Great location!! Very close to the mall, but less crowds. Nice large parking lot, with two entrances to the store. I go here for the large selection of women 's clothing, I can find casual business outfits and everyday wear without breaking the bank. They seem to always have clearance and marked down items. Also I buy keurig k cups here, they are usually priced around $11, but with coupons, reward points and kohl's cash I always get a better deal! Make sure you sign up for their yes to you rewards, it's free and you get coupons via email. When you pay with your kohl's card you also save more, today it was an extra 15%, on top of my coupons and kohl's cash. It can add up to big savings!

Clothes run really small. They do not refund shipping. Very dissatisfied for the 3rd and last time. Never again.

I am a classical musician who performs a lot, so after my old black suit started to deteriorate, I decided to try out Valentin's for a higher quality suit. His in-house brand is fantastic in its quality and value. I am tall and thin (6'1", 165 lbs.), and the more "European" cut fit perfectly. He really knows what he is doing, and is accommodating to all sizes and budgets. After this, I also bought a navy blue suit from him, which I asked to have shipped to my apartment in Baltimore. However, due to covid, shipping was delayed. Valentin called me personally at every step of the shipping process to let me know where my suit was and when he estimated it would arrive. When it arrived, I didn't even need to have it pressed, as it was clearly packed by someone who knew what they were doing. Rochester is lucky to have someone as kind, knowledgable, and sincere as Valentin. I suggest you give him a try!

Before setting foot through the front door of Adrian Jules, I had done a good deal of research…read moreregarding the best options for procuring a well made Tuxedo for my wedding. My hope was to have a nice suit which would remain stylish and would give me an incentive to fit into it as the decades roll along. Having always had difficulty in finding well-fitting suits off the rack and wanting something appropriate for the occasion, I decided to invest a lot of effort into my search. Although my local area has a few brick and mortar menswear shops, I had no luck in finding a garment which appeared as though it was well-enough made or would end up fitting superbly. Reading reviews of online made-to-measure companies made the offered rebate toward final tailoring of their garments at a local shop seem like more trouble than it would be worth. So, worried that I would not find a well-fitting suit meant to withstand the test of time, I started looking into brick and mortar made-to-measure shops. A number of online shops touted their laser measurement systems and their well stocked bars which would indulge your fine taste. Reviews of those shops made it apparent that the main thing a customer was being sold was a mediocre product slathered in snake oil. Stopping into other shops, which gave off the aura of offering bespoke garments, made me realize that they were selling the same sort of thing, a fancy measurement service which was more image and mark-up than anything else. At wits end, I was reluctantly talked into trying on a Hugo Boss tuxedo at the mall. The sales clerk insisted it looked stellar on me, even though the trousers made my legs look like tightly stuffed sausages with satin stripes. More frustrated than ever, I finally learned that some shops still existed which would custom make a suit. Some of these shops were in Toronto and one was in Rochester. After some comparison shopping, I called Adrian Jules. I spoke to John on the phone; his confidence and knowledge were palpable. He described the process of building a custom pattern from a series of measurements, the process of building the suit, the fitting procedure, and the company's commitment to quality in that they would work to make sure your suit would last the test of time while being refit to your body. Coincidentally being in Rochester and hearing all of this made me set my course for their store. At the store, it appeared that there was quite a camaraderie between the owners, John, and the customers. Still a bit leery, I let John lead me through the process of figuring out what sort of Tuxedo would be the best for my wedding. He showed me a plethora of fabric swatches ranging from nice wool to some really magnificent materials. He took a great deal of time sharing his recommendations for fabrics, colors, and cuts. Although I had hoped he would have pushed me harder in deciding, he wanted to make sure that the Tuxedo I was buying was what I wanted and something I would be comfortable. After dozens of measurements being taken, I ended up ordering a hand stitched midnight blue mohair tuxedo with black satin peaked lapels, a linen shirt, a pocket square, and a bow tie. After ordering my tuxedo, I learned that many clothiers who advertise their suits as being bespoke are actually made to measure units which are outsourced to Adrian Jules. In fact, it appears that Adrian Jules and another whose name escapes me, are two of the last firms who produce custom clothes for many of fine shops around the world. Although there are still some places in the world where a suit may be entirely constructed in house from measurements made by a tailor, there is a very good chance it is being sent out to Rochester. At Adrian Jules, it was clear that they controlled every aspect of the creation of your suit, and were in fact making you a bespoke garment. It took a few weeks for the suit to be ready for my first fitting, but I drove out as soon as it was. I tried it on, and the quality was unlike anything I had seen before. There were some fit issues on the first fitting which needed to be taken care of (then again, that is the purpose of a fitting) and I realized I wasn't very happy with the cut of the pants as they a featured a bit more taper than I was comfortable with. John assured me he would take care of everything. After a few more fittings, the Tuxedo was perfect. It felt fantastic and looked the same. Personally, I am shocked that there are so few reviews on here and the internet in general for this fantastic shop. If you're looking for a good garment, look elsewhere. If you're looking for the best, go to Adrian Jules.

I came to Best Fit's in a rush. I had my mom's wedding, and I also needed new suits for business…read moreschool. I worked directly with the owner. She was able to give me a week turn around. Amazing services, and customized the experience exactly to my needs. I was a bit unsure the exact style I wanted, but she was able to take my vision and turn it into a reality. I just needed to show up, and she was able to make the rest happen. Amazing service, and amazing talent. I will be moving out of state to start school, but I will be coming back here just to get my suits from her. I couldn't recommend them enough!!!

I had a deeply disappointing experience purchasing my wedding suit here…read more My initial experience with Onur was excellent. He was professional, helpful, and took the time to discuss the suit and alterations I would need. I purchased the suit and paid for the alterations we agreed upon, leaving with every reason to believe everything was in good hands. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I returned the following week, as scheduled, for my fitting. The associate working had no knowledge of my purchase or appointment and told me Onur was out of town. After eventually locating my suit, I was told I would need to come back when a tailor was available. We scheduled another appointment for the following Saturday. When I returned, the same associate was there. Despite having been unable to assist me the previous week, he now decided he could handle the alterations himself. He was unwilling to perform all of the alterations I had discussed with Onur and had already paid for. He then began prioritizing walk-in customers over the appointment that had been scheduled specifically for me. When I questioned why I was not receiving the alternations  that had been previously discussed, I was handed a Post-it note with another tailor's contact information to arrange my own tailoring with an outside business . I expressed that I felt I was being screwed over. The response was astonishing. The associate became hostile, grabbed my suit from my hands, called me a "son of a bitch" and an "asshole," and continued berating me. I had to repeatedly ask him to return a suit that I had purchased and paid for. He eventually did so and told me to leave. This entire interaction took place in front of other customers. Six weeks before my wedding, I was left with a suit that still needed tailoring, having already paid for alterations that had not been provided, and was left to resolve the situation myself. Mistakes happen. Scheduling issues happen. Staff members can be unavailable. None of those things are particularly concerning on their own. What is concerning is how a straightforward customer-service issue was allowed to escalate into a customer being insulted, having his purchased property taken from him, and ultimately being asked to leave the store. I went in expecting to leave with a properly tailored wedding suit. Instead, I left with a Post-it note, an unresolved refund, and an experience I will not soon forget.
