There are two separate lounges that are for non members of the elite cigar and member of the elite cigar with guest passes. It's very quiet and very clean in the lounge. They are designed for people who want to smoke anything kind of cigar, hookah, etc that the shop sells. One of my friends accidentally spill the burned ashes from the cigar and the worker was nice enough to provide us the broom and pan to clean it off the mess.
