The problem I have is with the…read moreshady practices they use when locking people into sales then including hidden installation fees. My wife went to them for a hair color and extentions. She was told she would need to put 660 dollars down for the treatment then for the extentions and then they would be installed the next week. We asked if there would be any extra charge for installation, and didn't receive word back nor did they say anything before they talked me into the appointment for her. A few days after the stylist got the extentions she then told us that it would be 120 dollars for her to install them on top of it.. I have done contracting and have run many of my own sales and estimates, and never has it been okay to get someone to make a major purchase of hundreds of dollars. Then later on hit them with hidden fees of hundreds more since they are already locked in for a large amount. That is incredibly disingenuous ​and an amazing way to loose customers instead of having repeat clients. There is no reason to not tell the total cost up front, if the client doesn't want to pay that. Oh well, someone will probably, there is no reason to hold back hundreds of dollars of extra fees for installation when you can just be up front about it just so you can lock in a sale.. thats bad business, and they have definitely lost mine.

This place is lovely, the color scheme is shades of gray and it's kind of sleek. I got a tour and saw the treatment rooms for facials and massage (the massage therapist I hear works at Strong as a medical massage therapist so she knows her stuff) the facialist has been doing her trade for about 30 years so she knows her stuff. You make an appointment so she can determine what is needed to give you your very best facial. I think this is an excellent idea as most people when the come for a facial of course fill out a form but you really don't go over things until you are on the table so to speak. Due to Covid you will be asked to fill out a simple form and your temperature taken. Everything is disinfected including the chair and sink where your hair is washed. You can get manicures and pedicures. Also from what I read they do eye brows, waxing an spray tanning. It's a great little place with a lovely staff. She was compassionate, responsive and sincere when I contacted her about correcting another person's work and all through our contact, up until our last texting. Our conversations made me feel taken care of and in good hands. The photos and reviews on her website are (mostly) great. She told me she does more corrections than initial liners. After two sessions with her I am sorry to say that she has the best of intentions but, in my case, did a very bad job. She didn't listen to me - twice - when I told her the liner wasn't even. (I showed her a picture from her own website as an example of what I would like. It's the picture below mine.) I went to her for a correction and to add the top liner. The bottom liner now looks worse than the original issue - and this is after the second session touchup that should have finished the corrections on the bottom. In our texting back and forth regarding this she said she could not understand why I came at her with such anger. She was right. I am angry. She also said that I accepted the results after looking in the mirror. She's right again - but ONLY AFTER TELLING HER THE BOTTOM WASN'T EVEN - BOTH SESSIONS - BUT BEING REASSURED BY HER THAT IT WAS AND IT WOULD EVEN OUT. It never looked right to me. I texted her twice after the second session about it not being even and she told it looked great and that I had to trust the process. I finally send her the "angry" text and told her I am getting a saline removal procedure to try to fix what she did and request a partial refund since the top line is OK. She responded that she offered a third session to fix this and that since I was so unhappy we should just part ways. I would not give her a third try after the second fail.
