I was asked if I wanted to round up for JC Penny cares, which I don't know what this is but it sounds like a clever ploy for the company to pay less taxes. I said No Thank you, but she rounded up my price anyway. I was too uncomfortable to say anything so I paid the extra 81 cents. Anyway they have a good belt collection so 5 stars.

This associate re-entered all the information, took my correct shipping and billing address (are the same) and reapplied the promo code. So far so good. She put me on a brief hold and YEP! we got disconnected. So I called back. The third associate could barely communicate in English, and I am very patient and tolerant when English is a second language. She could not figure out how to reapply the promo code to BOTH items on the order. I hung up. I'll to Brook Brothers instead.

I did leave the store to check online and call customer support. I was so ably served by both Brittania and supervisor, Kendra, over the phone. Kendra encouraged me to go back in the store as I said I want this store to get credit for an in-store sale. When I spoke with Patrice and explained to her what Kendra would do for me, she immediately said that she would honor that. I was treated kindly, respectfully, and more than fairly, and I sincerely thank Patrice, the store manager, and encourage folks to shop at Chico's in Pittsford.

The plastic loops built into some of the shirts tore the shirt trying to work it out of the fabric (and I've many clothes that I've gotten those pieces out on not tear.) the clothes are cute and that alone is not enough to warrant producing such low grade quality product when the prices aren't cheap. Prices are the same as Vanity's clothing line was and less than half the quality. I'm talking hundreds of dollars wasted on their clothes. They even offered me a bag for the board game that I carried in! The only frustrating part is that their fitting rooms are closed, but I understand that's out of their control.
