I've been visiting Rochester for 5 years and only today have I discovered this gem. It's worth checking out. I would hardly call it organized chaos, it's more like a jungle of the things left behind after the estate sale is over. One of the biggest disappointments is that all the fur and real leather items are covered in moths and bugs. There are small black ants crawling here and there all over everything, t's not an infestation but there are more than there should be. Generally speaking everything is overpriced for what it is and he is not much up for bargaining. It is a mess to shop in, and you will need to work for the item you are looking for. It is because of this that so much is actually broken. So if you read this far.... do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
