Really disappointed with with business as of lately. My finance has been a loyal customer of 4+…read moreyears, and he drives 2 1/2 hours to come here to get suits for work regularly. He has probably purchased upwards of 5 suits from this business. When some family friends recommended this place in 2021, we came and had a great experience. However, on our last two trips back (2024,2025), there has been a notable difference in the way we were treated as customers. Not only did they not do pre alterations due to a "miscommunication"by an inadequate staff member but staff was beyond short on the floor and we did not get the one on one experience. Additionally, because we live 2 1/2 hours away and don't need extensive alterations we often have the items shipped (free of charge) because we live so far and are returning customers, or sometimes they will throw in an item such as a tie because of this. On this last trip back, they couldn't even ship our suit free of charge for us. So, Incognito, Where is the customer loyalty? I am sad to say I won't be returning and will find a place more local to us as a result of this. Disappointed at our (lack of) experience and what this place has become in terms of customer support and also professionalism.

Brought it back and was told the transmission failed. All of a sudden, with no previous problem. "That can happen " I was told. No reasonable explanation. In for a penny on for a pound, I agreed to have it replaced. A few days later I picked it up and started to mow. It barely moved forward. I brought it back again and left it. Later that day they called and said it needed an "adjustment ". They never explained what happened to the original transmission. I'm pleased to say it now functions normally. But you see what I'm saying. Mysterious failures, not testing their work, having to bring it back and leave it several times. It was not a positive experience. The overall cost was less than buying new and it was worth saving its lawnmower life. I love my Cublll No, the platform should not have rotted out in 3 years. That's something. Sorry, I cant recommend this facility. They can do the work but I don't feel they check their work sufficiently.

She showed it to the jeweler, Mark, who was able to determine that the old clasp could be easily removed and replaced with a nearly identical clasp of the same sterling silver. He did the entire process in less than 5 minutes and the whole repair cost a very reasonable $10. This necklace has a great deal of sentimental value and I was thrilled to have it fixed with such speed and professionalism. I'll be sure to recommend Nulton to anyone who needs jewelry repaired.
