My wife and I have been very impressed with the projects Hetrick Painting have done for us over the last several years. They have been thorough, professional, cleaned up after the project is complete and responsive quickly to changes we ask them to make. Because of how well they have accomplished projects we contracted with them for they're our goto for large as well as small jobs that we need done at our home. read more

The entire crew is professional, detail oriented, and focused on great results. They arrived punctually and painted an entire 3800 sq ft house interior in 2 1/2 days. The completion included a thorough tour of the house to identify any touch up needed, which was very little indeed. I am delighted with the results and highly recommend Hetrick. read more

If you want it done right at a reasonable price and on time, call these guys. They have painted nearly half our home, and the work was impeccable, done on time, and priced reasonably. I recommend them very highly and would urge you to try them. I plan to have the outside of our home painted and I will be using them. read more

I hired Hetrick Painting to paint my previous home that I was selling, and the new townhome I'd built in a 55+ community. They were fantastic. They use all super high quality Benjamin Moore paint, they were very careful with our furniture and our art, they were professional and courteous, and they finished on time and on budget per their written estimate. If there was a 10 star rating, I'd give them all 10's! read more

Every experience we have had with Hetrick Painting, whether it is for our own homes or for a client, has been excellent. We exclusively recommend HPI to our clients because they are a fair price, reliable and experienced. We have used them for interiors, exteriors, and cabinetry and have never been disappointed in the quality of work. read more

We used Hettrick Painting to paint our entire house. We found their estimate competitive and they were able to start within our time frame. They did so well with the interior paint job we called them back to do the outside shutters and doors. Their carpenter was also able to repair a door frame issue quickly and at a reasonable cost. We were impressed with their skills, their professionalism, and their fairness in resolving a minor claim. Our interactions with Bijoi and Debbie were always cordial and professional. These are things you don't see every day and we would call them back again. read more

We used Hetrick to paint our deck and it was a complete disaster. They charged us twice as much as the original quote because they said the wood really drank the paint and they used more that they thought. In less than 1 year it started peeling and hasn't stopped. You can see from the pictures it is not scratches. It is the paint cleanly coming off the wood. The only follow up was a guy from spectrum telling me the quality of stain isn't what it used to be. Rob never followed up with me after that. I guess I am supposed to just accept that after paying a fortune for the job. The final price was almost twice what he quoted and what others quoted. I don't know if it is quality of the paint or bad application, but either way they left me with the disaster to fix and of course kept the ridiculous amount of money I paid for it. Hopefully this helps others to avoid the same mistake. read more

HPI painted my front door, bench, kitchen, and a few upstairs rooms. Their work was quality and professional. The staff left my house cleaner and better than they found it. This was all done in a timely manner as well. I appreciated how communicative and friendly staff was, and that they did not take shortcuts. I will definitely be using them again! read more

I called Rob about a painting project in my home and he was able to come to my house the next day and then schedule me quickly without much wait at all. His team is always professional and clean and do a thorough and may I say perfect job. They are also quiet and respectful of my home. I will most certainly be using this company again for my painting needs. read more

Hetrick is a dying breed of company, in that he actually does what he says and does the right thing regardless of profit. Long story short- He quoted me and gave me a written estimate to completely paint and repair the outside of my house. After his foreman came with materials there was an additional cost of $1,300 in materials alone in order to properly complete the job. That wasn't including extra labor. Hetrick didn't charge me anymore because it was his mistake overlooking the extra materials necessary. Which is the right thing to do. Things will go wrong, it's how you handle them that matters. He handled it ethically. I highly recommend him. read more

This was my first time hiring professional painters and am thrilled with the results. We did an extensive kitchen and dining room renovation and wanted the job done right so called for an estimate and was genuinely surprised at how reasonable it was. The owner, Debbi Hetrick, responded to our inquiry almost immediately and her professionalism and sincerity immediately let me know we made the right decision. Their project manager, Beshoy, was here the next day to give us an estimate. Communication throughout the job was timely, friendly, and effective. The crew was incredibly respectful of our home and cleaned up at the end of each day. The skill and attention to detail far surpassed our DIY ability! We had 2 large rooms, a stairway, and hallway with all of the trim and ceilings done in 3 days. The clean up at the end left my home better than they found it and the spaces look amazing! I also appreciated the follow up call afterwards and am looking forward to the next round of work now that I see the difference that having the job done right makes! read more

Nice people to work with, but not so good with follow- up. I've been waiting since July for them to return to stain a fence post that was replaced and a couple of lattice panels. They knew about this return trip when they were hired. Just wish they would honor their word. read more

