He is a custom ring maker and will tailor your likes and needs to the jewelry you envision. He does sell his own jewelry that he personally makes in his newly self renovated beautiful victorian house in penfield. To the right, as you walk in, is his shop with some earrings, necklaces, and rings. To the left is his office where you can start and finish discussing about the jewelry you would like. it's decorated very beautifully and feels homey and personable. Mark is very patient and accommodating. I can say this because I'm a very indecisive person! For longer than I needed to, I was struggling to decide on the best wedding ring for myself that fit my hand/personality. He helped this process by providing advice and his best opinions without being a pushy salesman. He was able to order certain rings so I could see them in person and try different types on so I could see what looked best. Once I decided which ring I wanted he then was able to change it slightly to be exactly what I wanted. The exact same process went for my groom. Mark also polished my engagement ring a few times before the wedding. If you're looking to go to a jewelry store and don't want someone breathing down your neck, pouncing on you as soon as you walk in the door, or pushing you to buy something..... Nulton Jewelers is the place to go. My groom searched for a place that was friendly, calm, and personable and that's Mark. Also, thanks for the bottle of champagne and thank you note!

I needed to repair the clasp on my silver necklace and visited here after reading their reviews…read moreonline. It was a quiet Thursday afternoon and the cashier was able to meet with me right away to discuss my jewelry. She showed it to the jeweler, Mark, who was able to determine that the old clasp could be easily removed and replaced with a nearly identical clasp of the same sterling silver. He did the entire process in less than 5 minutes and the whole repair cost a very reasonable $10. This necklace has a great deal of sentimental value and I was thrilled to have it fixed with such speed and professionalism. I'll be sure to recommend Nulton to anyone who needs jewelry repaired. Looking around their showroom, they also make some lovely original pieces, too!

Also felt very safe as they buzz you in the front door and have plexiglass on top of all their display cases (Covid precautions). Once again, I didn't buy any jewelry from them. But I had them polish my platinum wedding band for an upcoming reception / photoshoot. The lady was friendly and told me the price upfront $10.80. She charged me $10 and it took them 5 minutes to make the ring shiny and appear new again. I know polishing platinum is prolly not a good thing repeatedly, but I plan on doing it just this one time. Anyways, I wouldn't hesitate to go to Kim Dao for all your jewelry needs.

You do have to check in at the door, but we were greeted immediately. The showroom was pristine and well-lit. The saleslady was pleasant and took us to the Omega watch display case quickly. The watch looked amazing and we asked about pricing. We weren't expecting much of a discount for a new 2021 model watch. However they offered a $400 discount right off the bat. To be honest, I wasn't expecting Cornell's to be flexible with pricing at all. I ended up buying the watch from an online retailer a friend had good experience with (and also provided an ever bigger discount). However, I were to shop local and needed to see the exact watch in person, I would have gone back to Cornell's Jewelers.
