Owner Dalida Atallah has really brought something special to Rochester with Dado. One trip to her store and you will understand her aesthetic, the girl has impeccable taste. If that's not enough the store is impossibly clean with each of the garments hung perfectly spaced apart while center tables hold accessories. A type A personality who understands the importance of presentation? Whats not to like?! Be warned: Though Dado is just minutes down the street from Marshalls and TJ Maxx, it is expensive. The store carries high end brands like Elizabeth & James and more popular brands like French Connection but don't let that scare you away, Atallah has great sales (Up to 30% off) often so its worth a visit. Perhaps some holiday money could buy you a fabulous New Years Eve dress. It's possible you've gotten a glimpse of what Dado has to offer if you've attended any of the local fashion shows. Most recently a Dado show raised over $100,000 for the Wilmot Cancer Center. A small business helping a local charity makes my 8 minute drive to Pittsford worth while. Attempted to return the next day. Sunday hours 12:30-5pm. Upon arriving to LSOH the store was CLOSED. Tried messaging through Instagram account and through their website. Got no response. Once again, when operating a business it's vital your hours are correct, otherwise you'll lose Customers and they'll filter away. At that point unnecessary backpedalling to get them to return. Maybe offer a small percentage off their next purchase for the inconvenience. If you're always going to be closed when hours advertised read open...you might just close permanently. I really liked that they had a bunch of different styles in store. it actually felt like 2 stores met and had a mash-up! I found this interesting and went on their website later that weekend and learned that, at Loft, "Living life fully means women choose to play all their roles with confidence and style." I think this is why they set the store up the way they do. You can clearly see the "roles" and the associating clothes to go with. I spent some sifting through the clearance racks and noticed they had an array for sizes in regards to pants. I can hardly ever find "L" pants, meaning LONG. This really excited me! I inquired at the registers. I was informed that the store carries pants up to size 12 in store. Anything large is available on line. Same goes for Long pants in any size (For this, they lose a star.) I also noticed some "petite" and "short" sizes for pants. I did not inquire about their availability as I do not wear those, but its a heads up for those of you who struggle to find those sizes too. In addition to clearance racks they were also having a boat load of sales. 40, 50 and 60% off many items. Keep your eyes open for those ladies! Who doesn't love a good sale!

The prices are similar to that of any other Marshalls you encounter, some reasonable stuff and some still fairly overpriced stuff. There's ample parking and this location is located in a large chain plaza on Jefferson road. The clothing looked less choice than at some of the other locations. Maybe my tastes have just changed but the items have certainly seemed to be aging up.
