I have Davis Insurance, they have this location listed as a in-network location on their member site and your web-site for Greece shows you accept Davis Insurance. When I checked in I gave my Insurance card to that person and also stated I was just getting the eye exam today and would be back another day to pick out glasses. If you didn't accept the insurance I should have been told them. I left work for this appt. When the exam was finished I was seated with a sales person, as soon as I said I didn't have time today to get glasses, I was was told I owed $59.95 for the exam, I said the exam is covered with Davis Insurance, bottom line he said if I want the prescription I had to pay the $59.95. I walked out. I called the location when I got home and asked where the communication was incorrect,. I have not received a call back, I notify Davis of this also. I sent a email to Corporate office this morning. The optometrist was excellent the problem was they list all these insurances they accept, but they dont.

The friendly staff quickly arranged a convenient time for me to come in for an assessment. I was treated like part of a family and felt like a truly valued customer. The doctor was friendly and pleasant. The equipment he used was state of the art and took very little time to perform the necessary tests. Anderas, the Optician, carefully went over my insurance benefits as well as fitting me with a wide selection of glasses. He, too, was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Upon returning for my new glasses, I had the pleasure of Devons company. She, too, was very friendly and professional. This operation is a true example of how a business should be operated. Understanding the limits of my medical benefits through my employer's coverage, I was told I "shouldn't be seen by an optometrist" (Vs an ophthalmologist). I can appreciate the need for a patient to receive care in the appropriate setting; however, shaming them for not understanding how to utilise their medical benefits isn't the route. I will not return to this location due to the treatment and care I received from their optometrist. While the support staff was helpful and friendly, their optometrist, "Dr T", bedside manner was brash and disrespectful. Understanding she was attempting to communicate important patient and consumer information, she was curt and all-around rude around patient education and schema. Her approach to providing patient care was poor and shame-based.

I didn't mind as I wasn't in any hurry. I did get a text when the glasses were ready for pick up - only took about 2.5 hours. It still wasn't busy when I went to pick them up so I was in and out in 10 minutes. Good selection of frames and great service.

In the past within 10 minutes we were helped. When my wife and I were finally helped a very nice young man named Sean Migilore worked with us to pick out and fit us for glasses. He was very attentive to details and unafraid to give his opinions on the style. We never felt rushed and both of us walked out having ordered a pair that we felt we would be to our liking. looked up a frame store to see who could frame my wedding bouquet and found these guys on yelp…read more they were great, professional, kind, willing to work with me when things got difficult. I took photos of my bouquet before I took it apart to dry each of the flowers. I was concerned they wouldn't be able to put it back to together exactly the way it was, but they did! they did such a great job putting my brooches back in the bouquet as well. The frame itself is custom made of course with the wood and colors I wanted to match. fast forward to about a year later (marriage didn't work out) and the owner was very gracious as I reluctantly wanted them to take their awesome work back. The owner gave me the opportunity to at least keep the frame (even willing to change up the look) to repurpose it as they couldn't refund the money. He hung on to it for me for months (and gave me back my brooches) before I made the decision of giving it up entirely. I thought at least they could keep it at their store as a wonderful example of their work on their first framed wedding bouquet.