Hetrick Painting was very responsive and best of all, able to do my paint job on short notice. The owner and painters were very polite and timely. Overall it was a great experience working with them! The only reason I docked a star was because the pricing could've been a little more transparent (wound up paying hundreds of dollars more than expected even after shaving off a room) and after finding a few spots that looked a bit messy, they promised they would send the painters back out to fix it and no one ever came. I'll probably explore some other local options for future jobs, but I'd feel confident recommending them to other folks as a solid pick! read more

We were very pleased with the work done in our home. Workers were very professional throughout the entire process. My walls and kitchen cabinets are stunning! read more

I'm very happy with the work Rob Hetrick did at my new house. The price he charged was reasonable. The quality of the work was very good. I had 3 places I needed holes repaired and the job they did was amazing. You'd never be able to tell anything was there before. Rob gave me some very good advice on paint color. Benjamin Moore Revere Pewter is a great neutral color that goes with anything I have. I used it in 70% of my house. I used Benjamin Moore's Tapestry Beige for the other 30%. No offense to the people who owned the house before us, but the existing paint colors weren't our taste. Lovely wife said every wall needed to be painted and she was right. With fresh paint in a beautiful neutral shade, the house just feels better. In summary, Rob is a great guy and easy to work with. Very responsive to calls, messages and emails. You will get a callback. The crew was respectful and worked fast. The quality of the work was very good. I'm very happy I chose him to paint my house. read more

Painted my whole house, basically. Perfect. Tried to have him quote during COVID and he arrived and we walked the exterior. He was unmasked and not socially distancing and ghosting us on the quote after. read more

I spoke with Rob Hetrick in June about my project and he told me he could get to it in early July. I made several phone calls only to find his mailbox was full or if I left a message, he never returned the call. After several attempts, I gave up. Not sure how this company stays in business. I would never recommend based on the service I received. Bad business! read more

You cannot find a better company to go with! This family owned and run business is the very best at what they do. Their attention to detail, diligence on the job, and trustworthiness are no small thing that make all the difference. I can't recommend them highly enough! read more

Rob Hetrick was a pleasure to work with. Responded quickly to every call and text message. They painted 2 entire floors of our home and we couldn't be happier with the results. Abraham and his crew were very professional and friendly. We also had our kitchen cabinets painted white and they turned out great. After the painting job was completed we had our floors refinished, which of course caused some minor damage to the newly painted trim. Rob sent a man right out to take care of every little nick and spot. Very reasonable priced and would definitely recommend Hetrick Painting. read more

Hetrick Painting delivered in such a huge way! We have used HPI several times and they've done excellent work on every job we've needed them for. They are very professional, show up on time and execute each job with precision. I would highly recommend them for any and all painting needs. read more

Rob and his team are fantastic! As a first time home owner, finding a painter was intimidating but Rob made the process super easy for me! After getting a more than reasonable quote, his team completed the job quickly and they were so CLEAN! If you want a guarantee that the job will be done right with precision and efficiency then I highly recommend Hetrick Painting for any job, big or small :) read more

Rob and his crew painted nearly the entire interior of our home after it had been vandalized. He patched holes, had to cover graffiti and had to work around other contractors fixing other stuff. He was extremely flexible and got the job done much quicker than I anticipated. Best of all, the end product was beautiful. The home looked better than new. I would use Hetrick Painting again in a heartbeat! read more

Great personable folks who do an accurate job at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Poor quality job, left a huge mess and never saw the owner after the initial estimate.

Rob was responsive and communicative. I had 4 quotes and Hetrick Painting came in at the best price and I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did (they painted all of our exterior trim on our home). I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future. read more

Hired to paint our kitchen cabinets and really misrepresented their process and expected results. Told us during our initial quote that cabinets would be professionally sprayed. Only the doors were sprayed and the cabinets themselves were painted by hand. The painter did not tape and got paint on our brand new microwave drawer and the underside of our brand new quartz cabinets. The doors of our cabinets also had multiple imperfections after being sprayed including visible dust/debris, smudges, bubbles, and dimpling. When we asked Rob to come back and look at our concerns, he instead sent the painters who were defensive. He eventually came out and made several excuses as to why the quality was not what we were promised and why the cabinets were painted by brush and not sprayed as he led us to believe, as well as telling us we were being too nit picky. He was also sexist and would only reply to our texts and emails through my husband; his customer/quality service rep who tried her best to be helpful and smooth things over even told my husband that Rob only wanted to communicate through him. I can't speak to the quality of their work with respect to interior room and exterior painting, but I would never recommend Hetrick Painting for kitchen or bathroom cabinets. read more
