We found Vittorio's on yelp and sent a message at 8am, someone responded right away and assured us that they could take care of us. True to the promise, Charisse was ready when I showed up minutes before opening time (10am) and had me fitted with a perfect suit for the occasion. They even tailored my pants to get the exact fit and by 11:30am I had everything I needed for the 3pm wedding, which included walking the bride down the aisle. Needless to say, Vittorio's saved the day for me. But it was Charisse's attentive service and professionalism that really impressed me. I knew the moment that I stepped in the store it was all going to be ok. And to top it off the price was quite reasonable.

We have called multiple times with the answer "we will call you when it's in, it will be in before the date of the event." It's one week before our event and we still have not heard if the suit is in. Does it really take 2-3 months for a suit to come in!? Not to mention it will need to be tailored. Will NEVER use this place of business again. Very disappointed.

My dress is one of a kind and not one I have seen on any social media feed. I purchased my daughter's prom dress from Joeval's many years ago and I was happy with them then which brought us back there again. They didn't disappoint. With their newer space they have so much room. Such a great experience. You won't be disappointed going there looking for a dress. The quality, selection, and friendliness is top notch.

The entire experience was like a well-oiled machine…read more I called to see about booking an appointment and they gave me all the info I needed in one sentence-- that it was drop in, they'd complete the visit in 30 mins, make the alterations in one week, just bring the dress and the shoes. I was seen immediately when I walked in despite it being mid-day on a Saturday. The tailor clearly knew what he was doing and was able to suggest solutions to help fix all of the issues I was worried about. I was very impressed by how quickly and expertly he made the necessary pins, marks, and suggestions. When I picked up the dress they had me try it to see whether more modifications were needed. It looked great, however a few dark marks had appeared on the dress since I dropped it off. To fix this, they got it dry cleaned within a few days. Overall it was a great experience!

I took in two items for repair and drycleaning, $218.00!. I have gone to them for years, but I will have to find an alternative. Update: Went back in to pick up my items and inquired about the high price tag. One of the owners looked over everything and refunded me $101. He stated the person ringing me up made a mistake.
