I feel awful it's taken me so long to write a review but Quality Construction Works is fantastic. Elias was professional but also personable. He has great communication skills, always keeping up with us via email or text. He had two other men he worked with and they were fast and polite. As a woman, I've felt uncomfortable being alone with or I've been condescended to by other contractors. I never felt this way with Elias and his team. That's worth a lot to me. We hired Quality Construction to install drywall and insulation in our basement. It was done fast and they did a good job. He was accommodating when we had to have them break for an electrician to come in. It was done in about three days. One of the guys accidentally broke a lamp and Elias offered to reimburse us for it. October 13, 2023 I cannot believe how great the communication is from Elias, he contacted us as soon as we sent the email. He said he would call me at 9;00 discuss the project. He called exactly on time and said he would come by at 12 on Monday to take a look. Again he was on time and that really means a lot in this day and age. He got back to me very quickly with a price I thought was reasonable and we started the process. His crew showed up exactly at 8;00 am to start the work. The crew that works for quality construction have been extremely polite and friendly. They put down tarps and plastic to minimize the mess and take them up at the end of each day, they also finish the day cleaning up sweeping and vacuuming, having construction going on in your home is stressful enough but we felt like they went above and beyond our expectations. We had a small bathroom put in our laundry room, so they had to build walls and move doorways so I knew there would be lots of dust anyway so I added to the job and asked Elias if they could take down paneling and skim coat the walls in my kitchen, without hesitation he said they could and he would give me an estimate and he did very quickly the next day. We added that to the job. and of course our water heater was not up to our expections and we asked if they could do this too. He shopped and got the new heater and the plumber showed up at 8;00 am the next morning and got it all squared away. I cannot tell you how very impressed we have been with everyone that has worked on this job even when you add to the work with other ideas they took it in stride. I will definitely call this company for all future projects they are wonderful to work with and never once acted like I didn't understand what was going on. I highly recommend this company. I reached out via email to this company for someone to come out and provide an estimate and quote for a bathroom remodel. I was pleasantly surprised that someone contacted me the same day. Oddly, when he called he said to send him pictures and what I wanted done, he would draw up an estimate. I asked if we could set up a time for him to come out but he said to send the pictures and then we could possibly set up an appointment. I did as he requested and it has been 2 weeks and I have not heard back from him even after a follow up email was sent. Poor customer service. read more

In addition to the bathroom, they also helped us with several water damage issues in a different part of the house that happened to crop up during the project, charging reasonable prices to add this work. Elias is a true professional and he and his team were wonderful to work with, going out of their way to ensure satisfaction. Elias and his team did a complete demo/ renovation of my master bathroom. The entire project went so smoothly with almost no glitches... And my bathroom is gorgeous!! The process was smooth and communication was perfect. I had lots of questions- clueless about renovations!- and Elias spent time with me ensuring that I understood and that I was comfortable with the plans.
