Love this store, I know it's geared towards teens but I never walk out empty handed with a jean skirt, t shirt, tank top, cute hoodie or bathing suit. I used to be big into Old Navy a few years ago which can be clearly shown by the amount of Old Navy…read moreapparel I have in my closet. However as time went on, the quality of the clothes definitely dropped. A lot of the clothes I purchased from Old Navy started to tear in about a week after wearing them. On the other hand, this is the only Old Navy I have been to where the clothes don't break apart after a week's use. Out of all the Old Navy's in the Rochester area, this is my preferred choice even though it's quite a drive to get here but it sure beats the Greece location that I am subjected to whenever I visit the mall. There is plenty of space in this Old Navy to walk around in and the staff keep it an excellent shape but I guess that's the "Victor" standard because even the shops surrounding in it are nothing less then near perfect in presentation. As I said before about the staff, the ones who are employed in this location will treat you with a great amount of respect and kindness that really is hard to find in other locations. I never had any issues with any certain employee and was even complemented by one at one point...even though I was a bit embarrassed by that. When it comes to the clothing selection, women have it made for them here. Unfortunately, this causes the men's area to be a bit lackluster in selection. I'm not saying it's tiny, it's just that I wish there could be a bit more of a selection when it comes to shirts. Strangely enough though, they have an excellent clearance area for both men and women and I am proud to say I was not disappointed at all with what I have found out of all the times I've come here. This area can get a little messy in comparison to the rest of the store but overall, it's well worth the digging through to find a gem for a low price. In the end, I am very satisfied that this Old Navy has managed to stay one step above the others in terms of clothing quality, customer service, and cleanliness. While I may hate the drive, the pay off is well worth the visit.

I love this boutique! I found amazing quality pieces that you can't find elsewhere in ROC. Some of…read morethe items are higher end so prices range from $20-100+. So far, I've picked up a couple high-waisted skirts (one navy velvet patterned, the other black lace), both $89. They were running a sale that day so I ended up getting up to 40% off. They only supply a few versions/sizes of each piece, which is nice since it feels like you're getting a one-of-a-kind piece. The space is attached to Thimble Tailor so during busy hours (post-work) the changing room can get crowded with folks trying on their own clothes to get tailored and others trying on clothes from the boutique as there are only four changing rooms. It wasn't bad, just some people had to wait. Most of the brands were new to me, but Fatima hand picks what's featured in the store so I trust. Also, they're beautiful, quality made clothes so it's nice to add some newbie items to my wardrobe. It's a lot of gorgeous flowy tops, knit sweaters, great tailored jeans/pants, patterned skirts and dresses. A good mix of classic, but trendy items plus some professional wear, along with jewelry, clutches, and handbags. I keep tabs on their Instagram for new items in stock and pop over when something grabs my attention.

Was told--in a clearly annoyed tone-- "this is going to be the last store I call, otherwise I'll be on the phone all day." It's worth noting the store was not busy, and there were other sales associates working. I was considering browsing the store, but after that rude comment, I couldn't leave fast enough. Will definitely not be back. As someone who worked in retail for years, I realize calling other stores for merchandise can be a pain, but that's literally your job.
