The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The prices are very reasonable and this is very helpful for parents. We come here often to buy clothing for our grandchildren. They send out coupons and sales via text or social media, but aren't specific in how they honor those offers. For example, a text was sent reading, "Once Upon A Child Rochester: Dresswear Reveal! Save 20% on Spring Dresswear! Spring Dresswear is here! Friday, March 1-Sunday, March 3 take 20% off Gently Used Spring Dresswear! Victor-Webster-Henrietta locations only." I went and bought new Easter shirts for my three boys. When I went to check out, I was told it was only on Spring dresses, not dress wear. I understand it wasn't the employees' fault, it's the owner (or whoever sends the texts). But it's frustrating that this is not the first time something like this has happened. At this point, it seems intentionally misleading to get people in the door, then "gotcha" them to spend the money since they're here anyway. As long as you come expecting their offers to be false, you'll be fine.
