Brian was very easy to communicate with and took care of ordering all of the supplies. They came by the following week and completed the install as scheduled. They were very tidy using drop cloths on the carpet and cleaned up after themselves; unlike a lot of handymen/ contractors. Our staircase not only looks better, but is as solid as a rock and not all wobbly like it was before.
