It was my hard drive, Rich, Wesley and entire staff worked as a team to explain what I had as far as product that failed me and what their plan was to get me back on track that day!! The lobby was packed of clients, all very happy with their experiences there after numerous superb experiences. My costs were so reasonable for my repair installing the latest software as needed that I had ~~~:)))))) The staff ALWAYS made me feel that my computer needs were urgent and important. Excellent friendly service, Professionally so knowledgeable on all aspects of almost all computers and my cell phone updates, Very calm and IMPORTANT on time and pricing that's outstanding to any consumer that's repairing electronics. I took my granddaughter into the store yesterday, 9/26/17 to either have her phone screen fixed, or to buy a refurbished phone. After talking with Dylan Waterman and weighing our options, I did decide to purchase a phone. Dylan went above and beyond to help us out. At first the phone did not recognize our carrier. I have benefited from the expertise of Notebook Tek since they were in a tiny shop in East Avon. Now that they have a beautiful location in Geneseo, I am still bringing my computer to them for upgrade of the operating system and additional memory. I went to NotebookTek in order to get my phone fixed. I had my screen priorly repaired at another shop, however after this repair was made I could no longer hear anyone when I made phone calls. I brought it to NotebookTek and they discovered that my proximity censor had been ripped out of my phone. They were able to fix my phone in under five minutes! It was affordable and quick. I'm a contractor and had many issues with my phone last summer. I had glass replaced twice from my dropping it. They suggested tempered glass. No problems since. They also help me with an issue with the memory on my phone. I think they spent way more time then they hoped with my phone but only charge me for the new memory not for the time spent transferring my information. read more
