Jerry's Jewelers

Very rude. I had…read morecome in to get my engagement ring re-sized, and I believe it was Frank who helped me out but his demeanor just made my experience uncomfortable. I had come in to receive a service, and he was huffing and puffing when he took a look at how much it was going to be and kept making comments about how it's going to be expensive with the amount of stones on my band. He offered me a discount, which I very much appreciated. I had thanked him and explained to him that my family had been coming to this place for years to which he responded, "yeah but you didn't buy the ring from us". There were some other comments made, but I didn't process what had happened to me in the store until I got into my car. After talking to my parents and friends, I realized this was not acceptable behavior. The other man that had walked up to me was very sweet, but my experience as a whole sucked.

Jerry's Jewelers is fantastic! We were referred by a friend after venting that a major local…read morejewelers told us that both our heirloom watch and bracelet either could not be repaired or would be cost prohibitive. We are so glad that we came here. Not only did they tell us IMMEDIATELY that both were repairable, they did so for a total of $102 -- certainly no where near cost prohibitive. They did a lovely job and cleaned both items such that they looked like new. They have made a customer for life. We will be switching exclusively to Jerry's. Thank you!!!

Had a pleasant experience this past week at the Kays in Webster. I haven't been to a jeweler in the…read morepast so I was admittedly a little overwhelmed, and it was busy on a Saturday. The manager promptly met with me and offered some suggestions. I was looking to have a stone from an heirloom ring set into a new band, so I had to look at an online catalogue. She gave me good feedback and showed me some options that would best meet my individual preferences. I can't wait until the ring arrives and I can finally see it in person! The wait time is about 5 weeks. I would definitely recommend this store!

I came here to get my jewelry inspected. They were nice about it and did it pretty quickly, but I…read morewas the only customer in there the whole time I was there, and it didn't seem like they'd been busy before I came. I'm not sure how they stay in business in this location, and the lighting wasn't very good. Jewelry stores usually have fantastic lighting! They also didn't clean my jewelry really well. I like when they use the scrubber thing and really get it clean. Hand lotion and whatever else gets built on the stuff you wear all the time. And as far as the review below saying Kay sent him a statement when he bought his girlfriend her engagement ring; well the same thing happened to us! My husband had gotten me a necklace there, so he made that the reason for the mailer, but really Kay, get with the program!!! You can't figure out that the statement should probably come in a unmarked envelope?? Not even just for engagement rings. For Christmas presents, Valentine's day, anniversaries...ya know, basically all the things you buy jewelry for.
