The price point for many items has come down, and I am confident you will continue to find literally anything you're looking for here. I think part of the problem stems from a misperception of who the target customer is and what that customer really wants. First of all, not all women of a certain age wish to wear oversized clothes in drab colors. Secondly, the sizing is very inconsistent/unpredictable amongst items. For example, I could wear one of 4 sizes in tees and sweaters dependent on the piece. Also, there is a big mark-up on the clothes only to be marked down within a ten day period or so but no longer are the reasonable clearance prices that remain from the past. Overall, the styling needs an overhaul which can be redundant at times. Twenty years ago, the clothes was comfortable and casual yet had a bit of pizazz. Bring it back, please.

Manager confrontational right away even though I was nice & asked to speak to a manager. Unreal...I guess they simply don't care enough to treat people well & try to retain customers. Most of the items I see here aren't offered at other stores I've been to so I like the uniqueness of them. It's a new store and my only gripe is that when it gets busy, it's hard to get through the traffic. The maze-like layout isn't feasible for the average window shopper. It's also nice that the money you spend goes towards feeding those in need, so I don't mind splurging here every now and then. The customer service is also very approachable and well informed of their merchandise which helped me a lot in Christmas shopping. I'll probably find myself here more often than their mother store, Hot Topic, but I'm glad to see this addition to Eastview Mall.
