Not only does he know what I'm talking about, he goes on to explain what normally happens with these tv's and how to fix the problem. He saved me at least $90 by not having to try a new power supply which I was close to buying off ebay. With no expectation of getting my immediate business he calmly speaks to me as if I may know just enough to be able to fix this myself. Yay! Most companies keep "real" knowledge buried behind closed doors, tucked away in the dark so we're forced to either use their expensive services or throw away our things. They were able to fit us in quickly and do the job that Best Buy could not. They were professional and friendly.
