I've enjoyed my past experiences at this particular Wendy's. It's a bit hidden but not a lot of traffic once you make it into Wendy's parking lot. It's also one of the updated ones with lots of natural light. Best of all, it's also really clean! The customer service is top notch, always greeted with a smile. The food is fresh too which is a major plus. There's also plenty of dining tables.  A positive experience makes the food that much better. read more

Ordered a #1 combo at 3:25 pm today with a jr bacon cheese burger. Both sandwiches were over cooked and cold. Could be the worst meal at Wendy's in a long time. $16 for an awful meal is not good. Would have given a zero if possible. read more

Quick and easy. If there's a long line at the drive-through, as there was today, then park your car and go inside. It's certainly going to be faster. My sandwiches were assembled properly and nice and hot. Very nice. I had to remember to grab the napkins myself though. Getting back to the Interstate is fun. Make sure that you exit *away* from the interstate and towards the mall entrance with the traffic light. Everything else is right turn only followed by no u-turn. Ugh. read more

Yeah, it's a Wendy's. Pretty great berry salad. What more can you say? Except the manager showed a lot of care for his customers, and that goes a long way for me! Finished my workout. Had to make a healthy choice that I didn't want to make for dinner. So I stopped in for a salad and a water. The wait took a while, but to tell the truth, all I can think about is that of my muscles are sore now, they are gonna kill in the morning. The manager noticed the very long wait, and stepped up without me even asking to take care of me and make sure I wanted to come back. God bless him and his magic frosty goodness in a cup! Was told that my mobile order wasn't in the system to pull up to the window and told that it was. Then pointed to park. Brought the wrong drink order. Told the man that it was just to be corrected that it was the right order. Never coming back. Horrible customer service by the older man with the mustache. read more

The staff acted like they couldn't speak English or understand what you ordered or that you ordered on the app. They then proceed rudely mumble and point to move up, just to make you wait ten minutes only to give you the wrong food that is completely cold. Tried calling to speak to someone since we found out after we had driven off and were already getting on I-40, and could not get anyone to pick up a phone. This restaurant is not a good example of how Wendy's should be. I am giving them two stars because it was edible even if it was horrible service, the wrong items and cold. read more

Waited 20min to get a mobile order at drive thru. Was asked to pull up and that's when after 15 mins backed up to the window to inquire. Was told the restaurant closed early and a mobile order came through so they had to make more meat. I placed the order at 8:30 was in the parking lot at 8:30 and the mobile order app stated the restaurant closed at 9pm. Tried the new Frosty-ccino and it tasted just like an ice coffee. It was watery and I didn't seem like a Legendary Frosty mix was even in the drink. read more

I thought this was a fast food place but every single time I got there is a max of 5 people between the drive-thru and the dining room and it still takes FOREVER to get your food. I went through the drive thru and was the only car there getting a 4 for 4 meal and it took 16 minutes of me waiting at the window for my order. There was tons of employees standing around and only 1 women actually working and doing everything. This is to the first time this has happened; out of the last 4 times I have been there I have had to wait 8+ minutes for food when they are not busy. I could go next door to Chickfila where the line is wrapped around the building and get my chicken sandwich faster. read more

It's hard not to love Wendy's. This particular fast food is one of my favorites, but this location is one of the best I have ever experienced because of the customer service. Especially at the late night drive through. Usually at late night drive through you get a understandably exhausted and rude staff but at this location you are always greeted with a positive attitude and a smile. This just reinforces my love for this chain. Keep up the great work!! read more

Don't Go. This establishment is awful. From the management down, Which is generally how it works... If your management openly tells the customer that she cannot control how her employee's act, she clearly should not be in that position. Immature, incompetent and disrespectful. The new renovation gives this Wendy's a clean modern look. The freestyle soda machines are a nice addition. I've had many of their salads and these are always fresh and delicious. A great value overall. I definitely will be back. read more

Wendy's has really declined as a result of their makeover the past few years. A Wendy's "single" used to taste good, but since changing to a "Dave" burger or whatever, it is tasteless. The fries also used to be good, but too are now tasteless. Oh yeah, Wendy's also ditched Heinz ketchup for a horrible tasting cheap option. Yuck! To make matters worse, you can't get a "coke" anymore when dining in because they now use the multi-flavor "coke" machine - basically a kool-aid dispenser because it does not mix coke the traditional way and thus, the coke tastes horrible - not as coke should. when I went to this location, only one of the two machines worked and the other kept spitting ice on the floor. Instead of cleaning up the ice, the employee working the floor seemed more interested in slowly wiping a table next to where I sat - that was not dirty. Oh...Wendy's used to have all booth seating, but now they have a limited number of booths and the rest of the seating is open and weird. Absolutely no reason to go to Wendy's again. Just an all around poor experience. read more
