The plastic loops built into some of the shirts tore the shirt trying to work it out of the fabric (and I've many clothes that I've gotten those pieces out on not tear.) the clothes are cute and that alone is not enough to warrant producing such low grade quality product when the prices aren't cheap. Prices are the same as Vanity's clothing line was and less than half the quality. I'm talking hundreds of dollars wasted on their clothes. And despite how cute the clothes are and how much I love their style I can't justify returning to this store because I'm going to spend money on clothes of such low quality.

This associate re-entered all the information, took my correct shipping and billing address (are the same) and reapplied the promo code. So far so good. She put me on a brief hold and YEP! we got disconnected. So I called back. The third associate could barely communicate in English, and I am very patient and tolerant when English is a second language. I have patronized this store over the past 12 years or so and the service has always been great. Last evening, on the recommendation of our corporate CFO, I asked for Wagih Labib... and experienced a whole new level of service that I thought only existed in movies. Wagih sized me up immediately with no need for a measuring tape and went to work. He started with what I was looking for (dress shirts) and went from there. The next thing I knew I was trying on sports coats, pants and shoes. He put together fantastic combinations of colors, ties, belts and even pocket squares that suited me perfectly. He is a true haberdasher and knows his trade and customers well. I felt truly spoiled and, while I generally despise shopping for cloths, I loved every minute of this 1 hour experience with an old school gentleman's gentleman. Beware Wagih Labib though... While he puts the movie shop keepers to shame (with none of the Pretty Woman sucking up by the way,) you are likely to leave with more than you expected... And you will love every minute of it!

Finally settling on the mountain classic anorak.. love that there is a wide front pocket and a drawstring hood. Next she took me over to the pant section, where she recommended the comfort trail pants. Once I tried these on I fell in love, super comfy and easy to move around in. I was surprised at how thin but protective they are. I also purchased a primaloft packaway vest, perfect to keep my core warm but still able to move. I am so impressed with this place and the service will keep me coming back. After shopping here I am all set for my vacation!
