocolate cake when it appears on the menu (rarely). It was a beautiful presentation (see photo)! Next time you are in Key Largo, give these folks a try. You won't be disappointed.
