If the owner / technician can fix it - they will. If they can't - you will be told and a suggestion will be made. It's hard to trust all of these reviews, so I recommend you going in to check out the store and ask a question or two or go for a simple fix. I traded my Samsung for an iPhone 6 and am thankful, as I don't have the $700+ for a brand new and their cell phones are all checked out and in good condition. The two service technicians were as honorable and fair as you'll find anywhere. When I described the repair that I needed for two lamps to the first person, he offered to have me use his tools to repair it myself at no charge. When I declined, he told me the other service tech who knew more about lamp repairs would call me the next day. When he called, I described my repair. He also offered his tools for free for me to use. When asked him to do the repair, he promptly repaired it. When I came back to retrieve my two lamps, he told me I could pay whatever I thought was fair. I paid $25.00. Both gentlemen were professional, courteous, and patient. Sal broke my phone. I brought it in so that I could get dust removed from under the front camera lens. He removed the front screen, took the dust out, and put everything back in place, all for free! I had thought that everything had gone smoothly until I realized that he had broken my touch screen ID and the light sensing component on the front screen. Ever since my visit to him, neither of those components work on my phone. I had reached out to him several times over the past several months but have yet to receive a response. While he may be a very friendly individual, I have concerns about his abilities to fix phones, or at least his attention to detail. Very disappointing. read more

Great service! Honest and straightforward which I really appreciated. I've had them fix a few phones and they have always done it quickly while I've gotten coffee next door. They've helped me navigate my iPhone, helped me with doing things on apps and other things like that for no charge and with a smile. They like to educate so you can ask as many questions you want. Great Service! My iPhone 6 needed a screen replacement. I casually mentioned that my car was being repaired too and that I would be walking. He offered to pick up my phone at my house, make the repair and bring it back!!! The fee for delivery was small, so I decided to take him up on his offer. He arrived on time, actually fixed the phone on the spot and it was working in under 10 minutes! It works perfectly! He was able to charge my credit card at my door... it was so nice for me! I knocked on the door at five minutes after closing with a cracked iPhone screen. The employee (or owner?) was so gracious to stay open and fix it for me. I was with my friends' two young children, and he was very sweet to them as well. Hands down the best customer service ever!!! Came in with a cracked screen and once I got home my front camera and microphone did not work called back and he took it back in and spent a full day fixing it! At times I wanted to give up In the repair and live without a working microphone lol but he was persistent and fixed my phone. I finally after 6 months fix my 6plus screen here. The store was closed for the day but I did see someone inside and he waved me in anyways. Like really. Its his only day off. Love that. He was super friendly. The place had crazy good vibe with its colorful interiors, comfy sofa and sunlight pouring in. I am so fortunate to have this little store in my neighborhood. I have gone in at least three times over the years to have things repaired. Edgar, who runs the store, is so nice and kind. He gets the work done quickly. He is affordable. I far prefer to visit this little store than to haul myself down to the mall and go to the Apple Store. I got my phone fixed by them last year. My phone charging port wasn't working but they fixed it. I brought it in earlier today and they told me my phone wasn't charging because it had a lot of lint in the charging port. They could've easily ripped me off and charged me 50$ but they were very honest and they didn't charge me anything for having lint in my phone. My iPhone had no service and I immediately went to We Fix It and Angel was able to fix my phone. This place is the BEST in State for phone issues. They are honest and very trustworthy. They invested their time into figuring out what was wrong -- dead motherboard -- but because they could not fix it, they charged me nothing, not even for the time to figure out what was wrong.
