LANDS END SCAM at Happy Returns…read more Until Proven Otherwise, Happy Returns scans only a fraction of your return to Lands End, pretending to scan the rest. Lands End acknowledges receipt of these few items and pockets the money you paid for the rest. This is based on my experience 4/2/25. I did not check the receipt at Happy Returns. Never been scammed before If Happy Returns ships back to Lands End all items you intended to return, Lands End reaps $100 for a $20 item if it cycles through 5 times. My guess is that Lands End pays Happy Returns for this service.

She asked me name and offered to take the items I was holding and place them in a dressing room for me. When I was finally ready to try everything on I was pleasantly surprised to see how she kindly arranged all of the items in color order in the dressing room, AND that my name appeared on the outside of the door! Best customer service a store has offered in a long time! Also, sign up for their members card. Free bday gift emailed to you. (Likely $5-10 bucks) Also, 1 point for every dollar you spend.
