I have been a Kohl's customer for 20+ yr. This store is a mess. Especially, since they added a Sephora store in the middle of the building. The various departments are either so packed with fixtures you can't get through them or so sparse they look like the store is closing. As for staff, most of the time you don't see any or if find someone they are so miserable you don't want to ask your question. I know my opinion is little or no consequence to management but in the past year I spent over $3500 in various Kohl's locations. I probably will not spend any more in this one. read more

I needed something last minute, and it wasn't going to ship on time, so I ended up here Black Friday weekend on Saturday. Yes, it was horrible timing on my part, I know. But I ordered online, and it was ready really quickly. There was nowhere to park in their huge lot, so even outside the store was crazy. When I walked in, I was looking for signs for where to pick up online orders, and I couldn't find any. So I went to customer service, and stood in line there. When I got there, the line was like 10 people long. When I left, it was probably 30 people. And they'd apparently recently changed where the lines were, so a I woman escorting a person in a wheelchair decided it was totally acceptable for her to just cut in front of all of us. Good times. Well, once I got up to the front, I could see that the employees were gone a long time when they went to get online orders (which is what everyone was in line for). When one of them came back, she said online pickup was in bedding now, and that there were signs. Um, no there weren't! I was looking for signs and couldn't find them. And we were all standing and customer service, and there was NO SIGN! Isn't that where you'd hang a sign that customer pick ups moved to some random place in the store!? Or how about a sign right on the entrances?? I know it's the busiest time of year, but come on Kohl's, you do this every year! You can't figure out how to hang signs?? So, once I finally got my order, I moved out of the way. It was pretty big, so I inspected it in an open space, and I found a security tag still on it! I'm sure they didn't do it on purpose, but I wasn't standing in another line of 30 people, and I knew I'd get screamed at if I tried to quickly go back to the front and tell the person I'd just talked to. So I stood in ANOTHER line with the cashiers up front. I showed her my order, so she took it off for me, but there was another 10 minutes I spent in line. If I do Black Friday shopping, I only do it online, so it was not my plan to come here that weekend. But Kohl's could really do a better job by doing something as simple as hanging signs. read more

Updating my review as recently have had some improved and great experiences at the Henrietta Kohl's. As with all locations - prices are generally greatly inflated as they expect you to be using their coupons, sales and kohl's cash to make reasonable deals.They now have an app where all your coupons, kohls cash and such is all in one place and makes it much easier to shop deals. The great thing is that Kohl's has now partnered with Amazon and are accepting Amazon returns. You go into your amazon account, process the return info and they give you a QR code to scan at the Kohl's store. You go to the easily labeled customer service area in the back of the center of the store and bring in your item to return and it's complete in minutes!! They will package the item up and take care of the rest for you. The receipt for the amazon return also has a 25% off in-store purchases for 7 days and this is just a great idea on their part. The customer service and Kohl's online pick-up area has really stepped up their game with additional staff that appears well trained and wait times have been better. Great Job! read more

Great location!! Very close to the mall, but less crowds. Nice large parking lot, with two entrances to the store. I go here for the large selection of women 's clothing, I can find casual business outfits and everyday wear without breaking the bank. They seem to always have clearance and marked down items. Also I buy keurig k cups here, they are usually priced around $11, but with coupons, reward points and kohl's cash I always get a better deal! Make sure you sign up for their yes to you rewards, it's free and you get coupons via email. When you pay with your kohl's card you also save more, today it was an extra 15%, on top of my coupons and kohl's cash. It can add up to big savings! read more

Rude phone service. I called to ask if they had the McCulloch heavy duty steamer in stock... The woman with whom I spoke informed me that they have thousands of products and they cannot determine whether or not the steamer is in stock without a sku. I was driving, so I couldn't look this up. I asked if she could help me find this over the phone another way. I explained that earlier today when I was online, the website did not have any intuitive options to determine availability online. The woman snottily replied, "I didn't make the website." Ok, lady. I give up. The photo is my purchase from Amazon. I'll gladly wait for the 2-day free shipping to my door. **Make a change buy using your voting rights of where you shop and spend your money** Please do not support businesses that employee rude customer service reps, and/or do not properly train them in the first place. It's my favorite time of year *FALL*!! Sooo Kohl's is my first go to for new items for the season. Although I don't believe many of their sales. So many warm sweaters, sweater dresses, nice boots, great pajamas for the kiddos..etc.. Found some great deals on jeans for my son. It never fails that I come in for a sweater and leave with way more than that. This specific location always seems pretty clean and organized. On my last trip I was exchanging an item and had a few other things. Upon walking up the customer service desk there was a young girl with her head in her hand like she was bored out of her mind and just staring at me as I walked up and says like a munster "can I help youuu" . I said "you look super happy to be here"...she just stared at me. lol not a morning person I guess. Not very welcoming either. She states I cannot pay for my items there and they also do exchanges up front but since i was back there she guessed she would do it. Like uh don't let me put you out or anything. Geesh. Then I go up front to pay and no one is at the registers! I see 2 employees walk right past me talking about how her cider donuts at Wegmans went stale and don't even acknowledge I'm standing there. So I ask the lady in Jewelry where are all the cashiers and she immediatly helps me with a great attitude. Sigh so I guess it all ended well. Kohls also just started a reward program where you earn mula for every $5 you spend. Oh kohls you tricky little devil trying to get me back there lol I cannot stress enough when you come here or any retail store use the App "Retail Me Not" I was able to save $70. This review is for the Kohl's.com online store. I opened a charge account and rewards account, tried to place an order, and was required to add my new account number during checkout. The new number was not linked to any of my new accounts and can not be given to me by customer service, which I guess is a good thing, but frustrating and unhelpful. I was told that I can use it at the store. The whole point of trying this online was to avoid the 35 minute drive and make sure I can find what I want. I was told if I cancelled my account I would never be eligible for the opening discount again. This experience was a waste of over an hour and credit check ding. read more
