Well while I have usually been a return customer practically because I am a sucker for clearance items, my visits are become less and less frequent more so then last year. Reason for this? Let me explain... If you were to look in my wardrobe, you would see jackets, shirts, jeans, and shorts that are more then likely from Old Navy. These may look nice at first glance but as time went on after I purchased most of these items, the fabric began to tear and a lot of jeans began to completely fall apart. I would also like to point out I didn't buy these jeans on clearance, they were normal priced, which ran around a hefty price of thirty dollars. Needless to say, I wasn't overly satisfied when my sleek skinny's completely gave out at the knees. I have had similar issues with shirts where the fabric was coming off in small strands that if you started to pull on them, you couldn't stop. Nevertheless, I have ceased purchasing anything from this particular Old Navy for about a year or two now. I can say though that through all the times I have been through here, I have never had a problem with the employees who worked at the register and on the floor. My inquiries about certain items were meant with a positive reception, no huffs or puffs about me "wasting their time" unlike some other "higher-end" department stores. Seeing how I still see most of these employees still working here, it makes the reason to shop here again more welcoming. I'll be a bit more cautious if I decide to initiate shopping here once again. I recommend giving the clothes you are going to buy a good once-over after trying them on to check for any damage or imperfections, it'll save you more money then you think.

Old Navy had maybe one rack in the entire store while other stores had "online only" options. That's where Rosy Glow comes in. She stumbled upon a few of these local stores that have maternity items that she can try on and it really made her day. She was able to find a number of clothes both for now as well as nursing shirts and dresses for afterwards. Having a place like this is also great because you're supporting local businesses. Additionally, they had a little space out front with some free items for those stopping by. Various clothes that can really brighten your day.

There were very few dresses actually available to purchase; most were in the Rent the Runway section (which - $35 to rent a dress? You can find many maternity dresses online for a little more). When I inquired about a few dresses on the floor, she said they were only for rent (why not put them with the rest of the runway items, then?). When I was checking out, the salesperson made a comment that one of the items I was purchasing came in damaged so she just jerry-rigged it back together. I walked in and was promptly greeted by the Security man near the door. At least I think he was security. I told him I was looking for sunglasses and he walked me over to where they were. I mentioned this to him he said when they opened up, they had a big sale and the store was practically stripped bare. They were restocking and also getting ready for back to school and Fall (though he avoided using the words BTS). He apologized and asked if there was something else he could help me with.
