For context, I stopped shopping on Sundays months ago due to prior issues involving Melissa (weekend manager) and another employee. After six months away, I tried again--same result. I also observed smoking within a few feet of the public entrance when I arrived. On 10/19/2025, I brought two early '70s Batman issues to the 5-items-or-fewer line with Melissa, who was visibly agitated and had just called for additional front-end help. She allowed a one-item customer to go ahead--no issue. During my checkout, she began picking at the price stickers, bending the books, and left nail marks on a cover. I politely asked her not to remove stickers--a routine request I've made many times here because it can damage older paper. She paused for ~30 seconds, then rolled her eyes and replied, "Suuuuuure" in a sarcastic tone as if to imply I was crazy. I declined the purchase and stepped away. She called after me that she would personally buy the books so "no one would lose out," then grabbed the phone, threatened to call the police, ordered me to leave, and banned me--in front of three cashiers and roughly 6-8 customers. I was also accused of "threatening/harassing," which was unfounded and embarrassing. I value this store, but the conduct today was unprofessional and needlessly escalatory--especially from a manager. I hope ownership reviews the footage, clarifies handling of collectibles (including sticker removal), and addresses customer communication and de-escalation.

Unfortunately for them, it mostly comes off as a cheap Spencer's Gifts knock off, with a partisan twist. Their goal is apparently to try and offend people, as if it's part of their marketing plan. If I had to envision a store that looked like it was entirely planned by insecure juvenile boys, then this would be it. Frankly, there's much wittier items from other retailers all over the internet, so I doubt this brick and mortar location will last very long after the initial novelty wears off.

Picking up prescriptions at a Walmart (!!!!) after some of the most excruciating medical testing should be an awful task; but I'm so grateful for the consistent care, compassion and warmth from every single person at this pharmacy. They've helped me through some of my worst days, even when I felt alone without my family around. Joe (Pharm D) and April (R.Ph) are the most friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and down to earth pharmacists I've ever known. Sandy is easily one of my favorite people on the planet. The empathy she showed me during one of the worst days of my life is something I'll never forget. Seth is always also so kind and warm. Everyone there has so much patience as my anxiety gets the better of me when there's insurance-talk. This team has made a huge difference in my life. (I wish I knew everyone's name so I could thank them. I'll likely update this review in the near future.) I honestly never expected to find this level of care at a Walmart pharmacy. My wife told me about her experience at this Walmart this past Friday. My wife picked up some items we needed during midday at this particular Walmart in Victor, and when she was using the self register, she was scanning items and our daughter was trying to scan items as well as it set off the shoplifting alarm in on the register and the male attendant came over and was terribly rude and made a scene so that other shoppers stopped and watched to her even after she explained that our daughter was trying to eagerly help scan items (again she's just 3) and everything was scanned. The attendant, went through my wife's shopping bags, without permission, to make sure everything was accounted for and basically accused every other item he saw in the bag to be not scanned until my wife SHOWED HIM on the register where it was scanned. Every item one by one. Meanwhile he threatened her that "he already voided someone's order today, he's not afraid to do it again with her", then turns to our 3 year daughter and asked her if she's been naughty this year because Santa's watching her. After my wife accounted for all her items in the bags, she said he stood there to watch the remainder of the items being scanned all while trying to look and see if there was something in her stuffed in her coat because, you know, SHE'S EIGHT MONTHS PREGNANT!!! SHE LOOKS LIKE SHE IS CARING TWINS!! How about next time, when you see a pregnant mom, struggling with a little toddler you ask to help her instead of accuse her of stealing and threatening to void her transaction and stand there and stare at her stomach to see if she stealing something under the coat.
