Perfect glasses, frames, everything. Now I need another pair, I won't waste my time with local places that are in network for Davis Vision. It is so very relaxed (her "office" is artistic, stylistic, comfortable living room feel) going through the process with Tamra. She works with the customer - does not dictate TO the customer - what works well (shape, color, frame material etc.). I love the frames we selected - they are incredibly unique, come from a small business in Italy, and are beautifully crafted - it really is a piece of art. People comment all the time on my new glasses - which I love to wear instead of having to rely on contacts every day. The service and commitment to the customer is what I would wish for everything I give my hard-earned money too. They are pricier than those typical mass-produced, boring standard glasses you get at optical stores, but it is so worth it for something that you will use forever - great value.

Previously, I had a very positive visit-l came in with a concern about my eyes and was seen quickly. The exam was thorough, and the staff made me feel at ease. Everyone was professional and friendly, which I truly appreciated. However, as of 4/18/26, I'd like to update my experience. I had scheduled an appointment about six months in advance, and unfortunately, I forgot to add it to my calendar and missed it. I take responsibility for that. That said, I did not receive any reminder-no phone call or text-which made it much easier for the appointment to slip through. I was then charged a $100 missed appointment fee. While I understand and respect the need for such policies, the amount feels excessive, especially without any prior reminder. I hope you'll consider the feedback and possibly review your reminder system and fee policy.
