Bottom line, we could not be more disappointed with Tower 3 and the work done on our home addition…read more Tower 3 made this experience incredibly difficult while going well over their contracted deadline which was July 2024. They had no response for their lack of communication. I have never dealt with any company or organization that understands the harm and complete disregard they have done to their costumer. Neither of the owners even acknowledged that they were wrong in this situation from updating the estimated budget to not contacting us for over 12 months. My family and I have felt betrayed by Tower 3. I will be filing complaints with the Commonwealth of Virginia Contractors as well as local news outlets, so this situation never happens to another person or family. Would not recommend in any circumstance.

The entire job went from Mon.-Thurs with a lot of that time was wait-time after staining/sealing of the stairs. The prices were very reasonable and we will certainly call them again when we refinish the floors downstairs.
